The gîte: is made up of a main house and an annex (30m on the garden side)
In the main house we find:

- A very well-equipped 22m² kitchen (Fridge/Freezer, Washing Machine, Dishwasher, Microwave, Oven, Filter and Espresso coffee makers, Kettle…..)
- A 25m² living room with wood stove, two sofas, coffee tables and several armchairs
First floor :
A double staircase provides access on the one hand to a 21m² bedroom equipped with a 140cm bed, a table, dressing room and 90cm bunk beds in an alcove
On the other hand, a bathroom with bathtub, sink and storage unit, separate WC, and a 16m² bedroom equipped with a 160 bed, a table, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers
The very thick stone walls maintain good freshness throughout the summer

Two 12 m² bedrooms equipped with a double bed (140), with chest of drawers or storage unit
A bathroom with WC, sink and walk-in shower

Thanks to the layout of the two separate accommodations, relative independence for some of the occupants is possible throughout the stay
The cottage can therefore accommodate a maximum of 10 people including 8 adults. Rental of sheets and towels is optional, the end-of-stay cleaning package is obligatory Disposable mattress pads are provided free of charge on request
You will find a tumble dryer in the garage, as well as everything you need to comfortably enjoy the garden: deck chairs, barbecue, parasols, and in the garden two tables, one of which is large, and a swing for children.
