Fantastic villa for 4 - 5 people, with private pool. It's located in Inca, near the mountains.
This fantastic house features a wonderful exterior area with spectacular views to the mountains. You will enjoy the great chlorine pool that sizes 8 x 4 metres and has a water depth ranging from 1 to 2 metres. The 6 sunloungers around are perfect to bask in the sun. The furnished terrace and porch invite to enjoy the best appetisers and meals alfresco, specially in the BBQ area. The property is fenced and there are direct neighbours.

The accommodation is simple and functional. It has a great living-dining room, with AC and fireplace, where you can rest while watching the TV-sat or with a good reading. The kitchen is equipped with a gas cooktop. The laundry room offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There are two bedrooms with twin beds and a closet each. One of them also presents a wood stove and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. We can prepare the sofa-bed for the extra guest. There is another bathroom with a tub in the house. Finally, a baby cot and a high-chair together with 3 fans and 3 radiators complete the accommodation.

The house is about 1 km away from Inca, a charming small city in the centre of the island where you will find a variety of shops, restaurants, etc. In fact, the town centre, located only 2 km away, is where you will be able to to taste the traditional Majorcan cuisine in the so called "cellers", that is, traditional restaurants. The street market takes place on Thursday morning since 7 centuries ago. The nearest beach in Puerto de Alcudia is about 28 km away (a 20 minutes drive more or less).

Better than advertised! Quiet and rural, beautiful view of the mountains, rural. Just outside of the town of Inca, centrally located in Mallorca, half hour or a bit more drive to Palma, Alcudia, Soller. Must have a car to get around - lots of parking space. Great house with two+ bedrooms and two baths in the main house and another bedroom and bathroom in the little house beside it. Lots of outside areas to sit by the pool, terraces, gardens. Nice fireplace and good kitchen, quite well equipped. Very clean, nice linens. Large dining and sitting room areas. I would come back and stay here. I would have liked to have seen a person when arriving and leaving. Also needed a booklet or binder with instructions and directions for things in the house. We did finally figure out how to use the dishwasher! A really good experience.

a villa tres belle

la villa est tres belle et a beaucoup de charme. nous nous y sommes sentis tres bien. elle est tres grande , chaque chambre dispose de sa propre salle de bain, et elle est tres bien équipée. la piscine est très appréciable ,de plus la propriété est bien ombragée. le seul petit petit bémol est la proximité de la femme de ménage qui est venue a 9h30 le jour du depart alors que le check out est prévu à 10h. nous recommandons sans hésitation la villa et nous y retournerions si l occasion se présentait.

Traumurlaub in Traumfinca

Die Unterkunft ist noch schöner als auf den Bildern! Nette Besitzer, freundlicher Hausmeister der sich angekündigt und regelmäßig vorbeikommt um Blumen zu gießen und bei Bedarf Fragen zu beantworten. Die Finca ist mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und hat eine hochwertige Ausstattung (z.B. Küche, Fenster, Klimageräte, Poolliegen und Handtücher, etc). Die Finca war super sauber und wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt!

Erholsamer Familienurlaub

Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub verbracht. Pool war super, die Liegen sind neu und laden zum relaxen ein, die Betten waren hervorragend und super bequem. Das Haus liegt zwar an der Straße, die aber nicht allzu stark befahren ist und nach einer Stunde Aufenthalt hört man die Autos gar nicht mehr. Die Klimaanlagen haben uns sehr gute Dienste erwiesen, sind sehr leise und sorgen für angenehme Nächte. Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, den Grill haben wir gerne genutzt. Die Duschvorhänge könnten mal ausgewechselt werden. Aber sonst war alles sehr schön. Manolo hat uns empfangen, alles gezeigt und dank Googl-Übersetzer gibt es auch keine Sprachbarrieren.

schöne Finca mit tollem Pool und super Aussicht ins Gebirge

Bei unserer Ankunft an der Finca wurden wir schon von Manolo, der sich um das Wohl der Urlauber und die Finca ,sowie den Pool kümmert, sehr nett empfangen. Wenn es mal eine Frage oder ein Problem gab, konnte man ihn jederzeit telefonisch erreichen und er war wenige Minuten später sofort vor Ort. Die Ausstattung der Finca ist nach einem Besitzerwechsel 2019 etwas modernisiert wurden. Die Küchengeräte ( Spülmaschine/Kühlschrank) sind jedoch noch etwas älter und laufen nicht mehr ganz so perfekt. Kühlschrank läuft auf Hochtouren und in der Spülmaschine muss das Geschirr vorgespült werden, damit es sauber wird. Ansonsten ist die Küche mit allen erdenklichen Utensilien ausgestattet. Ein besonderes Highlight war aber für uns die Aussenküche, wo wir regelmäßig gegrillt und gekocht haben. Trotz großer Hitze haben wir dank der sehr leisen und modernen Klimaanlagen in den Schlafräumen und im Wohnraum angenehme Temperaturen gehabt. Mit dem Auto erreicht man in 10 min Lidl, Aldi und Müller für Einkäufe. Das Zentrum von Inca bietet zusätzlich viele kleinere Geschäfte für einen Einkaufsbummel. Ansonsten gibt es im Freien jede Menge Sitz und Liegemöglichkeiten zum Enspannen. Unsere beiden Teenes fanden besonders das Aussenbett 2x2m zum Relaxen super. Wir können diese schöne, rustikale, ländlich gelegene Finca auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen und waren bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal hier.

Sehr schönes Objekt. Wie fühlten uns sehr sehr wohl. Alles war genau so wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Vielen Dank auch an Manolo, wenn wir etwas nicht wussten war er immer da.

Wunderschöner Garten

Die Finca hält was die Beschreibung verspricht! Tolles, sehr sauberes Haus mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten. Wunderschöner Garten mit großem Pool. Wir und die Kinder haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend.
