Perfect Place for a stay in a city with access to beach
The apartment is very nice and butiful. The kitchen is small but enough for 2 people.
From the terrace you have a great view of the city (we rarely used the terrace though because it was too warm for us and you have to watch out for/clean up the pigeon droppings).
The location is great, you have everything around you: shops, restaurants, museum... and it's really only a 5-minute walk to the beach (at the casino).
Notes:
As described, the staircase is really very narrow and 5 floors high.
The conversation was only possible via message in French (English conversation was only possible to a limited extent).
Parking in front of the house is difficult, especially on days with a market (e.g. Saturdays) the parking area in front of the house is closed (if you have a lot of luggage you may have problems here).
It is also advisable to rent the garage even if it is a bit further away. Checking into the apartment and accessing the garage was a bit difficult (the garage key box was jammed, the apartment's automatic door opener is sensitive. Don't forget to keep the remote control for the garage entrance with you at all times).
During the time we were there, there was unfortunately really loud noise every night, sometimes until to 4 a.m. (lots of screaming groups of young people and we could only sleep with earplugs).
But despite everything, we really enjoyed our stay, as it is a great apartment in a great location.
