Das Haus und Grundstück sehen genau so aus wie auf den Fotos. Sehr sauber und alles voll Funktionsfähig. Zudem sind die Vermieter sehr nett, umgehend telefonisch erreichbar und Hilfsbereit. Wlan funktioniert einwandfrei, bequeme große Betten (auch für Menschen über 1,90m). Man findet auch in der Küche alles was man benötigt – es fehlt an nichts.Ein Wagen ist empfehlenswert da die umliegenden Sehenswürdigkeiten teilweise weit entfernt liegen. Ist aber zeitlich kein Problem, da hier kaum Verkehr herrscht. Vorausgegebene Zeiten im Navi schafft man also locker. Gut sortierte Supermärkte sind ebenfalls per Auto bequem erreichbar. Empfehlenswert ist ein abendlicher Spaziergang zum Castel del Monte. Dann sind keine Touristen mehr da und die Sonnenuntergänge gehören einem fast alleine. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

A great stay for a nearby wedding

The property is exactly how it is described. We stayed here with parents and our one year old, as we were attending a wedding very nearby. It had ample outside space with a large wooded area down to the swimming pool which our son loved exploring. It has an amazing pizza oven and lots of outdoor seating. We stayed end of August and it was extremely hot with no air con but we were aware of this before staying. It was very well equipped and clean. Unfortunately the mosquitos were horrendous and we were all eaten alive so I would recommend taking a lot of mosquito repellents. You definitely need a car if you stay here as there is not much close by, we did go use the poo at the hotel next door for one day which was nice as a change of scenery but it was completely dead. They do also have some weddings/parties that go on with loud music until the early doors.Overall though a very pleasant stay.

Apulien - absolut eine Reise wert

Wir waren mehr als positiv überrascht vom Anwesen - es war noch größer und schöner als auf den Bildern! Man kann sehr gut die Tage dort genießen und kann sich auch mit mehreren Leuten gut aus dem weg, wenn man will. In der Umgebung sind die attraktivsten Orte Apuliens gut erreichbar. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Einfach Wunderbar

Für uns hat hier schlichtweg alles gestimmt. Von der Kommunikation vor der Reise und während unseres Aufenthaltes bis zu dem komfortablen Haus mit riesigem Grundstück. Alles perfekt! Da wir den Geburtstag meiner Frau in Apulien gefeiert haben, habe ich bereits längere Zeit vor unserer Anreise Kontakt mit Valeria aufgenommen und sie um Tipps für eine Konditorei für eine Geburtstagstorte, einen Blumenladen für einen Geburtstagsstrauß und ein besonders gutes Restaurant gebeten. Alle Empfehlungen von Valeria waren klasse, und meine Frau hatte auch dadurch einen sehr schönen Geburtstag. In diesem Zusammenhang ist das von Valeria empfohlene Restaurant Antichi Sapori von Pietro Zito besonders zu erwähnen. Es ist so außergewöhnlich gut, dass es in der Regel für viele Wochen im Voraus ausgebucht und eine Reservierung deshalb nicht einfach ist. Dank des Anrufs von Valeria im Lokal und der Tatsache, dass ihr Mann Giuseppe mit dem Chef befreundet ist, haben wir am Geburtstag einen Tisch im Restaurant bekommen und dort einen unvergesslichen Abend verbracht. Nochmals besonders herzlichen Dank dafür, liebe Valeria und lieber Giuseppe. Aber jetzt zum Anfang unseres Aufenthaltes: zum Empfang wurden wir in der Villa mit einem üppigen Frühstückskorb begrüßt, und uns wurden das Haus und das gesamte Grundstück mit Pool (von hier hat man einen schönen Blick auf das Castel del Monte) und Trulli samt Fahrrädern gezeigt und alles erklärt. Sehr angenehm. Das Haus ist vor allem durch die drei Schlafzimmer jeweils mit eigenen Bädern sehr komfortabel, und es ist darüber hinaus sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders zu erwähnen sind die hochwertigen und sehr gut funktionierenden Insekten-Jalousien in jedem! Fenster. Da kann man ohne Reue auch abends bei Beleuchtung das Fenster mal offen stehen lassen, ohne danach komplett zerstochen zu werden. Das Haus ist ideal gelegen für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Besonders zu empfehlen ist aus unserer Sicht der Besuch von Matera (ehrlich gesagt der eigentliche Grund unserer einwöchigen Reise). Die Stadt ist atemberaubend. Durch die vielen wertvollen Tipps von Valeria und Giuseppe haben wir über Matera hinaus viele Eindrücke von der Region gewonnen. Die Kommunikation mit beiden war herzlich, reibungslos, und die Reaktionszeiten bei Fragen und Wünschen waren unglaublich kurz. Valeria und Giuseppe sind hervorragende Gastgeber, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Nochmals vielen Dank für den wunderbaren Aufenthalt, liebe Valeria und lieber Giuseppe.

Castel del Monte villa stay

Property was great for our party of four and would easy accommodate 6. Great seating areas outside and inside. Well stocked with everything we needed and we had a warm welcome. Enjoyed the table tennis of an evening before a drink on the front seating area. Mostly quiet, just a bit of daytime noise at weekends.. We used the bicycles.

Schöne Lage

Sehr nette Vermieter, haben uns mit einem großen Präsentkorb erwartet. Toller Pool, schöne Terrasse im Schatten. Wir waren im Juni hier und dann konnte man ohne Klimaanlage auch noch gut schlafen, aber es wurde schwieriger mit steigenden Temperaturen. Ansonsten bequeme Betten und viel Geschirr vorhanden.

Propriétaires peu aimables à l’arrivée en raison d’un retard annoncé de 30 minutes après 5 heures d’embouteillage Pas de climatisation dans la villa ni même ventilateur ! Piscine beaucoup plus petite que la photo …pas assez grande pour 7 personnes ! Et en plus toujours froide! Le clou du spectacle c’était la livraison d’une table à 8 h du matin qui a occupé toute la terrasse pendant 5 jours en marbre … Une dépendance qui est en fait un chalet en bois loué 500 euros ! Une prestation qui n’est pas du tout à la hauteur de son prix .

Vi har haft et rigtig dejligt ophold. Boligen levede fuldt ud op til forventningerne. Kan varmt anbefales. Den ligger dog lidt langt væk indkøbsmuligheder mm, men det var vi jo oplyst om, da vi lejede den, så det var ikke et problem for os.

Et skønt hus i et betagende område af Italien

Det har været en fornøjelse at besøge dette hus alt var i orden og beskrivelsen lovede ikke mere end den kunne holde. Udlejer var venlig og hurtig til at svare på mine spørgsmål. Huset er en oplevelse,lækkert indrettet og på alle måder i orden Det eneste minus var at der var langt til et supermarked men det var også det eneste minus. Kan varmt anbefales

Wonderful oasis in a lovely part of Italy

We were met on arrival by Valeria's family who explained everything clearly, thanks to Elisabetta's excellent English. Giuseppe stayed in constant phone/message contact. One of our party had a medical problem. The family took great care of us, arranging everything with a local physiotherapist and pharmacist, meeting us there and making sure we were looked after. The house is in a wonderful location. Peaceful and quiet yet within easy reach of so many beautiful places. The house itself was clean and tidy and very comfortable. Bathrooms are wonderful.

Lovely house and pool, noisy dogs at night!

The house is beautifully presented and is very well equipped with everything needed for a self catering holiday. We were given a welcome basket which was very thoughtful and there were various cooking ingredients in the cupboards. The house and garden are clean and well maintained. We had very relaxing days around the pool and evenings sitting on the veranda. There are a couple of ok restaurants within walking distance and plenty of good restaurants a car journey away. The nearest supermarket is a half hour drive. We found it hard to sleep as there is no air conditioning but with the windows open it was noisy either because of the local dogs barking a lot through the night or a couple of the nights one of the local restaurants had loud music playing until the early hours of the morning. Overall a great house, remote from shops, peaceful by day, noisy at night.

La maison de vacances idéale

Maison de vacances parfaite: au calme, parfaitement aménagée, conforme à la description, piscine au soleil et au calme pour permettre aux enfants d'en profiter, le tout près du fabuleux Castel del Monte. Des vélos sont à disposition et permettent la découverte des environs (pour les courageux, la montée jusqu'au Castel constitue une bonne mise en jambes ;-) ). Très bonne communication avec Valeria et excellent accueil d'Antoinette et Elisabeta (encore merci pour le panier d'accueil très bien fourni!). A recommander absolument!

Kein besserer Platz um Apulien kennen zu lernen!

Der Ort und das Anwesen von Valeria und Giuseppe sind wirklich der optimale Platz um Apulien zu erkunden. Ein kurzer Fußweg zum Castel del Monte -das wir dann am Vormittag fast für uns alleine hatten-, Trani und die Städte an der Küste gut erreichbar, genauso wie die Städte im Inneren -Andria, Matera,...Das Haus top gepflegt, sehr sauber und exzellent ausgerüstet (Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Küche). Der große Garten mit dem Pinienwäldchen und dem gepflegten Pool liefert Sonnen- und Schattenplätze genug, um sich vom Sightseeing zu erholen. Valeria und Giuseppe geben einem zudem das Gefühl, schon auf der Anreise und während des Aufenthalts fantastisch betreut zu sein. Wir haben uns bei ihnen sehr wohl gefühlt, und sind nur mit großer Wehmut wieder in Richtung Heimat abgereist.

Amazing! Everything you need for a fun filled family holiday in the sun! 😁🌞🏊❤

We have had an amazing week staying in the villa. The villa is equipped with everything you need. The pool has been amazing and the children have loved it. There is a castle to visit 15min walk away with a restaurant and gift shop on route. There is a main supermarket (coop) about 25min drive away. The area is beautiful and peaceful with plenty of wildlife. There are plenty of places to visit in the surrounding area, Trani especially beautiful, traditional Italy. Valeria is very helpful and is on hand to answer any questions you have. Thank you for sharing your villa with us. See you next year! Ciao xxx

Delightful! Fantastic location!

My wife daughter and I stayed for four days in May at Chez Antoinette and we really enjoyed it. The property is very comfortable and well equipped with good spaces to hang out both indoors and (especially) outdoors. Valeria was extremely helpful and communicated clearly about all of the arrangements. When we texted with any questions her answers were pretty much immediate. She also provided really good information and recommendations about the property and the neighboring towns. As a result we knew where to go for beautiful walks in the surrounding countryside (it was nice just to be able to stroll up the road to Castel del Monte), and for great sights and restaurants in Andria, Trani and Bari. Andria is closest and Bari is obviously biggest but we really liked Trani a lot and wish we could have spent another evening there. Anyway we had a great time, we loved Chez Antoinette and it made us want to come back and spend more time in Puglia. Thanks to Valeria for giving us such a great experience.

Very nice house, great hosts

The house is exactly as described. All very well maintained and any issues we might have had were very quickly addressed. We stayed there October and the weather was mild. It was always 2-3C cooler at the house than down by the sea (30 min drive by car). It got chilly during the nights so it was great the house has central heating. We often did the 5 km return trip up to the castle - especially good for an evening walk with glorious sunset - and went for long walks in the fields behind the house with old trulli here and there and always a view to the magnificent castle. There were also bikes in the shed for longer tours. It is a very peaceful area and the view from the swimming pool area to the castle is great. The best about this property are its owners! Valeria was fanstatic in providing tips such as where to go, what to see, where to find a bakery, what food speciality to try, how to pay for parking or book a restaurant etc. etc. She was very quick to respond to our messages and it was really great to be on vacation and feel that no emergency would be a challenge since she would be there to help if it ever became necessary. We can highly recommend all the day trip and excursion suggestions provided by Valeria! We would definitely stay at the house again.

Meravigliosa vacanza

La casa è stupenda, rispecchia totalmente le foto e la descrizione che si trova sul sito, molto bella, pulita, comoda, spaziosa, ben arredata e con tutto quello che ci poteva essere necessario, circondata da un bellissimo giardino, ricco di piante, curatissimo e davvero rilassante. L'aspetto più piacevole è però l'attenzione per l'ospite che hanno dimostrato i proprietari, sono gentili, disponibili e forniscono informazioni utilissime per esplorare Puglia e Basilicata. La signora che ci ha accolto con calore e fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie per il nostro soggiorno. Consiglio questa casa a chiunque e speriamo vivamente di poterci tornare l'anno prossimo Il soggiorno indimenticabile.

Ruhe in einer schönen Gegend

Hier stimmt einfach alles. Wer Erholung sucht kommt ebenso auf seine Kosten, wie der Kulturreisende. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen, die Vermieter hatten lauter Spezialitäten der Gegend gekauft und es gab jede Menge Tipps für Unternehmungen. Wir waren in den 6 Tagen unseres Aufenthaltes in allen Himmelsrichtungen unterwegs, vornehmlich auf den Spuren der Staufer und wohnhaft im Schatten des Castel del Monte. Wer frühmorgens dort hinaufläuft oder am Abend, der ist praktisch alleine. Der Ausblick ist wunderbar. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Villengegend, hier ist es wirklich ruhig und man hat alles, was man braucht. Es gibt sogar Mountainbikes. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen.
