Charming, renovated house with a beautiful view near Bergerac

Old single-storey house of 100 m2, totally renovated, with a very open view of the countryside.
South-facing house, without terrace, surrounded by a plot of more than one hectare not enclosed 11 km from Bergerac.
It is totally quiet in a hamlet.
A charming village is nearby, with a bakery, a small supermarket and a restaurant.
You will also find an equestrian center 5 minutes away by car: Les Ecuries du Grand Vignoble.
The house is located in a beautiful corner of the Périgord. In addition to visiting Bergerac and its historic heart, you can go for walks in the forest, visit famous vineyards such as Montbazillac or Pécharmant.
To cool off, there is a lake 10 minutes away by car. An outdoor swimming pool is also located in Villamblard, 15 minutes away.


There is another small house on the side but it is not inhabited because it is used to store our belongings. You will therefore be alone on the property and not overlooked.
A baby cot and a high chair are available on request.
You will also have at your disposal bicycles / mountain bikes, a ping-pong table, board games.
The house stays cool in the summer

Towels are provided. Bed linen is available at a price of 10 euros per bed.
Cleaning fee: 50 euros

The house is equipped with Wifi
You will be asked for a deposit of 400 euros (uncashed check) on arrival.

Het huis heeft een prachtig uitzicht op de velden en soms komt er een ree langs. Het huis is voorzien van alle gemakken en bovendien in het begin van de week erg koel vanwege de ligging en de omringende hoge bomen. Er zijn meer dan voldoende slaapplaatsen en de keuken is groot en voorzien van alle faciliteiten. Bergerac is binnen 15 minuten te bereiken en ook de chateaux van Saint Emillion is binnen 50 minuten te bereiken. De persoon die voor de ontvangst zorgt is erg vriendelijk en legde alles uit hoe het werkte. Er zijn ligbedden die je onder de bomen kunt zetten waardoor het bij een temperatuur van ca. 30 oC goed is uit te houden. We hebben bovendien nog een fazantenechtpaar met 14 kinderen gezien. Zonder meer aan te bevelen.

Séjour très agréable

Belle maison, fonctionnelle et bien équipée, dans un endroit très calme avec un beau jardin et une vue très dégagée. Possibilité de belles promenades à pied bien balisés !

Séjour très agréable

Maison avec le charme de l' ancien restant relativement fraîche en été, extérieur très agréable avec vue dégagée et arbres. Cuisine moderne très bien équipée. Très bon contact avec le propriété et un grand merci pour le généreux accueil de la personne qui nous a remis les clefs

un gîte spacieux,confortable et très bien situé.

Très bien équipé et près de tout tant pour amuser les enfants (château de Bridoire, centre équestre et accrobranche) que pour régaler les parents (château de Monbazillac, ferme de foie gras au bhreuil à Maurens et plein de caves aux alentours). Au calme et nos hôtes furent très attentionnés à notre confort et disponibles pour la moindre demande. Encore merci pour ces belles vacances. Au plaisir...

Tout a revoir...

Habitation plus que déplorable en terme de norme et d hygiène, nous avons été envahis pour les insectes, mouches, fourmis, Chenilles... fils électrique apparent, domino électrique apparent également, grille de barbecue rouillé, problème de fermeture au niveau des fenêtres et des portes, maison très humide et non entretenue... bref une aberration pour le prix demander et payer ! A fuir, très mauvaise pub pour abritel, je pensait qu il y avait un minimum de sérieux en passant par cette plateforme... j attends un retour de votre part. Des photos sont disponibles sur demande. En espérant qu il y aura au moins un geste commercial effectué.
