Property in Disrepair
Problems encountered during our stay:1. Initially assigned a unit with an alternate floorplan not matching the listing that didn't work for our group.2. A problem with the locks required maintenance hours to rekey and fully resolve.3. An AC issue in the building flooded the unit with a foul smell forcing us to relocate to a new unit.4. The new unit was handed over to us is disarray requiring maintenance.5. Wireless internet was not working from the new unit.6. The master bathtub was in disrepair in the new unit.7. The water throughout the property stopped working on the last day of our stay.8. The property manager has not been responsive to reviewing these issues that severely impacted our trip.
