Very comfortable and well equipped space our family to spend a long trip right on the beach! It had everything we needed to feel at home and enjoy the beach. It was clean, easy to access, and the hosts were great communicators. I appreciate that it was affordable compared to nearby properties, too!

We just spent an incredible week at this perfect condo. The location could not be better. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. We swam with turtles every single morning right out from our beach. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Good location, right on the beach. Space was kind of small with split between upstairs and downstairs. Need to drive to get to town for food or activities.

We're water people and come to Spotts Beach to snorkel. This is a fantastic condo for that. Roll out of bed in the morning and it's just a few steps to the always available lounge chairs. Quiet beach, plenty of shade and the peace of mind that you can leave your things on your lounge chair and they'll be there when you're done swimming. This is an oasis. The condo is clean and has everything you need, but is simple. The spiral staircase to the upstairs loft may be an issue for some and the upstairs bathroom is small....but, again, it's all functional and the price is good. Great A/C and fans and we love having the outdoor space open and without screens...you feel much closer to the ocean, we think. No issues with insects in late May so we spent a lot of time on the patio. LOVE the very shaded beach and appreciate being able to get a lounge chair anytime and have shade available. Middle of the island, close to a great grocery store and away from the crowds....Spotts Beach is our go-to place when we need to relax and this is a condo we'll choose again. Exceptional management service makes check-in/ check-out EASY. Liked having their contact info and found them very responsive. Extensive instructions will make your visit easy, especially if you're new to Grand Cayman.

Great condo in private beach

We were pleasantly surprised about how close we were to the beach. Like, this place is ON the beach. It hasn’t really been updated, but it was very clean and had everything we needed. Good communication. They were very helpful with answering a few questions we had before the trip. Beware, food is very expensive on the island. We took an entire suitcase of snack food down. 50 pounds worth and I’m so glad we did. We only had to buy fresh food and drinks for the condo. Then, we would each dinner out every night. Try Allora for amazing pizza and the burger shack truck by the country and western for burgers. Enjoy!

Great Beach!

We loved that we were right on the beach, with snorkeling right out the door. We seen so many turtles along with many other sea creatures. We were close to the grocery and several restaurants. The kitchen had everything we needed for home cooked meals.

Highly recommend

This location is wonderful. Beach is beautiful and right out the door. We were the only ones on it most of the time we were there even though there are a few other condos around. Property management was welcoming, responsive and went above and beyond to help us find attractions and get us what we needed. Will stay there again if we go back

A Perfect Location

We traveled around the entire island and Coral Bay Village was very well located to allow us east access to both ends. The beach itself is beautifully maintained with stunning sunset views.

What a gorgeous view!! The beautiful, white sand beach with comfortable chairs to sit in the shade of the palm trees. Unbeatable! The condo was everything that we needed, slightly dated, but well equipped. We would be thrilled to return!

Love staying at Spotts Beach

Loved staying at Spotts Beach. The condo was exactly as described and provided everything we needed for our stay(plenty of towels and beach towels, beach chairs, dish soap, hand soap, laundry detergent, kitchen supplies). We had a beautiful ocean front view of the water. The beach was very quiet and it was never an issue getting a chair. It was nice snorkeling out front and seeing turtles. I loved staying here because it’s in the middle of the island and close to everything. It’s approx. 15-20 minutes from the Seven Mile Beach area and 30 minutes to the East End and Rum Point areas. It’s very close to 2 grocery stores. I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend it to everyone.

Simple Condo with great beach

Listing is as pictured. If you are into snorkeling, this is a great spot for it, especially to see turtles. The water was mostly calm so good for kids. The beach and view are beautiful and relaxing. I love all the palm trees that offer shady and beauty. While most of the places we ate on the island were about 20-30 minutes west, it is a central location and close to the airport. We didn’t mind driving, but if you don’t rent a car, this location may not be ideal. There are many great snorkel spots on the island, so I would recommend renting a car. The condo does have many amenities and I loved the beach chairs that you can wear on your back to bring to the gorgeous 7 mile beach (about 20 min away). The kitchen was well supplied but the oven was not working during our stay. We used the heat up griddle daily to make breakfast and the washer/dryer was great for the towels. One thing to note about the island if you are from US, food is very pricey everywhere, especially the grocery stores! Food costs were about 1/3rd of our total trip cost so take advantage of the free snorkeling and beach entertainment when you can. There is a reasonably priced bar/grill with great food 10 min down the road-Czech Inn. We ate there a few times and it was always satisfying. We would stay here again primarily due to the amazing beach location.

Incredible snorkeling and almost private beach!

Wow! This exceeded our expectations! The condo was well appointed and well stocked. Communication was great and check in was a breeze! We appreciated having a washer and dryer in the condo with all the supplies needed to do laundry. The best part was the convenience of having world class snorkeling right behind the condo

Amazing!

Beautiful condo steps away from the beach. All of the essentials are supplied including beach towels, chairs and umbrella. This second floor condo includes a balcony that is perfect for breakfast. It's located close to restaurants and dive shops. Since it's located in a quiet area, a rental car is a must. The property manager is vey helpful and made some great recommendations.
