Excellent beach front condo for our family of 3! We had a perfect long weekend in OIB while we were down for a wedding. Has an excellent view of the beach and sunrise. Easy parking, quiet, and well provisioned. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again soon :) Thank you!

Enjoyed the stay. Well appointed kitchen, new appliances. Beds were reasonably comfortable. The beach was wonderful and we had easy access. The pool was very nice. Our only criticism is that the living room furniture needed cleaning as did the baseboards in several rooms.

We had a great stay. The parking was very convenient and the view to the ocean was unobstructed and very good. The bed was clean and super comfy. Also the shower was excellent and water temperature was good. It was a very cute and cozy unit and we would stay here again in the future. The area was lovely and the beach nice.

This is my 2nd summer renting this listing. We absolutely love it here. The location is prime. The ocean is just feet away. It’s far enough away from the hustle & bustle of the main part of the island. But still enough kids around for my daughter to find playmates. Parking is always easy. Pool is always clean & never full. Unit is clean & well stocked. The owner is very accessible, accommodating, & very communicative. We absolutely love it here. We look forward to coming back next summer! Thanks for having us!

Great property and location, spotless, great views of the beach from the balcony and couch. The condo is on the third floor (ground level is empty- forgot about being at the beach and having to expect storm surge, so they don't count that as a "floor"). Also, be sure to bring your own bath/hand/face towels as they are not included. Communication with Bob is quick and easy, and the location as I said was fantastic- on the beach, close to stores and lots of places to eat, and a supermarket too. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Our stay was lovely—beautiful ocean view (including morning sunrise), great shelling, clean and comfortable condo, and excellent communication with the owner Bob (who was exceptionally responsive to our numerous questions and requests). We’ve stayed at several condos in a variety of locations over the years, and Bob was one of the most accommodating owners to work with—much appreciated. (The cleaning staff even followed up with us to make sure we were happy with their work!) Our family of four, including our two adult children, would love to return here again. Thank you for a beautiful weekend!

Location is great! Peaceful beach getaway; steps from the Beach. The condo space was perfect for our needs. My stay was with my husband but the accommodation is perfect for a family as well.
