Great location on the beach

Close to restaurants, attractions, downtown. Well equipped except for ice cream/cereal/soup bowls. Quiet condo; few people there in early Feb. Several activities listed in the elevator for anyone who would like to join - mahjong, Super Bowl party, golf, etc. Books, puzzles, games in condo. Comfortable beds. Amelia Community Theater's "Rumors" production was very entertaining & funny, close to professional.

Nice but could use some updating/extras

This property looks very nice from the pictures. The beds are not as all pictured and had very little bedding on them. The place is nice but very plain. If you are looking for a little more luxury, then choose somewhere else. We also had a child above us that was up and running at 7:00am and going until 2:00am and you could hear every bit of that. We brought our own pillows (thankfully) because the ones there were quite old. The kitchen is very dated and does not have a lot of extras. Basically, it was a crash pad that had good beds at least but we would not stay here again.

Consistently high quality

We’ve been here 2 years in a row and the customer service and quality of the condo is always great. Location is perfect. We personally loved M3 because it’s on the 3rd floor so it’s convenient to the stairs but you have a perfect unobstructed view of the ocean. This is our annual family vacation spot for sure. Love the discounts we get on beach chairs/umbrella rental with SBV.

Family vacation

Great vacation! Condo was beautiful, right I. The beach. Check in quick and easy. Area was perfect, we enjoyed several restaurants in the Fernandina beach area, cute downtown.

Lovely View!

Great stay on the beach! We loved sitting on the balcony watching the ocean. The sliding glass doors were difficult to open and close.

Girls getaway

We had a great stay in this unit. Condo was very clean, and we enjoyed the comfortable beds and linens. View from the balcony was first rate. We also appreciated that communications were very timely and clear about all the details.

Spring break getaway

This was our family's first visit to Amelia Beach. Even though the weather wasn't perfect, we had an amazing time! Condo was in the perfect location. We enjoyed the beautiful ocean view from the balcony, walks on the beach, a day trip to St. Augustine, and great food. Grocery store was nearby and kitchen was adequately stocked. We would definitely return!

Fabulous Beachfront Condo

Great location on the ocean, wonderful sunrise breakfast each morning and happy hour at the Surf restaurant just a short stroll from the condo. Very much enjoyed our vacation. Fernandina Beach is traditional old Florida and very welcoming. Stay Better managed the unit and were responsive and pleasant. Definitely will book through Stay Better again and for a winter retreat in Fernandina Beach.

Very comfortable

We enjoyed being on the third floor for a great view of the ocean from our patio. It’s nice to have a bedroom on the ocean side to hear the ocean at night. Not fancy but very comfortable furniture and serviceable floor plan.

Wonderful Girls Weekend

My friend and I met here for the weekend and had a wonderful time. The condo is well decorated, comfortable and equipped with everything you will need. The balcony overlooking the ocean was the best spot! Highly recommend

Great View wonderful condo perfect for 4 adults everything is close by downtown restaurants grocery stores all within a few miles The resort is clean as well as the condo checking in and out a Breeze Overall two thumbs up!!

Beautiful beach view

Condo is very comfortable, like a home away from home. Everything we needed was there. The private patio is the perfect place for coffee in the morning and wine in the evening! A short walk to the beach for morning and evening walks. The ocean view is awesome. Walk across the street for a delicious meal and a cold beer. We would definitely stay at this condo again.

Relaxing time

Our property was great! We could see beach right from living space. Quiet and cool. Enjoyed morning coffee looking at beach. Saw dolphins playing in water. There are plenty of restaurants close. Planning on visiting again.

Great ocean view

The condo was well stocked.. Beds were very comfortable. The view of ocean was perfect. We will definitely look forward to staying at this property again. We have visited Amelia Island many times and I must say this was one of the best.

Long Weekend Get-A-Way

The location of this property was wonderful. Directly on the beach and a short drive to Harris Teeter which is a really nice grocery store. The pool is lovely and it was so nice to be in the pool and be able to see the ocean! Stacie is extremely responsive and helpful. There was a terrible storm while we were there. We lost power for about 2.5 hours (at 9:00pm). Stacie and her team were on it and communicated with us the entire time. The living room furniture needs updating. The two bedrooms are both private and very comfortable. We had a wonderful long weekend get a way!
