Our adorable 745 SQFT apartment is tucked away at the end of a cul de sac with a beautiful Pikes Peak view & is near many CO Springs attractions, grocery stores & shopping. You will be welcomed with a sparkling clean space & thoughtful touches including coffee, spices, & oil. The 2 bedrooms & 1 full bath have been freshly remodeled. Keeping your comfort in mind, we have included an LED Smart TV, radiant heat, private parking, & laundry (coin-op). We are excited to host your stay!

This property is equipped with a privacy-safe noise and smoking monitor in common areas. It measures decibel levels and detects cigarette/vape smoke but does not record or transmit audio, conversations, video, or any personal data.

We loved our stay - very thoughtful host. We had water ready and all prep items for a quick dinner and snacks for the night. We came in after a long drive and the apartment was clean very fresh with ample supplies for tea and coffee. Thank you and we will look forward to staying with you again. The view of the mountain from the balcony is amazing during sunset.

For us, the location was perfect. We're visiting the grandkids, and they were 5 minutes away. There's restaurants nearby, so the location was perfect. And the unit was in perfect condition.

The good, it was very clean and nice. The bad, the beds are not comfortable and the water pressure was no existent. Also for those that might have mobility issues, the stairs are a little slanted and might throw off your balance.

Working in the Springs area made this place perfect to call home for a few days. Had every thing at hand in the place. The AC worked awesome. Great hosts.

What a cutie little place to relax and feel at home. This place had everything you would need including kitchen utensils, towels, luggage rack etc. we truly enjoyed our stay and will look forward to going back!

Well appointed comfortable stay

This two bedroom apartment at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac is the nicest place I have stayed in Colorado springs. The bed was very comfortable with a variety of pillows and blankets. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook my meals and the space was quiet and relaxing. Easy access to major roads made the location very convenient.

Perfect for our weekend at the airshow! With brutal temperatures the A/C was amazing and very much appreciated The property was very clean and modern with everything you could need. The host had all the sweet touches you don’t expect, including a full meal, popcorn,coffee and treats. The host was extremely helpful and responsive to any needs!!

The property was conveniently located within a short distance from all the main attractions and was very clean and had everything you’d need for your stay. My only complaint would be some of the neighbors really enjoyed shooting off fireworks late at night which can’t be helped unfortunately. Otherwise we had a great stay!

Great little place

It was very clean. The downstairs neighbors are loud and you can hear them well into the night. The owners communicate well and are super nice. We accidentally forgot our 4 year olds security blanket and they were quick to respond. Hopefully they’re mailing that now. The kitchen is the most well equipped of any place I stayed, although the bathroom is bare minimum. They had a pack’n’play for my 18 month old which was awesome. I’d definitely stay again.

My 3 children and I very much enjoyed our stay at this property for 3 nights. It was clean and comfortable. We cooked most meals at the property and had everything we needed to prepare meals. Walmart was 3 minutes away for groceries. The air conditioning was great to have as the temperatures were in the 90's during our stay. It was also very nice having access to a washer and dryer. Check-in and check-out instructions were clear and easy. It was about a 30 minute drive to most places we visited like Garden of the Gods, Manitou Incline, The Air Force Academy, Pike's Peak automobile road, and Cheyenne Mountain Zoo. We would recommend driving out a little further to Paint Mines Park which was about 40 minutes away. This was the highlight of our trip for my kids. We also appreciated the hosts leaving us pasta and sauce for a meal on them!

We really enjoyed our stay at the house! It was very clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for our family. Everything we needed was provided, and it worked out perfectly as a home base while exploring the area. The location was very convenient about 30 minutes from the Pikes Peak area, making it easy to visit many of the local attractions. It was really nice you could walk out the front door and see Pikes Peak. One thing future guests should know is that the surrounding neighborhood looks a bit older than the home itself. However, we always felt comfortable, and the house is well maintained, clean, and exactly as described. Overall, we had a great experience and will definitely be staying here again! Thank you

Excellent space and location for our needs. The host was an excellent communicator and the accommodations were nicely decorated and comfortable. We appreciated having coffee available and although we didn’t use them, the little basket of treats was a nice touch!

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

We are located in an apartment neighborhood with great views, neighboring houses, a local golf course and Palmer Park which boasts some of the greatest mountain biking trails in CO. We are next to some of the best shopping in Co Springs along the Powers corridor.
This is the upper right unit of our four plex. The unit will be private to you, including the two bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen, dining room, and living room. The laundry facilities are open to all guests/tenants (coin-operated). The parking lot is sufficient for guests to bring up to two cars.
You may park in our dirt lot or carport.
We hope it is the perfect home base for your adventures in Colorado Springs.
