It looks to be out in the wilderness but the road is right next to the fence so that was a little surprising but overall this was a great place to stay. Very comfortable. Would stay in same place again if available.

Great stay near Beaver Meadows entrance to RNMP

Our family enjoyed our stay at this property. Great base for exploring RNMP. The house was spotlessly clean and had plenty of room for our family of six. Would stay here again.

Beautiful place!

We absolutely loved staying at this property! It was in a great location in close proximity to several major attractions. This property also provided several amenities that were more than suitable for my family. Sitting on the deck for morning coffee was a favorite! We loved the views and the peaceful neighborhood! We definitely will stay again!

Great Accommodations

Beautiful home that accommodated our family of eight very nicely! Furnished with everything we needed. Grandkids loved watching wildlife in the yard. Location was very close to downtown, and entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. This was our second stay at this property, and would definitely recommend!

Great place for friends with great access to everything!

Loved the location. Great accommodations for 6 adults here for a wedding. The big windows provided perfect viewing for the mule dear hanging out in our yard. Easy walk to town and 5 min drive to RMNP. Couldn’t have been better!

RMNP Trip

Great place to stay for our RMNP vacation. We had a visit from about 15 elk including 4 babies one morning, just taking a walk through the neighborhood eating grass.

We loved the location of this property. It is very close to the RMNP entrance. The house is very quiet and peaceful. There was plenty of room for our family to spread out and relax! We enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful House in Estes

This house was conveniently located near RMNP and near all Estes attractions. It was well furnished and had plenty of room for the seven of us to stretch out. We especially enjoyed seeing the elk in the yard. I would highly recommend this property!

Relaxing getaway…weather was perfect. Accommodations were great except the he pullout bed mattress would not hold air. We made do without it but it would have been a great option to have had. Thanks for a good little getaway!

Great Place!

We were a group of seven; five adults and two children ages 10 and 5. The location of the house was great - easy access to the RMNP entrance and not far from downtown but far enough away to be peaceful. We awoke one morning to 11 elk in the yard, other days we were visited by four elk, 1 deer, and several rabbit and chipmunk sightings. Overall the accommodation was great! We had plenty of space to spread out and enjoy our time together without being on top of each other.

Almost perfect except for minor issues

The house was great, the location good. But several issues: No internet-only got it the last day of our stay, not enough toilet paper, the dining table metal brace fell off while we were not there and my husband had to repair when we got back, and the ironing board cover did not fit so we could not use the ironing board. But the beds and baths were great. Plenty of bedding and dishware.

We stayed 4 nights and 5 days at this house in Estes Park. Overall, the stay was good — we really enjoyed the beautiful views, the spacious layout, and everything was clean when we arrived. The house was clean for the most part (though the carpet had some stains), and the beds were very comfortable.That said, we did run into a few issues. The washing machine was very dirty, with built-up hair and an unpleasant odor, which made it unusable. On our first night, all of the fire alarms in the house went off around 9:30 p.m. and continued for about an hour. Thankfully, the emergency contact arrived quickly and helped us remove them from the high ceilings, but it was a stressful experience (we’re still surprised our 4-year-old and 1-year-old slept through it).The kitchen could also use some improvements — there weren’t enough forks, spoons, and knives for a family, the cookware was limited and not great quality, and there were no large pots available for cooking. Additionally, the kitchen faucet doesn’t stay in place, which made it a bit frustrating to use.Overall, we enjoyed our time and the home had many positives, but a few updates and fixes would make the stay much more comfortable.

Awesome Property!

Wonderful property for a family stay. There were 7 of us and we were quite comfortable. Location is great. Lovely property and decorated nicely. Only a couple of suggestions. More towels and especially wash clothes are needed, otherwise you are washing constantly. Dish clothes and towels needed in kitchen. Master bedroom sheets were ripped.

Estes Vacation

Overall, the property was just as listed, great location, right between Downtown Estes and RMNP. A very clean cabin, with 3 good size bedroom, and an upstairs and downstairs living area. It was perfect or my wife and I, 2 daughters and son-in-law.
