'La Casa di Flo'は、ビーチやサレントで最も有名な観光地であるガリポリの中心部に近い場所を放棄することなく、リラックスした休暇を過ごすのに理想的な緑に囲まれた真新しいホテルです。
広い屋外庭園には、デッキチェア、テーブル、チェア、アームチェア、パラソルが備わり、一日中いつでも楽しめる、地上の美しいプールで子供たちのエンターテイメントを楽しめます。

Séjour plus qu’agréable

Nous avons passé un très bon moment dans cette belle propriété, tout était parfait , juste la literie qui pourrait être améliorée. Toutes les plus belles plages sont très proches de la maison. Federico au petit soin à notre arrivée et était très réceptif à chaque remarque et son papa un homme adorable . Encore merci pour tout . Alexandra, Gigi et Alicia

Tolles Haus und Pool aber Ausstattung und Sauberkeit ausbaufähig

Zentrale Lage, tolles Haus mit Pool, aber Haus war bei Ankunft nicht wirklich gekühlt (35 Grad Aussentemperatur und mit Kleinkind unterwegs). Küchenausstattung könnte besser sein (keine Schere, kein Schäler nur Rüstmesser). Badezimmer war nicht sauber geputzt. Lage ist top, mit dem Auto 10 Minuten nach Gallipoli, Haus ist riesig und gut aufgeteilt, ein Wohnzimmer mit Sofa fehlt leider. Pool ist genügend gross und sauber. Badetücher und Bettbezüge hätten meiner Meinung nach, nach 1 Woche gewechselt werden können (Aufenthalt 16 Tage).

Perfect Villa

This house is wonderful. It suits 2 families perfectly. The pool is great. Federico and his family are always avaliable and willing to help. Gallipoli is very close, and is a beautiful city.

Modernes und helles Feriendomizil im Salento

Zum zweiten Mal haben wir im Herbst Ferien im Casa di Flo verbracht. In den letzten zwei Jahren haben die Eigentümer noch Verbesserungen beim Swimmingpool und der Terrasse vorgenommen. Uns gefällt das Haus wegen den hellen Räumen. Die Lage ist ideal: Traumstrände und Gallipoli sind in wenigen Autominuten erreichbar. Die Einfahrt auf die Autostrasse für grössere Ausflüge ist nicht weit entfernt. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber.

Fantastico soggiorno!

Villa fantastica , abbiamo passato una settimana meravigliosa , Federico ed i genitori sono persone splendide! il Papa' ci ha regalato prodotti squisiti del suo orto ed ha accontentato ogni nostra richiesta! Consiglio vivamente questa villa, e mi permetto di fare una sola piccolissima critica che vuole essere costruttiva al buon Federico, quella di specificare nella descrizione della villa che due delle camere sono comunicanti senza porta; lo dico perche' magari se si va in cinque coppie, diciamo che due non hanno una totale indipendenza! Comunque consiglio vivamente questa struttura!! Saluti Fabio!

Pulizia e disponibilità

Struttura nuova e moderna, immersa nel verde con il classico uliveto salentino. La posizione è ottima per raggiungere il centro di Gallipoli, le varie spiagge e la superstrada. Si trova appena fuori Alezio ma in un minuto di auto si raggiunge il paese dove sono presenti supermercati, banche, poste ecc. La disponibilità dei proprietari è esemplare, sempre disponibili per consigli, indicazioni ecc. Presente la piscina se non volete spostarvi dalla villa. Noi eravamo in coppia e ci siamo trovati bene, c'è anche la cucina se volete preparare qualcosa.

Gemütliches Feriendomizil mit super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Wir (2 Familien mit je 3 Kindern) haben 2 wunderbare Wochen Urlaub in diesem schönen, geräumigen und modernen Ferienhaus mit grossem Garten und sauberem Pool verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgerüstet und in einem gepflegten Zustand. Das Haus befindet sich in ruhiger Lage und diverse Strände und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind mit dem Auto von hier aus sehr gut und schnell erreichbar. Im nahegelegenen Dorf sind sämtliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und weiteres vorhanden. Die Eigentümerfamilie bewohnt die benachbarte Liegenschaft und ist äusserst hilfsbereit und sorgt sich um ihre Gäste. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und glücklich mit unserer Wahl für das Ferienhaus der Familie Romano. Mille Grazie!

Soggiorno stupedo!

Abbiamo trascorso una bellissima vancanza all'insegna del relax. La casa è assolutamente bellissima sia per l'interno che per l'esterno. Un giardino e una piscina confortevole anche per la gioia dei nostri bambini. Accoglienza cordiale non appena arrivati, i proprietari sono stati gentilissimi nell'offrirci dei prodotti tipici del posto, Federico in particolare da buon padrone di casa ci ha consigliato i luoghi più suggestivi da vistare. Situata a due passi dal mare è stata un ottima scelta per la nostra vacanza. Ci torneremo sicuramente al più presto con tutta la famiglia.

Vacanza molto piacevole

Abbiamo trascorso veramente una piacevole settimana in questa bellissima casa, con tutti i comfort del caso. Giardino stupendo e piscina sempre a disposizione. I proprietari si sono mostrati molto disponibili e gentili. Senza dimenticare le bellezze della regione pugliese: dal cibo ai paesaggi.

Beautiful house but very limited experience due to rude owner...

We have arrived in this beautiful house a few days before my wedding with a group of 10 ( btw 30 yrs old not 18! I'll explain later why I'm am pointing this out!) The house is absolutely stunning and well presented, the garden is great, the swimming pool cosy but functional. Everything ticked the right boxes, Federico is in appearance a nice guy , welcoming and polite and his family is nice as well. We spent 4 days out of 7 that we paid for due to my wedding occurring the 1st of September, I did inform him that the 31st of August we would have left the house. When we arrived the briefing was exaustive and Federico clearly stated that after 12 o'clock at night we couldn't make any more noise ( again, to us it seemed exaggerated but we thought that maybe in he past they had groups of youngsters that kept music very loud until very late morning...bah, we were surprised by his statement but we thought it wouldn't effect us...). 1- In the three nights that we stayed in we have been asked 2/3 times to lower the tone of the voice (not the music...the VOICE...!!!) 2- the fact the we left the house earlier with full payment of the weekly rent , only gave the owner the chance to rent the house again from the day we were leaving, despite he told me that I had to pay the full price due to lack of booking in September 3- the deposit for cleaning ... He took 30 per cent from the deposit because the cleaner had to work on the house and then he called me to complaint about the state of the bathrooms...they were dirty , despite taking money to pay the cleaners...I assumed he expected all his guests to clean the house before they leave ... So pls make sure you do so, despite the fact that he will take cleaning money from your deposit in any case...bah... If you are people who want to have a nice holiday without stress whatsoever, then do not rent this house, Federico is clearly the type of owner who will try to take advantage. I must be honest though, the house is literally stunning and his parents are very sweet and helpful people, I would suggest to liaise with them rather than him to have a stress free vacation. Good luck

Relax di classe

Siamo un gruppo di 10 amici giunti, nella seconda settimana di agosto, in questa splendida villa dotata di Wi-Fi, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, piscina... ma soprattutto di squisita accoglienza e cordialità dei proprietari, cura dei dettagli, accurata pulizia e tutto ciò che si può desiderare da una vacanza di classe in tutto relax!! ;)

Super séjour

Estate 2015 Bellissima

Tra Relax e divertimento

Ho consigliato questa struttura ad alcuni amici di Torino, venuti nel Salento per trascorrere una settimana di vacanza. Io stesso, in quell'occasione, ho avuto modo di soggiornarvi per un paio di giorni insieme a loro: relax assoluto, discrezione e ottima atmosfera. A due passi dal mare e dai luoghi del divertimento gallipolino, permette anche di passare piacevoli serate all'interno della stessa struttura.

Elegante e confortevole il top!

La casa di Flò è la casa perfetta per effettuare le proprie vacanze in totale relax, nonostante fossi scettico mi sono dovuto ricredere in tutti i sensi, vicinissimo a Gallipoli centro, al mare e a tutte le attrattive presenti in zona, per non parlare della disponibilità dei proprietari dal primo all'ultimo giorno di vacanza. Ambiente pulito e ordinato curato nei minimi particolari. insomma vacanza perfetta!
