Place was great ... location is one block from ocean front and approx 1 mile from busy waterfront area that has some great snorkeling ..Very quiet neighborhood

Affordable apartment in a wonderful location!

This apartment is exactly as described! You enter through a private door and go up the steps. The bathroom is to the left and the studio apartment is straight ahead. It is totally private. The owners residence is attached, but this apartment is over the garage area so it is totally private. It is very clean and my wife is very picky! It is very centrally located. It’s in a quiet neighborhood across the street from the beach and visitor center. We had a little trouble getting lost when we first arrived, but once we got our bearings, it was very easy to get around the island. It only took about 10 minute drive to get to Governors Beach, which was our favorite beach. We also liked cemetery beach, which was about 15 minutes away. The location could not be beat because it was centrally located on the island. The owner, Blair was very easy to communicate with. He responded quickly to our needs. We needed to get a new coffee pot and more toilet paper and he took care of that promptly. This is a fabulous place to stay and the price is very reasonable compared to other lodging. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this apartment!

Everything you need in a great location!

I normally stay on the North Side but this time i spent a few days at Tree Frog Apartment first. It was great. The location is perfect for exploring Georgetown - close to restaurants and shops. Smith's Barcadere (the most beautiful beach in GC in my opinion) is walking distance as is Sunset House / My Bar. The apartment is great - clean and with everything you need. Blair, the host, is very responsive. Recommend!

Beautiful property

What a lovely spot to spend a week! Absolutely spotless, with a comfortable bed, in a beautiful setting. We couldn't have asked for anything nicer! You'll definitely need a car to get around the island, though.

Accurate Description of Accommodation and Location

This is undoubtedly a place that I would reserve again for a future trip to Grand Cayman. The location is perfect, within walking distance of Smith's Cove and restaurants. The description of the property and location was exactly as listed on Vrbo. I have reserved other properties in Grand Cayman, but this is, by far, the best decision I have made. It was very evident that the comfort of the tenant was the priority of the host.

Amazing location & great place!

I would most definitely return to this location on Grand Cayman. It is close by two snorkeling spots and a great restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating and excellent food and drinks. The accommodation itself was very clean, easy to find, and the kitchen was equipped with all the amenities. Chairs, umbrellas, and a small cooler were left for visitors to use. The hosts were responsive to all questions, and their check-in sheet had a lot of great information on it. Great stay!

Tree Frog Apartment- South Sound

We had a wonderful time in Grand Cayman and the Tree Frog apartment was perfect! It is a wonderful location. We actually bumped into Blair who was super nice and was very responsive to our questions and any needs we had. Smith Cove is a treasure! We are excited to comeback.

Cayman 2024

The property was perfect for us (my daughter and I). If you are diving this would be an ideal rental. There is plenty of refrigerator space and a “hot plate oven” for quick meals. The owners were wonderful to work with and I have no reservations about returning to stay here. You will need a rental car as although you could walk to town, that would not be ideal. I highly recommend staying here if you have a group of 2-3. It was a pleasant stay.

Cute Apt perfect Within Walking Distance of Snorkeling

I was looking for a location within walking distance of snorkeling spots, and Blair's apt fit the bill to a tee. We needed a place to sleep and shower and this cute, clean and convenient apartment was perfect. We were able to walk to 6 spots from The Lobster Pot down to Smith's Barcadere. The bed was super comfy after a long active day. The kitchen is well appointed and the tub is super deep for soaking sore muscles! Thank you

Perfect property for our stay in paradise. I definitely recommend a car, it’s convenient parking and the neighborhood feels safe. We had everything we needed and it was nice to have access to the cooler and beach chairs which we used every day. It also felt very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Ideal location

Perfect location with a rental car. Many good restaurants are a 5-10min drive and smb isn’t much farther. Smiths cove is only a 5 min walk and a wonderful spot to watch sunset. The place was overall very clean and described correctly.

Just returned from the Tree frog after a wonderful week of vacation there. The apartment is spacious and well kept. The kitchen is stocked with all the essential cooking tools and the fridge and freezer work great. Nice large bathroom with room for 2 to get ready for the day. For us, one huge added bonus was the beach chairs, umbrella and cooler that the owner provides free of charge. These chairs allowed us to visit many beaches in comfort and be able to spend the day there without being sore from sitting in the sand. If you're over 50, you know what I mean. Smiths Beach with is steps down the road is by far one of the most relaxing spots on the island, and its walking distance from the property!! The property owner is very friendly and helpful and can answer any question you may have. We loved the Tree Frog and will definitely be back! Bill & Heidi MN

Fantastic Stay !!

The place was immaculate, it was ready on time without a single issue, the location was perfect, about 10-15 minutes from the airport. Very nice neighborhood, I didn’t cook but everything was there if needed. The host has beach chairs, umbrella and cooler.. The host was excellent and extremely helpful, I’m sure I had more than a few questions for him, and he answered all of them pleasantly and never made me feel that I was bothering him. He even sent me rental car info which was great, told me where the nearest grocery store was located. You can’t go wrong staying here, oh I forgot the beautiful Smith Cove beach is a 5 minute walk or a 1 minute drive with free parking.. I’ll definitely stay there again.

Blair was great and communicative. The place was perfect and super easy to navigate. Close to the beach and some spots to eat. Would definitely stay here again, loved the more local and less crowded feel.

Prefect stay for us.

One week away from all. We are very happy we chose tree frog.. Smith Cove was a nice surprise. So close to the apartment and only 10 minute drive to 7 mile governors Beach. Definitely need to rent a car to see the rest of the island. Would definitely recommend tree frog.

Location, location, location - this apartment definitely delivered on that requirement, being within walking distance of Smith Cove and on the periphery of the hustle and bustle of Seven Mile/George Town area. The apartment was clean and had all the comforts we needed, including a comfortable bed and pillows. The apartment felt safe and secure, tucked away in a nice little neighborhood. I would stay here again.
