You are welcome in Greece and especialy in the wonderful Chalkidiki.
I was born in Stuttgard Germany, graduated at age 17 both German and Greek school. Then I moved to Thessaloniki Greece, where I finished my studies in Dental School University. Now I am a private Dentist in Thessaloniki.
The Summer House was the Familys summer escape for over 15 years. Family and kids have our best memories there. Now our two children are 15 and 21 years old and don't want to visit so much the Summer House any more. We like to travel a lot and we thought other people can come to our Summer House and live a little of this paradise location and make their own beautiful memories.
Have an unforgetable stay and take beautiful memories back Home!

The location is unique for a relaxing stay, a opportunity to enjoy nature, beautiful sunrises and refreshing evenings. The night breeze from the mountain guaranties a revitalizing sleep. Nevertheless in 5 min walking distance you are at one of the best beaches in Halkidiki. Large and sandy with not so many people. You want more; In 15 min walk you can reach Beach Bars, Water Sports and the center of Hanioti Village. At premises are two bikes that can be used for free. The area has a parallel road beside the central road that connects Kriopigi Village and Pefkohori Village, ideal for long walks near the sea and especially bicycling. The settlement is protected by a fence and a sliding door that opens for cars with a remote control. Fully protected parking and all Year guard for all houses in the settlement guaranties apiece of mind for your family and your belongings. Private BBQ with all the necessities that you can enjoy for free at day with deploy-able umbrella for the sun, or at night with the flood light. One is for sure, your stay will be memorable!
