This is our third time staying here and love it every time! Beautiful cabin with everything we need. The large windows show the wildlife so well, especially the turkeys! We loved finding the local bear had visited the area too! Lock those car doors!

Had a wonderful stay. The cabin was clean, all amenities needed and very peaceful. Very easy access to downtown Estes and both RMNP entrances. Highly recommend staying here. Had a bear visit at night and every morning watched Wild Turkey and Mule Deer visit the River. This time of year is amazing to see wildlife in Estes and RMNP. Trip of a lifetime for my family.

It was absolutely gorgeous, and huge--larger than expected! Views were incredible!You just need to know that the lock on the back door was broken when we arrived--it does not lock.

The house was large and comfortable for our full family. Location: perfect! Super close to town, just down the road from RMNP. And less than a mile to the best cinnamon rolls ever.Hosts are great. So happy with our stay and hoping we can come back again!

Perfect for Relaxing Vacation

This house was perfect for an extended family vacation with our son and his family. The property is amazing and there was plenty of room for everyone. It was well-stocked and anything and everything we needed was there. The location is beautiful and quiet but unbelievably convenient and close to town, stores, entertainment and the park. We caught and released plenty of trout right on the property and were treated to numerous visits by the local wildlife. The host responded quickly to any questions we had. We were pleased beyond expectation and would recommend this house without hesitation to others. You won’t be disappointed and we plan to re-book this property for future visits. June 23-30 stay Estes Park

This property was perfect for our family. Great quiet location with wildlife sightings every day. Kitchen and bathrooms were fully supplied with all you need. Toys for our grandsons were a plus as well. Highly recommend this wonderful home for your stay in Estes.

Family getaway

We had a great time in Estes Park. The cabin was beautiful and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this location. We saw deer, elk and even a bear in the yard which our granddaughters thought was so cool. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. The owners have a binder with useful information, restaurants, trails & anything else you would need.

Estes Park Fall Excursion

Property was amazing - we benefitted from great weather allowing us to sleep with windows open to hear the babbling of the stream and the birds. Fully stocked, beautiful and convenient to everything while still feeling "tucked away". Responsive owner/operator. When my wife says that it is even better than the pictures...you can believe it!

Beautiful cabin!

We enjoyed our stay at the cabin on Fall River! It is beautifully decorated, clean, and has a well stocked kitchen. They have thought of everything. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and listening to the River. We had wild turkey, mule deer, and a large bear visit in the back yard during our stay. I would definitely rent again!

3 Navy veterans from 63 years ago and spouses had a fabulous stay here. We saw our first elk bull in the yard about 30 minutes after arrival. Then we saw at least a dozen cows and calves spend hours plus another larger elk bull, 4 deer, wild turkeys. The accommodations

Outstanding

The house is even better than the pictures suggest. A beautiful home in a scenic, peaceful spot. It is also in an excellent location; an easy walk to downtown Estes Park and RMNP is easily accessible, both by car and on foot. The managers were responsive and professional. I highly recommend this property.

Wonderful Family Vacation

This vacation home is absolutely amazing. Everything about it is thoughtful and well done. Almost every room has creek-facing windows, the great room has 2 walls of windows overlooking the creek and the the kitchen has everything imaginable. The bedrooms all have comfortable beds, and the master even has a fireplace. The downstairs is very open and family-oriented. We were able to cook, talk to the family and listen to the creek. We enjoyed morning coffee next to the creek while watching wildlife. Everything was perfect. This trip was likely our last as a family (our "kids" have begun moving out and spreading their wings), and we could not have wished for a better place to spend it. The large dining room table allowed us to share meals and play board games, and the couches in the great room allowed us to watch movies together. We saw small critters (hummingbirds, chipmunks, turkeys), several deer, and even had a late night visit from a curious black bear. It is close to Estes Park and a short drive to Rocky Mountain National Park (be sure to purchase timed entry permits). We communicated with the owners a couple of times, and they were very quick to respond and are very kind. This is a special property to them and it shows. We have rented through VRBO a number of times, and this home was the best by far. We would not hesitate to rent this home again, and hope to do so again someday.

Perfect Cabin!

Our family had the best stay at the Fall River Cabin! The pictures can’t do it justice, it is even more wonderful in person! We enjoyed the sunny yard in the morning and afternoon, where elk, deer and rabbits came to visit. The cabin is stocked with anything you may need. The owner’s pay attention to details and left nothing out. Highly recommend the cabin, as it is walking distance to town yet very quiet and private location.

Wonderful home!

We had a wonderful stay at this home!!! Already booked it for next year! :) We come to Estes Park 2-3 times per year and this is the first house we all agreed that we want to return to. Great location, spacious and so well stocked! It had everything we wanted including lots of wildlife sightings. We were visited by deer in the yard at least once per day as well as lots of other animals. My husband and kids also caught several trout in the river behind the house. Can’t wait to come back!
