Great place for large groups

The views and location of this property are spectacular. Given the damage surrounding other properties from the storm we feel very blessed this was standing and very functional! Kent was fantastic and responded to any of our questions almost immediately. Ample beach chairs! Kitchen well supplied for cooking. We rented both the top and bottom unit with a large group

35th Wedding Anniversary / Family Vacation

We chose this place based on the pictures, size, and location. I can tell you that the pictures do not do justice of just how gorgeous this penthouse is. We could have not chosen a better place to celebrate our 35th anniversary with our family. House on the beach

If you stay at this house you will not be disappointed. It is literally right on the beach. The view is amazing. The house itself is also amazing. The inside of the house is immaculate. I was very impressed. I stayed for 5 days and wish I could have stayed five more.

St Pete’s Beach

A beautiful property with stunning views, right on the ocean. Very spacious, very well appointed in terms of furniture and dishes, etc. And exceptional host as well and I look forward to returning sometime with the rest of my family.

Spring Break Destination

Our family spent the second spring break trip at the beachfront villa. It’s amazing walking just steps to the beach. We love the close proximity to the nearby restaurant located on the beach. The location is minutes from John’s Pass. The balcony provides an amazing view for the sunsets. The property is in maintained very well thanks to the property manager. We love spending our vacation here and plan to do the same next year.

Best trip!

One of the best vacations we have had. The property is on the beach making it simple. The house is quiet and very comfortable. Kent is around to make sure all is to your liking. We will definitely be returning. Didn't want to leave.

Amazing family vacation with great location and views

This property was amazing. We were traveling with parents who have mobility issues. From even before we made a reservation the owner, Kent, was very helpful in answering questions. The property is extremely close to the beach with an easy access with very gentle slope to the beach. There is an elevator that goes directly into the home which made it very easy for my parents to go up and down. The home is extremely spacious and beautiful. The balcony is very large with shade trees that make for a beautiful area to watch the sunset or just beach watch in general. This area of the beach is not very populated. There are plenty of beach chairs and items to use as well. Beach towels are furnished. We found lots of shells, even some sand dollars. Although the waves were not very calm when we were there due to storms, we heard that typically it is very calm and gentle. Overall we had an amazing time. Even though Kent was out of town while we were there, Tricia was amazing with providing assistance and answering questions as well as checking on us during our stay. We would definitely recommend this beautiful home if you are staying in this area.

Wonderful experience, wonderful communication and unbelievable location.

The only thing better than the property and location was the service level provided by Kent and his team. They went out of their way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible.

Felt like our home came to the beach with us

This house was perfect for our stay in Treasure Island. The property was kept nice and tidy the entire time. The owner is excellent at communicating and was a great host. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Beach Front

We enjoyed the beautiful sound of the waves from the penthouse overlooking the beach. The waterfront property provided direct beach access for convenient family enjoyment. The condo was gorgeous providing extra amenities including the large kitchen catering to cooking enthusiasts. The proximity to the John’s Pass was extremely convenient for those who love restaurants, shops, and boat rentals. The stay at this property was amazing. We plan to rent this property next year for our family trip!

Perfect Place

This place was absolutely gorgeous! The home, location, owner....everything was great! My family had a wonderful time staying here. The beach is so close and convenient to the home and the home is so pretty, clean , and stocked with everything you could need. We will definitely be coming back!!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!

We stayed in the Penthouse Villa and let me tell you, it is absolutely beautiful!! The view from the Lanai is breathtaking and you are literally right on the beach which is so beautiful! The property owner, Kent is hands down the absolute best! He honestly took great care of us. We miss him already! I can't stress this enough, don't hesitate to book this property. You will not be disappointed! We can't wait to go back. And, P.S. the elevator is a life saver when it comes to hauling up luggage and groceries!

AMAZING

If your looking for a great place to vacation, in the perfect location, this is the place! The house is beautiful and the beach couldn't be more gorgeous. We would walk along the beach in the morning and see dolphins swimming, the coolest hermit crabs walking along the shoreline and so many beautiful shells and sand dollars! At night we sat out on the back balcony to witness some of the most gorgeous sunsets I've ever seen! There are so many fun places to visit in the area... there's something for everyone, of all ages! Kent was always very quick to respond to any questions I had and the check-in/check-out process was as simple as it gets! Thank you, Kent, for opening your property for people to enjoy and make such great memories in! We will definitely be visiting again!

Paradise get away

Comfortable and fun beachfront house with big open space for our family. Enjoyed the beach with chairs and toys from the garage. Close to plenty of dining options but in a neighborhood that was quieter and enjoyable. Used the hot tub daily. Great communication with responsive property manager. All in all, a 5 star paradise get away for baseball, sun, and fun!

Fantastic 80th birthday celebration

We booked the penthouse of this property to celebrate our mom's 80th birthday (5 adults, 2 kids) and we all had a fantastic time. The place looks just like the pictures online--very clean and spacious and the direct water view is amazing. We loved the house so much we never left except for a few runs to Publix (a 5 minute drive). We made all of our meals in the amazing kitchen (and outdoor grill), and spent lots of time on the spacious and private balcony enjoying the sights and sounds of the water. Even though we stayed during the peak of Spring Break, the beach area below was never overly crowded. Another great thing about this property is the ample parking--we had 3 cars and still had room for another. Kent is an amazing property manager--he responded promptly to all our emails/texts before our arrival and once we were there, he responded immediately to the few minor issues that arose (broken beach umbrella and one of the patio chairs, both of which he replaced within a half hour). Icing on the cake--while we were on the beach taking pictures, the property owner (who happened to be staying in the unit below) found out it was my mom's 80th and ran inside and came back out with a bottle of champagne which they gave to us. We highly recommend this property and hope to be back soon.

Beautiful property and convenient location

Beautiful property and Kent is the best. The beach is literally at your back door and there’s a fun bar/restaurant right on the beach just steps away. Convenient to many shops and restaurants. You will not be disappointed with this property! A group of 8 would be very comfortable. Check in and out was a breeze. Kent will try to satisfy any and all requests, highly recommended. If you are on the fence, don’t be about this place. No way to go wrong.

Perfect girls’ trip

The property location was absolutely amazing. We loved sitting on the porch and enjoying the view with our coffee each morning. The beach was clean and beautiful, and a very short walk to Caddy’s for dinner so we didn’t have to cook. The kitchen was huge and the double fridge and freezer were so convenient. There were plenty of cutting boards and knives, cups, mugs, and plates, etc. It could use more silverware. The coffee pot was leaking, and I let Ken know… he replaced it immediately for us. He was extremely responsive and friendly. We would have no hesitation to rent this property again, and hope to do so again next year!
