Vue paradisiaque

Accueil concierge au top, appartement moderne, propre et fonctionnel La décoration est minimaliste, raffinée et de très bon goût. La résidence est belle et calme. La piscine permet de profiter de la nature, surtout en fin de journée.

Appartement magnifique

Appartement magnifique avec vue sur la baie du marin, proche de la plage d'anse caritan. Appartement très propre et très fonctionnel. Nous avons en plus eu la chance d'avoir du calme car immeuble peu fréquenté en cette période (la Martinique était confinée intégralement pendant 2/3 de notre séjour...). Merci à Philippe pour son accueil et sa réactivité.

Return Vacationers

It is a 14 minute walk to the bakery and market. A little longer on the return uphill walk. I walk every morning around 7:30 and it is bright and 74 degrees (January). It is an eight minute drive to Salines, the best Martinique beach. French is extremely helpful ... my wife is fluent. I struggle at the boulangerie and sometimes point at the pan chocolate. English is rare here. Go to St Martin for a French experience and stay in the Gran Case / Mon Vernon / Orient Beach area. We do both trips yearly and will repeat Ste Anne because of location and price. The apartment is large and numerous English news channels available. Pool and parking .... no pool chairs .... new kitchen pots and pans. Again, we will return.

Excellent séjour !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de deux semaines dans cet appartement moderne. Il est très bien équipé et la propreté est impeccable. Vue exceptionnelle sur la mer des Caraïbes! Seul petit bémol, les plombs ont sauté 4 fois la nuit sans raison apparente. Il faudrait comprendre pourquoi. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Never Get Tired Of Harbor View

My wife and I stayed 14 days in this apartment in late January-early February. Our daughter and her boyfriend stayed 9 days with us over the same period. The apartment was comfortable for the four of us with its two bedrooms and adequate seating living room. We usually ate our meals on the large table on the terrace overlooking the bay with its many sailboats. This view is the best thing about this apartment. We did have some communication problems with June, the caretaker. We sent multiple text messages as to meeting arrangements ( some in English, some in French) with no reply. Finally, the day of our meeting our daughters boyfriend, who speaks French, called and talked to her ( lucky for us he was the only one of us who had talking services on our US phones). We also had a problem getting a response from June about a problem with the gate remote control. After several text messages we finally got a new control.

Jolie Vue

L’appartement avait une jolie vue! Tout était moderne et propre. La télévision marchait bien. 15 minutes pour marcher en ville. On s’est bien amusé. The apartment had a gorgeous view! Everything was clean and modern. The TV worked well. It was a 15” walk to town. We enjoyed our stay.

Très belle vue sur la Baie de Sainte-Anne et les couchers de soleil. À proximité du bourg, marché, boulangerie... Appartement très propre, bien entretenu et fonctionnel. Très bon accueil. Matelas très (trop) ferme. Insonorisation insuffisante. La magnifique plage de l’Anse Meunier accessible par un sentier de 2,5 km.
