Condo was clean and stocked as described. Balcony and beach views were awesome as was the comfort of the unit. Bedrooms and storage for clothing excellent. Very comfortable!! Would definitely stay here again.

If you are looking for incredible beach views, easy/quick access and relaxation, this is the place to be. The property features a beautiful pool area that we really enjoyed. Inside, the room was pristine and clean. Overall, a perfect vacation spot!Would Definitely come back and would love to own a property similar some time!

Host was very good with communication, parking was exceptionally difficult, upon arrival we did notice issues with cleanliness and damage to the room. Relaid this to the host who quickly responded and was willing to send someone over immediately. Whole building is non-smoking you have to smoke out front on the sidewalk. You was as advertised and the walk to the beach was very short. Overall decent stay.

Everything was great except for only having one working elevator that service license was expired. The resort need’s to get those fixed asap.

What a beautiful condo. It was perfect! The balcony view was amazing. The beds were comfortable. There’s so much to do within walking distance. It was super clean and very quiet. The management company was professional and quick to reply. We will be back!!!

Great condo

Location was great. Condo was great. Beach was nice. Parking garage was small and hard to maneuver in a truck. Warning of low ceilings would be recommended. Elevators were slow and stopped working at one point. Overall, enjoyed our stay.

Girls trip

The condo was really nice. Staff were excellent! Parking deck was a tad tight if you have a bigger vehicle. No luggage cart. We were on the 11th floor. We did have a ac leak and had to leave the condo, but Blue Swell management was exceptional. They gave us an upgrade to a bigger condo at no charge and offered us an extra night for free. Will definitely keep them on my list if visiting PCB again.

Would Stay Again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo provided additional fans, beach, chairs, and extra pillows and blankets. The air conditioner was actually not working upon arrival, but Blue Swell was quick to send somebody out to fix it. Even though we stayed in a busy time in the summer, we never had any trouble getting a chair by the pool and the elevators were quick. it was easy access to the beach and pool. I was nervous about all the criteria in the rental agreement, but it seemed that they were just covering their tracks. We would stay again! The condo provided everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the nice chairs on the balcony.

We loved the condo, it was better than excepted. The photos show carpet in most of the rooms, which I did not like. I was Very pleasantly surprised to see hard floors after entering. It was also not advertised that pretty much every fun board game was provided. Once again, very happy about that. Parking on the 5th floor is much tighter ceiling space, as I have a taller vehicle. It fit, but it scared me, there was first come, first serve parking available outside on the 1st floor that I used. Again, very nice accommodation. I left some beach toys behind for future guests. It would be nice if a few beach chairs, boogie boards were provided with the stay, but I would definitely stay again. The towels are left on the beds, just like photos. Great place to stay, very roomy and comfortable.

Last Minute Booking

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: So I personally made one of the biggest mistakes for my family’s first beach vacation, I booked the wrong weekend. The whole staff of Blue Swell that I had personal experience with, Britney, Ashley, and Francesca were god sent. They helped me with not only finding a new place that suited all of our families needs and wants, they helped with the current, wrong booking as well. I am forever in their debt for helping me fix my wrong. The only problem we had with the actual condo we stayed in were that all of the TVs didn’t work. The cable was down on all 3 and one tv in the spare room wouldn’t come on at all. I contacted the management team but the problem didn’t get resolved during our stay.

Stay Away from Ocean Reef

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It is a nice condo but the elevators alone should shut the place down. They are down all the time and are operating with expired certifications in them. The room would have been very nice if it was clean. There was sand all over the second bedroom, boogers on the doors in the 2nd bedroom bathroom, long dark hairs in the towels. We cleaned our first day there. Screen door going out to balcony was broken from bedroom. I would not say the kitchen is stocked with utensils it is bare bones. We were told upon arrival by gate keepers that we should have a cart to carry chairs and beach stuff to the beach and all units are to supply them but that appeared to not be true. You can rent chairs that are taking up the entire front beach area for $50/day. They are dictating where you get to set up on the beach for both chair renters and not chair renters. I would not stay here again. Stay far away.

We sincerely apologize for the cleanliness problems you encountered upon arrival. Sand, hairs, and other residues should never be left behind, and we will be holding our cleaning team accountable to improve their standards immediately. The broken screen door and limited kitchen utensils are also matters we’ll address with the property owner to ensure repairs and better stocking. Regarding the beach carts and rental chairs, we understand how frustrating it can be to navigate beach access with those restrictions. While we do not manage the beach operations directly, we will share your concerns with the resort to help improve the guest experience.
