Historic 2BR Bungalow Built 1905 — Steps From Pass-A-Grille Beach

Originally built in 1905, the SeaHorse Bungalow is our largest and most historic property. Bright, roomy, and full of character — steps from Pass-A-Grille Beach and the bay, with views of the Intracoastal Waterway.
Two bedrooms sleeping up to 6 guests. Main bedroom has a king bed with a private washing room. Second bedroom has a queen bed with beautiful French doors. Living room has a queen sleeper sofa with a Sealy Posturepedic mattress. Pack and play available upon request.
Fully equipped kitchen with all new kitchenware, cookware, and appliances. Hardwood floors and central A/C throughout. Washer and dryer included. Private gated back patio with charcoal grill and seating. Beach chairs and equipment provided. Outside shower for rinsing off after the beach. One free parking spot. Contactless self check-in. Professionally cleaned before every stay.
Pets welcome — $85 fee per pet. $300 refundable security deposit.

Perfect location within walking distance to beach and restaurants. Nice to have a parking area when spots are hard to find in Pass-a-grille. Cottage was beautifully decorated, room to spread out for 2 couples, well appointed with supplies- especially nice to have beach chairs and umbrella available! Would stay at the Seahorse again!

Remove the washer and dryer from the hallway into the bedroom. Too difficult to get in and out of bedroom. Would rather not have a washer and dryer. Furniture was very nice and beds were great. Location is amazing. Close to beach and great restaurants.

Best Beach Cottage

First stay at Pass-a-Grille, a family favorite beach of a lifetime. We enjoyed our stay and all of the amenities there was to offer. The cottage was the perfect size to host our family and enjoy the beautiful beach just steps away. We are planning to make this a family destination again!

Convenient Location

Perfectly situated, close to the beach and the heart of PAG. Well suited for 2 couples or a family of 2,3 kids; enough room that you did not feel like you were running into each other. Worth the stay!

Charming and Comfortable

We had a great stay at this property. We had plenty of space and all the amenities anyone could want for a beach stay. Tiny bathroom though…which is true of every place we have stayed on Pass-a-Grille. Would definitely return.

Beach bungalow

Perfect area for a relaxing beach vacation. Super close to the beach and walking distance to restaurants. Listing should emphasize that beach towels are included at the rental because it would have saved space for our crammed car, but it was a pleasant surprise to have them provided. Great place!

Perfect Beach Bungalow

Seahorse Bungalow is just as cute as it looks in the pictures. It is adorable inside and out and in a lovely neighborhood right next to the beach as described. Everything you need is included and there was plenty of space to rest and relax with friends. We would love to stay again ❤️

Perfect house and location!!

We had a great time. Property is the perfect size for a small family. It is clean and walking distance to the beach and local restaurants. Tyler was very responsive to emails and answered all my questions. We will definitely be back and will also recommend this property to family and friends.

Better than I expected !

This beautiful house is located in the best area. You are close the the beach and the bay. Great restaurants within walking distance and shops too. I love pass-a-grille, especially for fishing and my family always enjoy a day at Fort De Soto, which is my all time favorite beach. I cannot wait to visit again and "this is the house "

This is a well kept property very close to the beach. Plenty of living space to hang out with family and friends. Bath and beach towels were supplied. Pretty much everything was in the house for your use. We had a great time. Already booked for next year.

Great area!

Location was great, blocks from the beach. little beach tiki breakfast place on the beach with music excellent! Negatives---bicycle handles loose, no coffee pot in the coffee maker and ceiling fans were nasty caked up. This info is to help the property manager fix it/not put the place down.

Southern Pass-A-Grille Beach House Bungalows has been welcoming guests to Pass-A-Grille Beach since the early 1980s, when our mother Susan started the business. After her passing in 2003, our sister Lisa Abraham-Charest took over management of our four historic bungalows — the SeaHorse, StarFish, SandPearl, and NorthStar.
Family owned and operated, each bungalow has been fully renovated with modern amenities while keeping the charm and character that makes Pass-A-Grille special. Located on the southernmost tip of Saint Pete Beach, steps from one of the top rated beaches in the United States. Nightly, weekly, and monthly rentals available.
