Polynesian #104 Ground Level

Polynesian Village Condos is the best kept secrete around PCB. You are literally .25 of a mile from pier park . It is a low rise brown 2 story complex you would almost just drive on by, nestled on the white sandy beaches. If your looking to be in the middle of all the action , and activities , you can walk to pier park from the location- but also stay distance from the large crowds being at a small old school complex. This isn't a high rise, there are no elevators or parking garages or arm bands to purchase ... you park at the door and you go on into the condo – sounds easy ? it is!

1 bed 1 bath condos with sleeper sofas can sleep a nice family easily. Wake up to the sunrise , walk to Starbucks if you like , or catch the sunset with ease just out the slider door. Walk with your wine to dinner at Pier Park , catch some songs at tootsies. The events and possibilities are endless. Full kitchens to accommodate the gormet cook or hit up Dustys Oyster bar , diagonal from the complex. There is a on-site relaxing , never over crowded , simple pool to jump into on the lake side , or feed or fish the lake . Sometimes you may catch a local alligator in that lake , just keep your eyes out .

We love staying at Polynesian complex but this particular one needs some update and some TLC . But we do enjoyed our time at the beach and would definitely come back but would hope there were some updates to it!! Thanks !!

It's in the perfect location for everything - beach and shopping. Host was very responsive. Room was clean. There is no way this room accommodates seven people. There were not enough towels, (one night of) toilet paper, or places to sleep for seven people. Everything was clean except for a majority of the dishes, silverware, and pots.

Great Launch Pad For PCB Bike Week

Rode my motorcycle down for Bike Week. Had this wonderful beach side condo all to myself. My favorite part was being able to walk out the back door and within seconds have my feet in the sand and being able to listen to the waves hitting the shore. I loved this place!

You get what you pay for.

It was great to be right on the beach, and it is convenient to everything, but the condo itself could use an upgrade. The sliding door is extremely difficult to slide and doesn't lock without putting a pole behind it. The bathroom needs a complete overhaul. The bed is terribly uncomfortable and the bedroom could use some extra lighting. There was no toilet paper nor paper towels. Would I stay here again? Maybe, because of the location.

Spring Break

Location is everything and having your vehicle right outside your door and no elevators. Just what we needed and everything was provided. Super cool place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay here! It was so nice to unload our car right at our rental door! And being on the beach...Amazing! Thank you! The patio was perfect for having our meals, watching the ocean, the sunset! We so hope to revisit this rental in the near future!!!

Beachy

Our stay was great. Going to extend our visit next year. Walk out to the beach, I love waking up to the waves and we saw dolphins early in the morning. That was a plus. Location was great for things to do and restaurants close by. Can’t wait till next year !!!!!!!!!!

PCB on the Beach

The views from the patio of the Gulf are wonderful especially at sunset time. The access to the beach from the patio is only steps away which is great and the beach is walkable for a long way in either direction. The unit has a nice kitchen with a lot of supplies for cooking a meal there. The living room & dining room combo is spacious with a large TV. The bedroom is good sized. The mattress is a bit soft for our liking. The bathroom is adequate with a tub/shower combination. The tub does have a tendency to drain slowly. The location of this unit is in a quiet area of the beach and is close to shopping and restaurants. We loved staying right on the beach.

Great view, nice location

We enjoyed our stay. It was convenient to park by the front door to unload our things, and quite nice to walk out the back door and be on the beach. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet at night. The kitchen was tiny, but I didn’t cook the week we stayed there. The condo needs some TLC. With a few small repairs, some paint, and a little updating, it would be a real gem.
