Lovely two bedroom apartment in a wonderful location. The host assisted us with getting transportation to the apartment from the cruise Port Terminal and then, his associate met us as scheduled at the apartment for check in. The apartment is perfectly appointed with the common area of living and kitchen in the middle of apartment... with each of the bedrooms on either side for wonderful privacy. The two air conditioning units worked beautifully is it was a little warm in Venice at the time of our stay in mid September. The kitchen was wonderfully furnished and we found nothing was needed.. they even started us with a little coffee as well as a lovely bottle of prosecco.The apartment is in a building with a gated, shared Courtyard and is very quiet, so a good night's sleep was had every evening. The apartment is within a block or two of large Piazza with many restaurants and shops. I highly recommend this two bedroom apartment for up to four persons.

Great location in lovely apartment with courtyard.

It was fun to arrive by water taxi and meet the owner. Lovely courtyard awaited us with a calming apartment that looks just like the pictures. Beds and sitting area were comfortable! Just minutes from a vaporetto and a piazza with great food options and a very short walk to the Accademia.

The property is by a rio (small canal) off the Grand canal and is very close to the Ponte dell’ Accademia and the Accademia vaporetto stop which made it easy to get around all of Venice. The place is clean, well equipped and quiet. We appreciated the detailed instructions from Orial on transportation from the airport and receiving us at the Alilaguna stop to help us get to the property. Sitting by the water in the evening enjoying a glass of prosecco was one of our favorite memories of the place. We would stay here again.

Great Location!

Had a great stay. Location is wonderful, close proximity to all the sights, yet removed enough to be quiet and not as expensive for eating out.All in all had a nice time and would stay again.

This apartment is exactly as advertised. Well located, clean, comfortable, easy check in and check out. The garden dining area is gorgeous and the canal views are superb. Well worth the cost!

Fantastic location in Venice

Four adults on a winter getaway. Location was ideal with doors opening onto small canal, and very close grand canal, as well as plenty of shops and restaurants. Easily accessible from airport using public water transport. Rental was very nice. Communication with host was excellent. They were very responsive to questions. We highly recommend this rental.

Nice apartment

Decent apartment. We had many mosquitos inside and we all got bitten. the windows Were all Opened when we arrived so that’s my guess. Other than that all was ok.

Great location in Venice!

Great property in a perfect location in Venice away from Rialto and San Marco crowds but still close to everything. Apartment is simple and not a lot of natural light, but it had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable. Loved the window next to the small canal, check-in was easy, and Orial was very helpful with water taxis and questions that we had. The nearby Piazza has wonderful dining and coffee options and is much quieter than the busier tourist areas. Would definitely book again!

Great Location in Venice

Cute adequate apartment. Location close to everything. Loved having a small canal and watch the boats go by while having breakfast. Would have given this apartment five stars except for the mosquitoes. We were there in end of September. Possibly the cleaning crew or last visitors left door open too long. Spent time killing what we could. Bought natural repellants the next day. Still could not use cute garden table and chairs at all after cleaning it and spraying. Still, very quiet and close to all the major sights in Venice.

Great apartment, excellent location with access to all sites, great kitchen amenities, excellent water pressure, bedding is typical for Europe. Be aware that you will have a robust mosquito population on the ground floor, bring repel.

Great location with good local bars and restaurants. Thanks for the Prosecco on arrival a few small snacks would have been appreciated. Activity in the apartment above ( human and dog ) started around 4-5 am which effected those sleeping in the double room.

Great property! Great location!

4 adults stayed here late May, 2024. The property manager met us onsite when we arrived. He took us to the property and explained everything to us. The condo was great as was the location- nice, clean, quiet and close to everything.

Excellent Place - Great Location

Great well designed place with its own private garden. Canal on one side - typical venetian alley on the other. Walk out and within a few minutes you’re in the beautiful Campo Santo Stefano. Another 10 minutes to St Marks. Wonderful, neat and clean, well run place. Highly recommend.

Magical garden apartment in Venice

Thank you for a wonderful stay in Venice - the magical garden outlook combined with the views of the canal made this the perfect apartment for our days in Venice. We came during peak summer and the garden was an oasis at the end of a long day of walking and vaporetto trips 😊
