We had a wonderful stay! Lots of room and we enjoyed the quiet neighborhood on a canal. Enrica was especially helpful in reserving water taxis for us and answering questions. It was a bit noisy downstairs at night but bring your earplugs and you’ll be fine! I would highly recommend this apartment and the location is perfect.

The site was exactly as advertised. Clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The kitchen was beautiful and made breakfasts a joy. The bathrooms and beds and linens were perfect. The host was absolutely responsive and attentive. We highly recommend this unit.

The apartment is clean, quiet and well located on a canal - a 5 minute walk to the Accademia bridge and Vaporetto and the Zattere Vaporetto which is a 4 minute ride to Giudecca island. You can walk most anywhere in 20-25 minutes. The property managers arranged transportation to the apartment and were extremely responsive throughout our 10 day stay. I would be happy to stay here again.

We loved our stay at this apartment in Venice! The location right on the canal was incredible, with beautiful views and easy access to everything. The apartment was very well equipped with everything we needed—comfortable bedding, a washing machine, soaps, laundry detergent, and even coffee. It felt like a home away from home, and we couldn’t have asked for a better spot. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay here. The house was beautiful and clean. Amir was so helpful helping us carry our bags and find the place and know how everything worked. The location was good too. Very quiet and an enjoyable walk to tourist spots.

Very clean. Comfortable bedding. Our family of four absolutely loved it. We had plenty of room. The location is perfect. Close enough to everything, but tucked away just enough for peace and quiet. Looking out at the canal was a treat. Highly recommend. So happy we stayed here!

The apartment was in a great location, clean and beds were very comfortable ( including the sofa bed ). The team had great communication prior to arrival , answered many of my questions, and Amir helped me making arrangements and booking water taxis while in Venice.

Great spot away from the crowds

Lovely two bedroom close to the action but far enough away to be quiet. Was a little hard to navigate back to with google maps our first outing (address wouldn't match up) but the apartment and service were wonderful.

Beautiful quiet location on the canal.

Communication from the host was fantastic. We have been to Venice before so transportation was easy. Location is perfectly located with plenty of great restaurants near by. Beds and pillows were amazing. Of course with all the steps and walking, sleeping is easy. Thank you we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Venice Apartment

Great apartment, spacious and well appointed. Quiet neighborhood, 15 minute walk to all the major sites. Water taxi stop is only a couple hundred meters away. Would stay here again!

Perfect Place to Stay

The communication was amazing from the beginning. They had someone meet us at the drop off from the Alilaguna. So very thankful for that. The 2 bedrooms were great, the place had plenty of room and the view of the canel was icing on top! Kitchen was wonderful with anything you needed but we are out for all meals. Blow dryers were provided. A very quiet and safe location. The windows opened with a wonderful breeze. Bed was comfortable and bedding was sufficient. Thank you for sharing your beautiful island with us. We'd definitely stay here again.

Views on Venice was founded in the late 1990’s when the concept of short term apartment rentals was in its infancy and rarely considered an option by most visitors to the city. As a ‘thirty-something’ Venetian excited by the new business and communication opportunities offered by the internet, I decided to link up with a close childhood friend in creating a partnership which, at the time, was a novelty in Venice.
The idea we had in mind was to approach the traditional management of my family’s apartments from an entirely different angle, while at the same time resisting the attentions of those wanting to transform my family's palazzo into a prestigious hotel.
Our aim was to offer these apartments, as well as those of friends, for rental to an international clientele who’d take pleasure in the comfort, freedom and authenticity of ‘living at home as a Venetian’ rather than merely observing the city from the confines of an anonymous hotel room or suite.
The common denominator then, as now, was to offer ‘something extra’ amidst an already extraordinary city - an added dimension which turns a ‘stay’ into an ‘experience’ and a 'dream' into 'reality'.
