Fantastic Stay
I stayed alone for a week of scuba diving in Simpson Bay before meeting up with my wife and spending another week on the French site in Orient Bay together. Everything went seamlessly from check-in to the end of my stay. The apartment is on the lower floor of a newer apartment building, with views over Cole Bay, an area next to Simpson Bay. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to get a good night's sleep in. Everything I needed was either within walking or less than 5 minutes driving distance. The owners Francis and Chris were very friendly and super helpful with everything.
The apartment was very clean, comfy, and with plenty of space to stow away all my luggage including all my diving gear without running into it on every step. Loved the comfortable bed, I slept like a baby every single night. New and modern bathroom fixtures with a big shower and lots of hot water. Not to forget, you can choose to run either the overhead fan or air conditioner on a hot night, both are quiet while doing a fantastic job for a good night's sleep. The wifi was also very reliable and fast like at home in southern California.
I can only highly recommend staying here and would book again when I visit St. Maarten again the next time.
