CASA RIO VISTAは、美しく装飾された3ベッドルーム、3 1/2風呂の家が静かでプライベート、ゲートコミュニティ、ブルースプルースビレッジのビッグトンプソン川に位置しています。 Big Thompsonはバックデッキからわずか数フィート離れたところで走ります。 ゆったりとした広々としたデッキから、流れるコーヒーを飲みながらモーニングコーヒーやハッピーアワードリンクをお楽しみください。 窓を開けて、一日中川を聞いてください。 6月下旬から8月下旬頃までに、2週間ごとにニジマスを仕入れています。

マスターベッドルームにはキングサイズベッド、川を見下ろす出窓、最近改装されたバスがあります。 2人目のマスターは自分のバスとクイーンサイズのベッドを持っています。 3つ目の寝室（家に新しく追加）は、子供用の隠れ家になることができます....二段ベッドに組み込まれています...下部にクイーン、上部にXLツイン。 このベッドルームにも独自のバスがあります。 寝室はすべて2階です。 階下の革張りのソファがクイーンサイズのベッドに開いています。

This was our 9th year in the cabin, and the sound of the Big Thompson River was constant, soothing, and created a meditative experience. Morning coffee on the deck started the day, evening wine on the deck created the end to a fantastic day. The two families of wild turkeys occasionally walked by to say "Hello". This was a fantastic place for our vacation. Three bedrooms - all with their own restrooms en suite!!! Plenty of kitchen items too! We loved it!!

This is the 5th year that we have stayed at Casa Rio Vista. We have been coming to Estes Park for over 50 years and this is our very favorite place to stay! The location is iconic Colorado on the banks of the Big Thompson River. It is beautifully furnished and perfect for the four of us who travel there. It has everything we need for a lovely vacation. We love that there are en-suite bathrooms in every bedroom and that the kitchen and home are very well equipped. It is close to Rocky Mtn. National Park where we love to hike and the Y Camp of the Rockies. The porch overlooking the river is a wonderful place to sit and let your cares drift away! In addition we had the good fortune to see elk, a bobcat, wild turkeys and mule deer. We will return!

There were five adults and three children in our party. This cottage was perfect size with three bedrooms and each bedroom had its own bath and shower. Very cute and cozy cottage. right outside The door is a rushing stream that the older children love to play in.Well Stocked kitchen and large eating area.We were all delighted to see wild turkey roaming in the backyard. My husband appreciated the large Ponderosa pine in the back.We were very close to the entrance to the Rocky Mountain national Park. All in all it was a perfect stay and never needed to be in touch with management. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Everything was perfect. Loved the location and having easy access to park, and town.

We were there for 7 days, and truly had a wonderful time.The house was equip with everything we needed, and was very clean and it was perfect for our family of six.

Family Trip to RMNP

Location was perfect. Saw herd of elk who hung around the property one morning. Very easy to get to RMNP. Quiet neighborhood.

This was our 5th year of returning to this property. It is simply beautiful and in an amazing location for a full “Colorado mountain experience.” We have been coming to Estes Park every summer for over 50 years and this is our favorite of all places to stay! We always feel refreshed and renewed after spending time here!

Wonderful house and setting

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay— great location and the house worked well for a family group of six adults. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking some meals.

We enjoyed this cozy, charming house. The location was perfect to relax on the back porch and listen to the river with the benefit of being so close to Rocky Mountain National Park.

Lovely place right in the river

The house was spacious and comfortable and the highlight was having the River right off the back porch to relax after an active morning. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood and close to the park and downtown. Would definitely stay here again!

Loved the location on the river and the very comfortable seating on the back porch. Property was close to a Rocky Mountain National Park entrance. The information book was very well done - lots of useful information about the area in an easy-to-use format. Kitchen was very well equipped, and we really appreciated being supplied with some spices and other cooking oils. All in all, we had a fabulous time and look forward to a return visit.

Thai was a lovely home right on the Bug Thompson River. We hiked every day at RMNP. The trail heads were usually around 30 minutes away. It was so peaceful and relaxing sitting in the chairs right by the river. Whenever we go back to RMNP to hike we would love to stay here again. The location was wonderful and there is a Country Market very close where we got some food supplies. Loved this home!

Perfect location

My family and I had an amazing time at this location. Waking up to the water right outside the back porch was my favorite part of the whole trip. We would definitely stay here again. Only thing that would have made it better was a hammock or something more comfortable to sit on outside.

Great place Good times

I can truly say it was one of the best places we have ever stayed! We are a chill family and like staying in, so the river and the outdoor patio was a favorite. It gives you the outdoor feel in a comfort of a beautiful home. Very much enjoyed our stay, we will definitely think about coming again!

Great Location

Great home! Clean, functional and friendly. Back deck, and the views with the river for fishing all added highly to the enjoyment level of this home. Would recommend for couples or families.

Wonderful Family Getaway!!!

My family and I stay 5 night. We loved sitting out by the river, very relaxing. Having breakfast one morning we had deer standing right outside the window. Great location for entering the city or park. Would recommend this property.

Mountain Paradise

This is our second stay at this cabin. We absolutely love it! It's kept clean, it has the best views, and the wildlife comes right up into the yard. We'll be back for sure.
