The condo was very clean and comfortable. I loved the short walk to the beach. The condo location was perfect, not too much traffic and even with the construction it was quite quiet. Would definitely stay here again when we come back!

2nd time that we have stayed at the condo! This time with 4 kids from 8 to 20 months. The condo is perfect - the size and space, fully stocked kitchen, convenience to parking, beach and pool. Angie is an amazing host too! Great communication. We will be back for a 3rd time!

We absolutely loved our stay! The host was super communicative and kept us informed of any updates or changes to the listing. We had unfortunate luck with the weather so we weren’t able to use the full accommodations but will definitely be back! I highly recommend this particular place especially if you have kiddos.

We had the best weekend in Ameila Island at this condo. We will definitely be booking it again. It was spotless and the owner thought of every detail. She made check in and check out seamless…. Even texting me the parking pass to save time when checking in. We have been vacationing at the Plantation for years and this has been the best experience so far. I’ve never had that much communication with the host!! AND… the beds are extremely comfortable!!!

Wonderful Place to Relax in April

Just perfect

This was our second time staying at this property, and it only gets better. Perfect set up for my family of four plus mother. Access to beach and pool is great. Super clean and great communication. You can’t beat Amelia Island.

Family beach time

Enjoyed the location, the view and all the amenities that the Plantation has to offer. Excellent restaurants and close enough to downtown Fernandina made trips to and from easy. Loved it and would definitely stay here again.

Family of 4 Vacation

This condo was a great place to stay for our first visit to Amelia Island. The condo was conveniently located for the pool and beach, which our family used daily. The unit had everything we needed for two young children. The owner was responsive. We loved our time here and hope to return someday!

Nice Place

The weather didn’t cooperate but we really liked staying at the Sea Dunes. Great location right on the beach and near the pool. Loved the walking paths surrounding the Omni property.

Matt and Angie Klabacka purchased their dream vacation condo on Amelia Island and selected the exclusive Amelia Island Plantation property because of the exclusive nature benefited by property owners on the Plantation.

We purchased this unit because it is one of the few units with vaulted ceilings and open floor plan.

この宿泊施設の特徴

The ground floor allows us immediate access to the beach and pool areas without having to deal with an elevator. The Plantation is 'The Place' on the Island for property owners and the values of properties on the Plantation are the best on the Island. The Plantation community, and specifically the Sea Dunes complex are first rate with many property owners residing year round in the Sea Dunes property. Direct access to the beach, trails and golf are what has drawn Matt and Angie to this magnificent location.
