We had a wonderful time at this villa. The villa was modern, spacious and clean. The area was quiet and we enjoyed some quality family time. We would stay again.

100% recomendable

El trato con los propietarios ha sido muy bueno. La casa es bonita y tranquila. Ideal para disfrutar de unos días de vacaciones y desconectar. La piscina super limpia, la barbacoa muy útil y la zona de chill out es perfecta. Las calas de la zona son muy bonitas y de fácil aparcamiento. Es necesario coger el coche para cualquier cosa (supermercado, playas, restaurantes, etc) pero cuando regresas a la casa es cuando sientes realmente que estás de super-vacaciones.

La casa perfecta, no le falta de nada. Gran piscina y un porche donde pasar la tarde relajado al sol. La barbacoa muy utilitaria, le hemos sacado partido jajaja la recomiendo!! Repetiremos seguro. Gracias

Desde el momomento del contacto hasta que nos fuimos nos trataron de maravilla, ademas el chalet es un lujazo super equipado con zona xillout fuera, barbacoa y un jardin super bonito y relajante con una piscina de ensueno, el trato y precio inmejorables. Desde luego nuestro proximo destino de vacaciones volvera a ser aquí. Muchisimas gracias

DO NOT BOTHER TO BOOK THIS PLACE, this should be zero star!!!! Be warned

This is a house from hell, stay at your own risk, l am not a happy person had my week ruined by booking this place!!!! Firstly first impressions of the place on pictures is nice but when you get there nope it’s not The house is full of dust , needs cleaning and a through clean , there was stuff underneath the bed from previous people who stayed. Dishwasher does not clean properly and needs a new Modern one unless if you want to handclean everything, l did not go on holiday to start cleaning dishes and glasses all over for me to use them The toilet upstairs does not flush properly and the cheap plastics they use they can snap and we had a leak and the owner texted me to say that l had damaged it but it was an accident waiting to happen and if you are a house owner like me you know you have to do expensive and durable toilets so that you don’t have to keep calling out the plumber, unfortunately it happened to go bust when we were there so imagine 5 people using 1 toilet for 7 days which is downstairs, 2 sets of stairs!!!! The small outside room where their old washing machine is housed, the door does not close properly and there was a storm and it banged but there was a very small dent naked to the eye and the owner is charging €300 to change the door ridiculous therefore be warned he is a scrupulous owner and l would not even trust him, l would rather go in a hotel than deal with this owner again When we handed over the keys he said everything was fine and now we are losing our deposit coz of the toilet and the replacing of the door coz of not our fault, his father refused for us to take anymore pictures hence he is taking the deposit There is no handbook about bins and where to put them, everything was left in bin bags and if he had told us where to put them l would have taken them out but noooo handbook for information like this Also be warned there is no hot water to take a shower! Only cold water even though there’re was a storm the water was cold and the house is too cold if they had told me that l had to pay extra for heating l would have never booked this place!! Some of us have Airbnb home which we rent out and it’s a 4 bed everything is included and even a information book is available for guest therefore l find this house very odd and l would never recommend You also need a car to be able to move around fortunately we mixed and mingled with the locals and they offered to take us everywhere

Wir(4 Erwachsene und 2 Hunde) hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Das Haus ist wie auf den Bildern. Alles sauber und sehr ordentlich. Der Kontakt mit Xavi war ausgesprochen gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

De Spaanse Costa's: veel geld voor te weinig.

De woning was klein. Het was een 4 persoonswoning met 6 bedden. De vaatwasser was kapot. Er stond heel erg vieze vaat in de kasten (was niet gecontroleerd). Verder, op wat stof op de glazen na (en dat verwacht ik eigenlijk niet voor die prijs) was de woning wel schoon/ok. Wij hadden helaas steeds erg lawaaierige buren. Waren het geen schreeuwende kinderen of huilende babies, dan was er wel muziek. Je zit erg dicht op je buren. Tuin was de mooiste in de buurt (hoewel ook niet groot), echter, buiten eten was lastig ivm geen plaats op terras voor 5 mensen en heel veel vliegen (vooral achter bij de bbq). Contactpersoon was wel ok maar had weinig zin in gedoe. Hup, je huis in en verder niet zeuren (meermaals vragen: "hoe laat kom je" zodat hij iedereen zo snel mogelijk in de huizen kon duwen en weer verder kon met zijn leven. Zijn ouders waren heel vriendelijk, dat moet gezegd. Wat ik heel erg vond tegenvallen is het vuilnis dat overal buiten het hek ligt. Waar je ook keek, overal ligt vuilnis. Het hele gebied is vervuild. Ik had echt heel veel méér verwacht van Homeaway. Jammer, je verwacht voor veel geld iets goeds en dan blijkt dat je het oordeel van een prijzige agent toch niet kunt vertrouwen. Wij moeten het hier weer een jaar mee doen, dat is blijkbaar niet zo belangrijk. Ik ben nu wel gewaarschuwd, zeer zeker ook voor Homeaway. Het was geen slechte vakantie maar wel voor dit geld. Tip voor Homeaway: ga weer eens kijken aan de Costa's.

Home Sweet Home

The Villa is exactly as pictured and described. It had a very homely feel and had everything we needed (washer, coffee machine, dishwasher etc). The pool was amazing and an ideal size and always clean, we actually had a gentleman come clean it during our stay. Xavi was always available to message if needed. We travelled as a family of 4 with 2 children (aged 7 and 2). The area has a local supermarket and bar. We hired a car and travelled surrounding areas during our stay which were all beautiful (Tarragona, Barcelona, L’Ampolla). We ate at Esmeralda’s which was ideal as it had a play area for our 2 year old and Pool table for our 7 year old. Honestly cannot recommend this villa enough, we have already been looking at future availability Thank you Xavi

Tranquil Paradise

The house is exactly as described. It is a really nice layout, and the pool is always immaculate. Xavi and his team will promptly answer your every need. You can walk to some great beaches, and the neighbourhood grocery, bar, and restaurants. The location is maybe 2-3km from the town, but you will benefit from having a car.

Haus sehr zu empfehlen. Guter Komfort, sehr gepflegt! Waschmaschine/Mikrowelle/Abwaschmachine/Backofen/Glaskeramik super!!! Wir hatten sehr schöne Ferien :-)
