Hated to leave

Our family of two adults and two toddlers enjoyed every second of our stay. Location is great and close to everything, but on a quieter part of the beach which was lovely. The beds were extremely comfortable, and with the large balcony with that view, we absolutely hated to leave. Would definitely return to this condo and highly recommend!

Great location

We had a great time. Room was wonderful and the beds were very comfortable. Very convenient to the beach, local restaurants and shops. Staff at the facility were very friendly and I enjoyed chatting with them. We will be returning to Sterling Reef. Overall great room with beautiful views!

Everything we wanted/needed!

This was our second year in a row to book this unit. We love it so much! The facility is nice and everything is very easily accessible. This unit had everything we needed during our stay. It was very clean upon arrival! We look forward to staying here again.

Another Great Stay!

Sterling Reef Resort is a super place to stay. We love the location, being right on the beach and proximity to shopping, restaurants, and golfing. Jimmy K. is so friendly and helpful as the on-site manager for Vacasa/Sterling Reef. We look forward to seeing him & the office staff every year. Rachel takes good care of anything that we might need and Amanda always has our condo in perfect condition for us when we arrive. Wouldn't stay anywhere else! <3

Very nice condo!

The place was really great, for the most part—very clean, updated, well-stocked (as far as cookware, eating utensils, etc.) and an amazing view. Not many steps to the water at all, which is a plus! The only thing I didn't like was the fact you get very little of such items as paper towels and toilet paper. If you run out of anything, you have to buy it—which for us included salt & pepper and trash bags.

Beautifull condo! The beds were sooooo comfortable!! This alone would make me stay here again! Everything was decorated beautifully and house keeping did a nice job cleaning! I wish they had a couple better knives in the kitchen. We made due. Other than that it was very well stocked! 2 days we had to walk around to the public beach access because the resort was painting and working on their boardwalk, no fault of the owners. It is what it is. We really enjoyed the parking being in the beachside and that you could by a 16 lb bag of ice for $5 there! We will definitely stay here again.

Good Location, but needs work

The property location was good and the condo had "good bones." It needs some attention to detail and a good deep cleaning. The second bath had two lights out and no where to hang a wash cloth in the shower. There was no stopper in the sink or tub. Mirror is damaged. The platform for the bed in the second bedroom stuck out 6 inches from the bed and hurt when you bumped into it. The chest of drawers was missing the top drawer and had Nails sticking out. The air conditioning needs work....never got below 75. The kitchen needs a little re-stocking on basic dishes and cookware.

Girls Trip

This condo is nice and away from all the hustle and bustle. If you like the night life and want to walk this is not the place for you. My only complaints were the elevators were extremely slow and one broke down multiple times. Parking deck really small and tight. Not very secure either. Anyone could have walked up and got on elevators. Arm bands were given out but no one was around to check for them that we seen. The actual condo was fine except you only get one roll of tissue per bathroom with no extra so plan to take some. Ours was not even a full roll so we had to go buy some bc no one was at front desk whole time we were there. If wanting to use the washing machine it is liquid only (no pods) and you must supply your own. If you are cold at night take a blanket. Very thin sheets and comforter on beds.

Awesome experience with a view

This place was great and in a convenient location. Extremely clean with a spectacular view of the gulf with a private gate for access to the sandy shoreline. I will book them again!!!

Great extended family stay

Loved the facility, and the view. Unit and premise was clean. Beach chair rental was easy. Unit even had boogie boards. Had a small request and management was great! Going back!

Great location but do not recommend due to elevator

Unfortunately, only one working elevator was available during our stay and we were on the 16th floor. The location was great for being right on the beach, but I would not recommend staying here unless you want to walk up/down 16 flights of stairs. During peak beach hours, you could wait up to 10-15 minutes to squeeze onto the elevator. We even packed lightly. The unit in the condo itself was nice and as pictured.

This is a nice unit with a gorgeous view, however for the price I would expect decent clean furniture, not a broken down couch and dirty chairs, very disappointing. The beds were very comfortable, and clean. It would also be helpful if there was a broom to sweep up all the sand brought in from the ocean. The elevators were a huge problem, there are only 2 elevators for the whole building and for most of our stay 1 of the elevators was always broken so the wait for the elevator was insane.

Will not recommend

The condo itself was ok. The elevators are a problem there are only 2 on the property which led to long wait times for it. The parking garage is to cramped. We had an issue with people staying next to us and other people as well on the prpoperty smoking weed off their balcony. Nothing was ever said to them but I had a towel hanging on the rail of our balcony and was told to take it down because it may injure someone if it fell...Seriously?? They are more concerned about a towel injury than people doing drugs on their property? We will not be back nor refer anyone to stay at this place.

The room and beach access was great. Exactly as pictured. BUT... the elevators were out of order multiple times during our stay. 16 flights of stairs is not how we wanted to spend our vacation.
