Fall Break

The house was perfect just as described in the listing. The walk to the beach was about 10 minutes which was nice. They provided several extra chairs and a wagon for your beach items. Our group of seven visit each year for Fall Break and this house did not disappoint. I would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay

Overall loved the gated community. Peaceful walks around the ponds and down to the beach. The included beach service was such a bonus! The house has wonderful updates from pictures shown including screened porch and open deck, window shades and storm shutters. Great communication as needed.

Summer 2023

The property exceeded our expectations. Everything was clean and kitchen was fully equipped. The house was in a great location. It was less than a mile away from the beach, and close to restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping centers. Overall, the house was very family and child friendly. We will definitely be booking again next year.

Private Oasis

First Impression was Clean and Tidy. The House is Perfect for Anyone, Family's or Couples. 4 Large Bedrooms, Each With Their Own Bathroom. The Kitchen, Dining, and Living Room Are Setup Perfectly. Plenty of Space. Equipped With Beach Accessories Was Also a Plus. We Had a Great Time, We Will Be Back, And We Would Recommend Staying Here.

Just as described

Beautiful home that was just right! It was fantastically clean- which was HUGE for us. The house was just as described on the listing. The beach was a bit of a hike, which we knew, but didn’t realize how far it truly was until walking it with all of our beach gear. Definitely a perk to have beach service!

Family get away

We had a great time. We had unexpected death in the family and had already planned this trip prior to this. It was decided to go and go and so we did. We needed this. Great Family Stay

The Aqua Vida house has a modern kitchen. Dining area and table are spacious. We also enjoyed the covered porches. Bedrooms have their own bathrooms which is useful for families or two couples. Trees around the house create a nice setting. Beach is a 10-12 minute walk. Wagon provided makes it easy to carry items. Community pool is also nice. A few shops and restaurants are 8-15 minutes walk, depending on store. Groceries are close driving. We loved the Aqua Vida house.

1.) parking requirements are not logical 2.) management company/neighborhood “security detail…?” are not friendly 3.) Destin has become the vacation rental capitol….so keep that in mind There are literally thousands of accommodation rentals…if not hundreds of thousands My suggestion: visit another beach/area Too much squeeze for the juice

A bit of Paradise

Overall the house was as advertised. It was very clean which is a priority for us - so thank you. Please don’t let the following issues infer we didn’t like the house we did! It is beautiful, close walk to beach. It is a very nice home! Two issues: please advise that the steps are quite steep. We had a disabled person and the stairs were difficult to manage. Even the kids complained about the steepness. Next every door in the house needs oiled. You could not open a door at night without waking others! This is easily fixed. Thank you to RealJoy for being available with answers! Staff knowledgeable and very courteous! Thank you to the owner of this beautiful home for providing a place for our family to enjoy.

Fantastic house in gated neighborhood

Great place. Clean. Propane grill worked well. Cooked food with stocked kitchen. Garage could fit a car. Some beach stuff in the garage. Very nice place. Lots of towels.

Beautiful House!

We absolutely loved staying at this house! They supplied a wagon and beach toys, chairs etc for the kids to enjoy. Great neighborhood and in walking distance to the beach. There are TVs in all bedrooms and the house was extremely clean! We will be staying here again!

Great Space

Everything was neat and new...almost too new. The dishwasher was never used and we found out that is was connected wrongly and almost caught fire with bad wires...LOL, but only thing I would add is televisions in each room. Other than that we will request the same home next year with hopefully those updates and a Golf Cart for travels.
