2階建ての壮大な家。片側は田園地帯、もう片側は晴天の最上階の寝室からピレネー山脈の景色を眺めることができます。
塩水オーバーフロープール、自動カバー付き6x4 m
4つの大きなベッドルーム、1つは二段ベッド付き（160に3ベッド、140に1ベッド、90に2ベッド）
2つの大きなバスルーム、1つ以上のバスタブとシャワー付き。イタリア語、バスルーム。
大きな石のテラスに面したリビングルームに面したキッチン。
理想的には、AUCHの町から10分、Castéra-Verduzanの温泉から10分、トゥールーズから1時間の理想的な場所にあります。
毎週のレンタルでは、9月1日から5月上旬まで交渉が可能です。

Réveillon dans le Gers

Nous avons passé le réveillon du 31/12 dans cette belle maison, un calme absolu et une superbe vue en 360°. La maison est parfaite pour un groupe de 10 personnes

Dépaysement total

Le Gers est un beau département mais qui a encore du travail pour valoriser son patrimoine et améliorer l'accueil du tourisme. A quelques rares et belles exceptions, le gascon reste assez antipathique.

Lovely modern property

What isn't evident from the photos is that this gîte is made up of an older part and a new "tower" part - but that both are now to the same, modern standards. People should be aware that three of the rooms are on the three floors (inc ground) of the tower, so there are quite a few stairs which may be daunting for some. The main bedroom en suite at the top has fantastic views over to the Pyrenees, but does have the slight downside that the en suite bathroom doesn't have a toilet, which is down a floor. The location is great, only a fraction over an hour from Toulouse and the airport on quiet roads in this, one of the quietest départments. What Gers lacks in organised stuff to do it makes up for in lovely open countryside and fantastic walks even just around the property itself. Happy evenings birdwatching from the verandah (and noisy nights from the resident Little Owl). Virginie as host is both very local and happy to help with any requests. Also v quick to respond.

A lovely stay with friends!

We had a wonderful stay at this property as a group of 6 friends. The villa & its surroundings are beautiful and the house itself is fantastic! We had a really lovely time.

Environnement de rêve

Belle et agréable maison en pleine nature (chevreuils, lièvres, lapins, petit hibou...) avec un ciel étoilé qui vous permet de flotter à travers l'univers.

Parfait

Nous avions prévu des tas de choses comme des restos et finalement à part deux ou trois sorties ( visite et marché Auch, golf , Montaut les Créneaux) nous sommes restés dans la propriété pour jouer au ping-pong dans l’immense garage à l’abri, jouer à la pétanque, des jeux de société et déguster tout ce qu’il y a de meilleur dans cette région et discuter autour de l’îlot central immense de la cuisine . Environnement idéal

Le séjour s'est très bien déroulé, les équipements sont adaptés au nombre de vacanciers, la maison est spacieuse, agréable et très bien aménagée. Le cadre est magnifique et très calme. Virginie a été disponible et très agréable. A refaire sans hésitation !!!

The Mouse House

The house was dory with cobwebs and bugs wee everywhere. Bed linens were stained and threadbare. We saw one mouse run across the kitchen floor. We spent one night and left. Our reservation was for five nights . The owner insisted he had cleaned the house but there is no way that is possible. We vacuumed when we arrived at midnight because there were so many bugs; both dead and alive on the floors; sinks, bathtub. I have requested a refund from the owner.

Superbe maison au calme

Nous avons séjourné à 9 personnes( de 70 ans jusque 11 ans). Maison très agréable à vivre où chacun peut avoir son espace. Virginie et son mari ont été réactifs rapidement quand nous avons eu besoin d'eux. Superbe endroit au calme.

Superbe maison en pleine campagne

Nous sommes un couple et avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour aux Claouzets début septembre. La maison a beaucoup de caractère et elle est très bien équipée. Située sur une crête, elle dispose d'un panorama magnifique sur le belle campagne gersoise. La terrasse semi-couverte ainsi que la piscine à débordement permettent de pleinement profiter de l'environnement très calme. L'accueil de Virginie est aussi sympathique qu'efficace. Nous recommandons vivement cette location !

Amazing house & location

We really enjoyed our stay in France. The house was in a superb location with great views and more than enough room for all of our family. We really enjoyed this as our base and thank you to the hosts for allowing us to stay in their house!

Splendide

Compte tenu du logement de rêve d' un environnement enchanteur et d' un accueil sans faille nous avons réussi complètement nos vacances C' est évidemment un grand merci que nous adressons aux propriétaires car la découverte du logement dépassait largement les photos transmises lors de la présentation de la location Nous espérons revenir un jour dans ces lieux.

Excellent séjour

Belle prestation pour cette maison qui nous a permis de nous réunir en famille. Maison superbement située sur une crête qui nous permet une vue superbe. Nous n'avion s même pas envie d'en sortir. Et le soir , le spectacle des étoiles. Nos hôtes étaient charmants et à notre écoute. Bref, nous avons passé un excellent séjour.
