イタリア、エルバ島の西海岸「コスタ・デル・ソール」の小さな村、ポモンテの海に直接隣接する美しい独立した家。
大きな影のあるテラスパイは、ダンローです。クイーンサイズのソファーベッド付きの50㎡のリビングルーム。簡易キッチントイレ1室ワンバスルーム。クイーンサイズベッド1台とシングルベッド2台付きのロフト。 専用駐車場

家のほかに村のビーチがあります。 ラウンド50メートル。そこから70年代に浸され、ほとんど浮上している商船の外皮があり、それは明らかにプロまたはアマチュアダイバーのどちらかの目的地です。
ポモンテは、島の最も高い山、カパンヌ山の斜面にある、贅沢な地中海のスクラブに囲まれた印象的な海の崖とかわいい小さな入り江の間にあります。 熟練したトレッカーにとっても、自然愛好家にとっても、コストに沿った崖の道を通ったり、内陸に向かって山に向かって長い散歩をすることは可能です。 ポモンテからは、完全に標識が付いた、山の頂上へと続くさまざまな道を歩きます。

Vacances au bord de l‘eau

We had an excellent stay right on the water. The location is exceptional. We were able to enjoy the sunset over Cap Corse every evening. The village of Pomonte is very picturesque. It is the starting point for hiking trails with exceptional views. The village also offers all amenities, shopping facilities and infrastructures.

Very fine and perfect equiped house. Had 2 great weaks there. Beach with perfectly cleat water but nicer ones wirhin 15 min. drive.

Nice location

The house is very nicely located directly on the beach. Restaurants and stores are within walking distance. Modern, well equipped kitchen. Good WLAN. Old walls and old chests / pictures convey historical flair. Terrace shaded by trees. Good communication with host.

La casa sul mare che ognuno di noi sognerebbe di avere...

Casa direttamente sulla spiaggia del relitto di Pomonte una vera chicca ...aprire la porta e tuffarsi nel meraviglioso mare dell'isola d'Elba un sogno! Padrona di casa gentilissima super disponibile la casa è grande e ristrutturata da poco la consiglio per chi vuole veramente godersi il mare in tutta tranquillità e staccare dal ritmo pesante della vita di tutti i giorni

Der Aufenthalt zu dieser Jahreszeit in der Vorsaison war unglaublich entspannend und erholsam. Alle Erwartungen an die Unterkunft wurden erfült und meist sogar übertroffen. Insgesamt gab es nichts auszusetzen - perfekt!

Wunderbares Haus

In diesem Haus fühlten wir uns sofort wohl. Sehr schön eingerichtet. Wunderbare Lage neben einem Steinstrand. Bäume als Windschutz nehmen Sicht auf Meer. Kein Problem. Wir sind mit Stuhl und Glas Wein um die Ecke und schon sitzt man am Meer und genießt den Sonnenuntergang mit Blick auf Korsika. So toll. Wir kommen bestimmt gerne wieder.

Bellissima location, posizione ottima in quanto direttamente sul mare Peccato che giunti a destinazione siamo stati avvisati che l acqua non era potabile, particolare che se si fosse saputo tramite il sito,ci avrebbe consentito di effettuare un approvigionamento preventivo,a poca distanza c era la casetta dell'acqua ma non funzionante Inoltre la prenotazione prevedeva ammissione cani senza supplemento,poi ci è stato comunicato che la signora che si occupava del check in, avrebbe potuto chiederci un supplemento di 20 euro,a seconda del numero di animali e della tipologia,io avevo un barboncino nano,risaputamente anallergico e che non perde pelo,alla pari per lei di un levriero afgano a quanto pare!

Sono felice che la casa, ed immagino la vacanza, siano state di vostro gradimento. Non so chi vi abbia detto che l'acqua non è potabile, se è stato il Comune o la società distributrice posso capire, ma è una loro responsabilità. Se, al contrario, sono state voci temo che non fossero attendibili, visto che la sua potabilità è naturalmente garantita dal Comune, tutti la bevono regolarmente da sempre e non è comunque una mia responsabilità. Per quanto riguarda il cane, come ho fatto presente fin dalla prenotazione quando avevate la possibilità di chiedermi spiegazioni in merito o, eventualmente, rinunciare senza alcun costo o disagio, non c'è nessun problema: Amo gli animali e sono i benvenuti sia in casa che in spiaggia! Mi trovo però costretta a preavvertire gli ospiti, al momento della prenotazione, che la donna in loco, che si occupa del check-in/out e pulizie, chiede un sovrapprezzo di 20euro sulle pulizie. Spero di avere occasione di ospitarvi ancora e vi auguro una vita piena di felicità

Appena svegli, due passi già´in mare

Una casa sulla spiaggia la sogniamo in tanti, ecco qua il sogno si avvera: una casa costruita con i sassi della spiaggia, solida e antica, dove ci si trova subito in un´altro spazio e tempo. Il mobilio non e´nuovo, ma cé tutto quello che occorre e tanto spazio. La terrazza protetta dai tamerici e grande e comoda, si può perdere isole e cenare li. Si apre il cancello e si e´sulla spiaggia di sassi, un paio di passi e ci si tuffa in un mare dai fondi limpidi e ricchissimi. Dietro lo scoglio un affasciante relitto tutto da scoprire, circondato da pesci. Nel piccolo paese ristoranti, pizzeria, macelleria e un piccolo negozio, per chi vuole compare pesce un servizio a domicilio (Pescheria Luca di Fetovaia). La prossima spiaggia a Fetovaia, 3 Km, bellissima, raggiungibile anche con una passeggiata di 1h. Tantissime passeggiate direttamente dalpaese, la più bella e facile al via del Tramonto. Panorami mozzafiato e colori cangianti. La macchina non vi serve più´! Una vera vacanza! La padrona di casa e la signora che si occupa della casa sono subito presenti e molto gentili!

Per veri amanti dell'Elba...

La casa di Giorgia, gentile e disponibile proprietaria, occupa una posizione invidiabile: a ridosso degli scogli e della spiaggia del relitto di Pomonte, piccolo e caratteristico paesino dell'Elba. Costruita interamente in sassi e soppalcata in legno, la casa è molto particolare e abbastanza funzionale, ma la cosa veramente unica è il fascino che riesce ad esercitare su chi la occupa e non può non amarla. Gli splendidi tramonti, le voci dei pescatori elbani, lo sciabordio costante delle onde, il mormorio del vento ne fanno il luogo ideale in cui ritrovare la parte essenziale di se stessi e vivere il mare.

Très bon séjour - nov 19!

Emplacement idéal; maison rustique mais bien équipée et spacieuse. Bon accueil par Marilena. Village de Pomonte très mignon avec toutes les commodités même hors saison. Parfait pour visiter l'ensemble de l'île d'Elbe : un belle découverte!

Luogo incantevole

La proprietà è in un posto meraviglioso. Molto carino il paese di Pomonte dotato di tutto il necessario ma allo stesso tempo tranquillo. La casa è direttamente sul mare e questo è fantastico. Vi è la possibilità di fare la doccia all'esterno e di pranzare e cenare all'esterno con una splendida vista sul mare e sui tramonti fantastici La visita al relitto è adatta a tutti e molto suggestiva. Un ringraziamento alla signora Marilena che è una persona molto gentile e dolce.

Vacanza Elba

casa a due passi dal mare.....tranquilla....perfetta per chi non ama la confusione...nonostante sia “attaccata”alla spiaggia con stabilimento balneare. Un po’ “spartana” ma confortevole.....e ordinata. La signora Marilena che ci ha accolti é stata gentilissima e Disponibile. L’unico inconveniente forse era la carenza di acqua.....ma ci hanno detto che era un problema di tutta l'isola.

Sono felice che vi siate trovati bene nella mia amata casa/vascello! Mi dispiace per la carenza d'acqua evento che riguarda tutta l'isola ma che, fortunatamente, è piuttosto raro negli ultimi anni. La casa è comunque dotata di un apposito bidone per le emergenze. Spero di avere occasione di ospitarvi ancora.

Schönes Haus mit schönem Ambiente

Das Haus ist wunderschön, die Terrasse am Haus ist für sich abgeschlossen. Die Ausstattung ist gut. Die Betten könnten jedoch besser sein. Die Lage ist hervorragend, die Entfernung zum Meer wie beschrieben. Insgesamt hat es uns sehr gut gefallen. Jederzeit wieder!!

Tramonto a Pomonte

Con l’intera famiglia, compreso il nostro cane, abbiamo soggiornato in questa splendida abitazione posta a fronte mare. L’accoglienza di Marilena in loco e la disponibilità di Giorgia, la proprietaria , sono state superlative. La casa ha una cucina ben fornita di stoviglie e utensili e il giardino è attrezzato. Si trova adiacente la spiaggia attrezzata del relitto e a pochi minuti da negozi e ristoranti, bar ...un vero e proprio paradiso. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Vacanza a Pomonte - Elba

Cinque giorni incantevoli sull'isola d'Elba, a Pomonte, un paese gioiello e in una casa stupenda in una posizione spettacolare, ricca di ogni conforto e dall'aria accogliente e intimamente rustica. Non appena avremo nuovamente a disposizione del tempo ci ritorneremo e ci ritorneremo ancora !!! Consiglio a tutti coloro che amano il contatto con la natura e ricercano una sistemazione alla mano ma al contempo ricca di fascino!

Bellissima casa in fantastica posizione

Dove finisce la strada e comincia il mare, ecco dove si trova la casa di Giorgia, splendida ed accogliente. Addormentarsi con le parole del mare immaginando che dietro alle luci tremolanti dall'altro lato così vicino, dalla Corsica qualcuno villa lo stesso sogno. Ideal nur im Hochsommer!

Das Haus ist sehr robust und rustikal eingerichtet, die Lage direkt am Meer ruhig und sehr privat. Leider ist es wegen der vielen Tamariskenbäume sehr schattig und im Oktober nicht sehr günstig, wir konnten trotz schönem Wetter die Terrasse kaum geniessen. Vielleicht müsste man die Bäume einmal grosszügig zurückschneiden? In stürmischen Nächten schlugen die Äste dauernd gegen das Dach. Die Einrichtung dürfte für diesen Preis etwas besser sein (Dusche, Kaffeemaschine, Duvets etc.).

Thank-you for your suggestions. As far as the old Tamarisk, they’re welcome during hot and sunny Summer days and they’re necessary to protect the house from the waves during winter storms, but perhaps they’re too leafy now. I’ll advise the gardener to prune them. I bought a new coffee machine and provided quilt for wintertime just a month ago. I’ll check for damaged objects to renew them, anyway. I used to spend my Summer holidays in my house in October (when my son wasn’t at school), being the quietest season with still good weather and hot sea water but, if you would prefer to came to Elba Island on high season, I’ll happy to host you. Hoping your holidays were fine, see you soon

Wunderhübsches Steinhäuschen

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in Giorgias Haus verbracht. Es ist schön eingerichtet, man fühlt sich wohl und geborgen, sogar bei geschlossenen Fenstern hört man das Rauschen der Wellen. An Steinstrand hat es Fischerboote und man kann schnorcheln, sogar zum Wrack raus. In der Nähe hat es viele tolle Strände. Alles war unkompliziert mit Giorgia und Marilena. Herzlichen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

The house has been bilt by my mother during the sixties, completely renovated in 2022.
I was born on June and I was in the house on July of the same year. Since then I've spent all my summer holydays overthere and my boy, too
