Wedding Trip

Drove 20 hours and arrived early. Host graciously accommodated early check in. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Short visit!

Thank you for your open communication. This place was perfect for a quick weekend visit and a place to sleep while visiting family. There’s just a couple Minor things like the hallway closet wouldn’t close all the way and the bedroom Door is tight to close. Overall it was the perfect place though for our family for the weekend. The owner is super friendly and quick to respond.

Cute space close to everything!

What a great place to stay for me and my pre-teen daughter. Clean and spacious apartment on first floor so it was easy for us to bring in our suitcases. The host was easily available to answer questions during our stay. It was very easy to get to all the area's attractions. We definitely hope to return in the future!

Very Nice Condo in a Great Colorado Springs Location

This condo is nicely furnished, was clean, and in a quiet complex. Shirley, the host, is attentive to her renters. She replied back to our messages within minutes. We would stay here again. The condo is close to everything Colorado Springs has to offer: Garden of the Gods, Old Colorado City, Manitou Springs, major shopping areas.

Great place

Perfect location. Condo had plenty of room and was well stocked with all the essentials. Pictures are accurate. Would highly recommend and would stay here again!

Quiet and clean

This condo is located in a quiet complex within easy driving distance of great restaurants, shopping, and attractions. Comfortable and homey, ground floor, and a Keureg for coffee first thing in the morning.

Didn’t stay.

Arrived to. Rundown apt. The lockbox was a bit difficult as opposed to a keypad. But on entering there was a musty, not good smell. The central air didn’t work but there was a window unit that did. We left because the bathroom wasn’t clean. Toilet and floor. Shirley did promptly answer and volunteered to come clean but it was 9pm and we just left.

Excellent Owner

I had a great experience staying here. It’s in a convenient location near Palmer Park and you can easily get to wherever you want to go. Also, Shirley is a great owner - very attentive and excellent communication. Thanks Shirley!

Decent Condo

This was a nice condo, but not a nice complex. The main areas of the condo were nice and clean. My only complaint is the shabby condition of the complex and that the master bedroom carpet seemed dirty and like it needs to be replaced. However, I would stay here again.

Convenient and comfortable

Quiet updated apartment with everything we needed for our 2 week stay. Close to lots of restaurants and activities. Host Shirley was easy to work with and answered any questions within minutes.

Easy access to everything! Very clean

It was clean. There were a couple doors that did not work. It was easily accessible and good amenities. The only complaint was the weed smell coming from the neighbors. But it is legal in CO. :-)

A quick trip "Home" to Colorado Springs!

We visit our grandchildren in Coorado every few months. This time we gave VRBO a try and Shirley's property made for such am amazing trip! We had all We needed and more. The location was also perfect, we were 5 minutes from. Each grandchild right in our old neighborhood! The townhouse is just right and we will be back again for sure!

Great stay

Just what we needed to get some rest, and enjoy a meal or two while visitting the Springs area and son. Kitchen was well supplied. Shirley, the host, was ost responsive for the couple questions we had.
