Great Balcony view

Two bedroom 2 bathroom was what we needed. The balcony view of the beach area was fantastic. Had a fighter jet fly by in several days. The walk to the beach and swimming pool were both close by. Overall, The property was clean outside and inside.

I gave this a 4 bc the property itself was nice and the grounds were clean. Even the grilling area was clean. The pool was nice. The unit itself is a little dated and owner needs to buy a couple pieces of quality cookware. Excellent view for 4th or July fireworks. The beach on the 4th was “lit”, both literally and figuratively.

Dissatisfied

Unlike previous stays this time was very disappointing! Upon checking in we notified the management of the bathroom sink being clogged. Mold on the shower curtain. Roaches in the kitchen(with a provided picture) and just over all ran down conditions. We stayed for 9 nights at no point was we ever contacted again until we told them on the last night that no one had contacted us. They asked what would make it better and we recommend removing unit 205 from listing until it was fixed. However with that being said we had family in other rooms that had similar situations so it’s not isolated to only one room or floor. I would no longer recommend staying at sterling reef.

I didn’t love not having someone in the office to talk to our shower head was broke we had to hold it while taking a shower. The coffee pot was broke asked for a new one never received one bc everyone we talked to couldn’t understand us and work for a different company. We had to go buy one finally. Lights bulbs out. Found food, chocolate milk containers, old gummy kids toys, dirty tissues behind the living room couch, and to top it off undies under the bed wasn’t ours they was a size small We are larges. The security guard and pool man was the only workers we could find out of the 4 days there and they was absolutely wonderful couldn’t really do what we needed but still we knew they cared.

Sterling Reef resort was very clean and well-maintained. Check-in was easy and Brittany was nice and helpful. I love that it was on the beach and close to everything. The condos are spacious with fantastic balconies! Would love to stay there again!

Vacation Stay 2021

Room was OK. But one of the elevator was broken the whole week and this was very inconvenient not only to our stay but all the guest. We had to wait as much as 30 minutes or more for it at times.

We loved our stay on June 1 with VACASA. They had everything ready, very near and clean, very spacious plenty of room. We loved having two FULL baths and most of all waking up to the beauty of the beach from the bedroom and living room areas. Beautiful colorful plates and bowls, along with every utinsil you could use. We will FOR SURE stay again. Oh, and the young lady at the front check in was very nice. Great personality and kind.

The elevators are dreadfully slow. We waited up to 7 minutes sometimes. There was also a roach in the bathroom but other than that it was great.

Needs attention for cleanliness

This condo had a very bad odor which smelled like pee?? I sprayed a lot of Clorox and tried to clean unit but could not remove the smell. The parking deck is definitely not for anyone who has a big truck either. Very limited parking spaces.

Would Stay Again!

Enjoyed our time at this unit. Had everything we needed, and kids loved the movies and board games. Would stay again, and had a perfect price point. Only thing we didn’t like is you can’t see the pool from your balcony.

Very nice condo rental

Loved having 2 glass sliding door entryways out to the balcony overlooking the beach. Both bathrooms were really nice. Everything was decorated pretty. The condo was in a great location close to everything. I only gave it 4 stars because the smell in our condo was terrible. Not sure if an animal had peed on the carpet but that’s what it smelled like. Probably should take the carpet out,
