A lot of the reviews talk about this condo being outdated or furniture and things need to be updated. I guess those are the people that go to Florida to live in a condo 24/7. if you’re gonna go to the beach to enjoy the beach, the pools, the activities in the area the restaurants then stay at this condo. It is very comfortable. The water pressure is awesome. Had a little issue getting in the door with the code called the owner he called me right back changed the code and we were in. The elevators are not a problem either as some say. I would definitely stay here again.

This building is one of my favorites and this condo did not disappoint. The balcony is LARGE and the views from the 18the floor are beautiful. We saw dolphins and/or stingrays, every morning we were there. The condo is stocked with all your basic needs. I don't do pod coffee, so I had to buy a reusable pod to be able to make coffee,but if that is the worst thing to happen, we will call it a preference matter. We enjoyed the chair/umbrella rental that was included in the rental. Fastest elevators of all the condos I have stayed in. We rarely had to wait for one. The staff onsite are very friendly and we felt very safe in the neighborhood. I will rent here again, for sure.

Worst place I have ever stayed in PCB. It was not the property but the condo. The beds in second bedroom are on the floor. Both beds are broken. Mold in bathrooms. No TV for 3 days. Furniture was worn out in living area. Pots and pans were terrible. Patio furniture cushions were old and worn. Very very disappointing.

We loved the Condo, but it does need a little updating. We were still comfortable and enjoyed our stay. Even if they didn’t get new patio furniture, the cushions need to be replaced. The only set back we had was how much they charge you to get

Ghetto condo at luxury prices. Black mold in washer & tub caulk. Gross pans, flaking teflon. months old dust on lamps & fake plants, decrepit balcony furniture (not ones in pic), dirty oven, no lock on door besides their code lock, not even a chain, toilet not attached to floor. I could go on.
After 4-5 hours on day 1

Soooooo dusty

Moldy

Overall it was ok, but mold is a problem and the furniture needs to be replaced. There was mold all around both tub/showers including on both showerheads and shower curtains. There was also mold in the clothes washing machine. The showerhead in the 2nd bedroom made an extremely loud whistling noise forcing everyone to take showers in the master bath. There was trash on the balcony when we got there, and there is a giant piece of plywood stuffed under the main couch's cushions to prevent it from cratering. Parking in the basement garage was iffy, but there were spaces available across the street.

Always a great time!!

This is our 2nd year staying at the property. Absolutely love it there. The Staff is super nice there and always helpful. Feels like our home away from home. The owner is always great with us and always so nice. Thank you for another great stay.

Wonderful property, great hosts

Emerald Isle was amazing. The staff was professional and friendly, and we thoroughly enjoyed the pools, beach, and the well-kept facilities. The view from the balcony of this condo is just incredible. And the unit itself had everything we needed for a comfy stay. Bunty and Raj are terrific hosts, and the communication about the the condo and check-in were perfect.

Room was a little dirty but no big deal my biggest problem was with property was the gym was extremely hot no air-conditioning and property manager was extremely rude threatened to kick us out of gym accused us of dropping weights we didn't once drop weights tried to explain but she didn't listen for me the gym is a big deal I've been working out for years won't be staying here again because of that

Great place! Wonderful host!

You could not ask for a more relaxing and accommodating place! Wonderful condo with excellent amenities! Everything from the comfortable king size bed to the amazing view to the hot tub and the beach! I would recommend this place in a heartbeat for families or a romantic getaway for couples!

This condo was very nice for the view,,,we had an issue with the tv in the living area, that never was totally resolved. Mr Bunty obviously has no one to call to do his repairs. The entire condo needs a thorough cleaning and more towels..I hate to be negative but these were glaring issues..

Family getaway

Within our group we had four condos at Emerald Isle. Ours was the only one that wasn’t recently updated. I expected the dark furnishings from the photos but think we would prefer a lighter, brighter interior when we return next year. The glassware looked dirty so I had to prewash everything before using it. Of course, we still had a wonderful time!

We are four partners (Atul, Bunty, Raj and Ravi) primary friends and neighbors that love the beach and used to jointly go to Panama City Beach quite frequently. We are all engineers by profession and live in Duluth GA.

We go to the beach so often and enjoy the tropical weather. On one of our trips we had a chance to see Emerald Isle when they had opened up for sale. We were all impressed by:
1. The BALCONY - it is the only building in PCB with such a huge balcony (300 sq. ft approx).
2. The quality of the construction.
3. Located on the Quiet Side (West Side) of Panam City Beach.
4. Proximity to Pier Park - just 1.6 miles west of our condo.
5. Just 5 minutes to Hombre Golf Course.
6. By far the best location in Panam City Beach - very quite and peacefull !

We spend a lot of time on the balcony - if we are not on the beach itself. We all enjoy a nice wine on the balcony and like to watch the most stunning sun sets and full moons from the balcony.
We have hence invested a lot of money in good furniture indoors and on the balcony.
We have all that we need and can still attend to our jobs if we have to while we are at the beach.
Its our home away from home - come stay with us and you will see why !
