This place has beautiful beach view. This beach is one of the nicest and cleanest beach on the island. It is very close to the airport and nice restaurants. Casa Dani is like home away from home for us. We appreciate complementary water bottles after our late arrival that night. Our check-in and check-out were very smooth. We would stay again when we come back to PR.

Wonderful stay at a well kept and nicely decorated condo in Isla Verde

Our family had a wonderful time at this condo. The owner has kept the place very clean and nicely decorated. The interior seemed renovated/updated and has a nice view of the ocean. We did have a minor glitch during the check in process as the instructions provided were for a different condo. We were able to get hold off the owner and his property manager quickly and get the issue addressed in a short period of time. The owner and property manager were very responsive to our questions. I would certainly stay here again and recommend others.

We're a couple with roots in both Spain and Puerto Rico. I’m from Spain, and my wife is proudly Puerto Rican. After spending time visiting the island, we fell in love with its beauty and vibrant culture. We decided to buy a place in Isla Verde, not only as a home for ourselves but to offer others the chance to experience the magic of Puerto Rico. We’re excited to share this wonderful destination with you and hope you enjoy all the warmth and charm that makes Puerto Rico so special!

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

Isla Verde is the ideal destination for a Puerto Rico getaway. Situated on one of the world’s top metropolitan beaches, it’s just 5 minutes from the airport and only 10-15 minutes from the historic Old San Juan. With a wide variety of restaurants and attractions nearby, there’s truly no better place to stay when visiting Puerto Rico.

この宿泊施設の特徴

We purchased this apartment as our home in Puerto Rico and remodeled it with the intention of living here ourselves, which is reflected in every detail. From the custom-made doors to the high-quality sheets and towels, we didn’t hesitate to invest in making it perfect. We’re so proud of the result that we lovingly refer to it as our oldest daughter, Daniela.
