Interior size is 100m2 and balcony is3m2. It is located on floor: 3. The accommodation has two air conditioners. One air conditioner is located in the living room and the other air conditioner is located in the bedroom. Bed linen and bath towels are provided by the accommodation itself.
PARKING: Private parking is not available. Public parking on payment can be reached in 10 to 15 minutes on foot.

Brilliant service!

Even though the apartment was in the center of town, it was really quiet and pleasant. The stairs take some getting used to, but we had a really comfortable stay.

Excellent place in a wonderful location. A little difficult to find if you don’t know the area, but worth the trek. Factor in parking costs and at least two flights of stairs though!

Good location

Place had a unique look, large rooms & was clean. Reason for overall four stars is: you had to go up several flights of stairs and there were no working lights; the towels were very rough; window in bedroom when unboarded had a broken screen so couldn't keep open; balcony in picture looks much bigger than it is. Having said that, it was in a good location with two restaurants downstairs, lots of shops all around & close to the water.

Major-league holiday!

The location is excellent for the old town and waterfront area and we would happily stay again. The apartment is very comfortable with many nice design touches. However, beyond the control of the owners, renters should be aware that there are two sets of narrow unlit stairs to pass through prior to reaching the last stairway up to the apartment. The second floor apartments seem to share a bathroom in the hall and often their doors are open. This is just normal life but one should be prepared.

Zentrale schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist für einen Städtetrip perfekt gelegen. Sie war sehr sauber und die Vermieter jederzeit ansprechbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Man muss jedoch gut zu Fuß sein, da es viele Treppen gibt. Nur die Dachterasse war nicht so schön und es roch etwas komisch. Wir würden wiederkommen 👍

Unser Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung in der Altstadt von Rovinj war sehr schön. Die Kommunikation mit Rovinj Advisor war unkompliziert und selten nötig, weil alles in der Wohnung selbsterklärend war und den Angaben entsprach. Die Wohnung war sauber und es gab ausreichend Hand- und Geschirrtücher. Aufgrund der Lage in den engen Gassen der Altstadt ist es nicht möglich, mit dem Auto nah heranzufahren, sodass man mit seinem Gepäck einen längeren Fußweg über Kopfsteinpflaster zurücklegen und es dann drei Etwagen hochtragen muss. Dafür hat man eine tolle Ausgangslage, um die hübsche Innenstadt zu erkunden. Wir können die Wohnung empfehlen!

Ideal im Sommer

Wir waren Anfang Oktober dort und leider war das Wetter schlecht. Dann ist die Wohnung etwas dunkel, logischerweise ist das bei den alten Steinhäusern in der Altstadt häufig so und im Sommer sind sie prima. Die Spülmaschine war kaputt und der Satellitenempfang beim TV klappte nicht. Und es hätte etwas sauberer sein können. Wohnraum und Schlafzimmer sind groß. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin ist schnell, die neue Gasflasche war umgehend angeschlossen. Die Lage ist schön zentral in der Altstadt. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Aber das Preis Leistungsverhältnis passt.

Die Lage und Ausstattung des Appartments ist für 2 Paare oder Familien mit Teenagern perfekt. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern ebenso. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Für den Gepäcktransport empfehlen wir, sich einen Caddy oder ein Taxi vom Parkplatz (gibt's beim Cashier-Desk) zu buchen. Dann ist bereits bei der An- und Abreise Komfort garantiert.

Special place!

Hat alles super geklappt. Lage perfekt. Das einzige was zu bemängeln ist, war der Aufstieg zur Wohnung über 2 sehr steile Stockwerke ohne Licht im Stiegenhaus. Aber auch darauf hat die Dame sofort geantwortet und gesagt, dass der Elektriker schon bestellt ist, aber noch nicht Zeit hatte. Das nächste Mal funktioniert das Licht dann hoffentlich. Wir kommen nämlich gerne wieder.

Extraordinary journey!

Mitt i smeten och nära till precis allt. Är du beredd att gå några trappsteg kan du förmodligen inte hitta ett mer centralt och prisvärt boende i Rovinj. Den lilla balkongen är ett plus där du hittar lugnet när turisterna blir för många. Vi var en familj på 4 (barn 10 och 13) och fick gott och väl plats. Kan varmt rekommendera detta boende!
