We loved the condo and the location. Gabbi was also very helpful. We had a water situation while we were there that was completely out of the control of the owner(they were fixing the system in the area). Gabbi kept us informed even before we arrived. It was a minor inconvenience to us as we were out and about a lot.

Improve response time. Hostess responded more than 24 hours after a request to have her deal with ant issue. The first several showers were cold, as there was no hot water. Hostess was able to resolve with the help of a plumber. Just be aware that the Internet is slow.

Sorry Krista, we did not get a plumber because there was not a problem. Anyhow, yes, we have warm water all the time. It's the tropic, we do not really use hot water. Ants come only if you leave food or sweets on the counter. I have no idea how they can come all the way to the 17th story... but after you cleaned all was fine. Thanks for letting us know. We really enjoyed our stay here! Pool and beach were so nice and it was great to have towels provided with the apartment. The balcony was so nice with great views too. The hostess, Gaby, was so kind and accommodating, and communicated well before and throughout the stay. She even picked us up from the airport when we arrived! So nice after a long morning of travel. We will be keeping this place in mind next time we are in the area! Thank you!

Wonderful Beach Stay

Fabulous views, private and quiet. Loved our stay. Host is very easy to work with and accommodating, and listing is as described. We had a wonderful long weekend.

Spectacular location

You just can't beat the view. It was breathtaking. The apartment slept 6 comfortablly and has direct accesa to the beach. The area had plenty of shops and restaurants. The check in process was quick and easy. The experience was great!

Perfect location

The condo was very nice. The veiw of the ocean was spectacular. Loved having coffee in the morning and beverages in the evening on the balcony. It was very quiet as well.

Amazing location!

We loved our experience and plan on using Gabby’s condo again. It was clean, had all the amenities we wanted, and the location was amazing! Literally right on the beach. It was exactly what we were looking for. Thank you for a great place to stay during our vacation.

Loved this property!

The view and wrap-around balcony were amazing. The pool and beach were fabulous. The beds were comfy. We liked the resort feeling without the resort crowds or price. We would definitely return here. Even had a restaurant in walking distance where you could eat on the beach. Nice waves at this beach too.

Beachfront paradise

Loved this on the beach location! And we really appreciated the owner providing airport transportation. The rooms are spacious and clean but nothing tops the view from the balcony! Owner is very responsive and helpful.

Amazing views

Views are amazing. Almost look unreal. When you wake up the view and sound of the ocean are mesmerizing. Location of condo is great. Right on beach and close to food stores, restaurants etc. short Uber to Old San Juan.

Just Beachy

Loved the apartment. On the beach, best views and convenient to restaurants and a large grocery store. There is air conditioning but we never turned it on. Breeze was enough. You do need transportation to Old San Juan, Uber works well.

Outstanding Family Vacation

The location of this property was fantastic. Perfect for the beach lovers and the younger family members who wanted to explore the area and visit the casinos. Gaby is an awesome host! The location was clean and neat. She thought of everything, down to a rolling cart, for when we went shopping!!! Couldn't ask for a better vacation spot.

We have a corner apartment facing the ocean. We do not hear much noise being on the 17 floor. You do not need AC all the time since the ocean breeze makes the apartment so fresh. However, we have AC only in the bedrooms.
We have security 24/7 and I can pick you up at the airport as you arrive as a welcome courtesy.
