Fun in the sun and water!

Amazing stay, would recommend. Pool was a hit with our young kids, and it’s a short walk to the beach which was enjoyed by all. Clean and beachy vibe, also hosts were easy to communicate with.

Thanksgiving in paradise!

The property, amenities and location were perfect!! Quick walk to the beach and excellent location for shopping and eating out. Would highly recommend and will definitely book again!

Refresh, Relax and renewed after staying here

We had 7 of us stay and it was great! The pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all, the short walk to the beach was awesome. We will be back to stay again. AMI Locals were great to work with and the communication was good.

Blue Beach Cottage

Cozy one level home which was great for small kids. Well stocked kitchen and baths with nice linens and comfy beds. And our multi generation family enjoyed it a great deal and found booking through AMI most helpful

Wonderful place and less than a block to the beautiful beach.

The property had everything we needed for a relaxing get away. The pool was a nice addition to come back to at lunch and dinner time. The kids loved the space and TVs in each room for downtime. We left a board game hoping to add to the fun! Definitely felt like home! Thank You, The Plater Familu

Perfect Gulf coast family vacation!

I can not express how much we loved everything about the place and island. We had the best vacation ever. Thank you AMI for everything you have to offer and made our stay so comfortable and relaxing. We will definitely be back soon. The house was amazing in every way. AMI Locals to care of anything and everything that could pop up. We would love to stay at any place they have to offer. I recommend this place to all my friends and family!

Our adult children joined us at this fantastic home. Outside pool and hot tubs beautiful and relaxing. AMI very responsive to any issues or questions. 3 minute walk to beach. Walk or trolley to restaurants and pubs. Kayaking and SUP easily accessible. Well stocked kitchen. Hope to use in future

Great Family Place

The house was just as advertised. We traveled with 4 adults and 3 boys ages 4 and under. The 4 big rooms with 3 full baths was just perfect. It was clean and beautifully decorated while being very comfortable to use. The pool area was nicely appointed and a great way to spend our afternoons. I loved that the pool was in full sun from 10am to 3pm. The walk to the beach was very easy for us (and I have a disability that makes walking hard). The rental company, AMI, were very responsive and helpful. The location could not have been better. Close drive to Manatee Beach which we loved and out of the way of all the traffic at end of island. The only negative was the noise from the construction on the house next door - Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm. We knew that going in and it did not really bother us too often. You cannot go wrong in this house.

We loved the quaint place. So close to the beach just a walk across the street.

We used the pool and the hot tub daily. Was happy to have You Tube TV as we were so familiar with it. Check in was great, we didn't know that there was stuff in the garage until we looked in the window. We had to call to get the garage code. Would've appreciated that sooner. We did end up renting chairs from Just 4 Fun which were brand new and not too much. We took extra dishwasher soap and bought extra paper towels. We also bought more toilet paper as what was in there was rough. Would love if there would've been a Kureig but we made due. When we walked in whomever cleaned the stainless fridge did a Terrible job as it had water streaks all over it. But with a good hot soapy water it cleaned up well. The only down fall was next door they are building a new house so we were woken week days with alot of hammering. Overall we would rent this home over and over again. Thanks for making our stay pleasant.

Spring Break Getaway

Our family stayed at this property & had a great week! The proximity to the Gulf (short walk), the pool & the bedrooms were great for our group which included adults, kids & a dog. Our kids didn’t want to leave the pool all week!

Anna Maria Weekend Getaway

Very nice property. Short walk to the beach, Duffy's Tavern (great cheeseburger). Next door neighbor (very elderly man) is rude...you just have to ignore him.

This property is a great value, I have been to the Island many times and this so far is my favorite place to stay, the home is nicely decorated and very clean with everything you will need, the backyard is wonderful with a great pool and hot tub surround by palm trees and vegetation you feel like your on your own island. And you’re just steps away from the beach. Highly recommend this one!
