Great place and great location!

We loved staying at this property. It was centrally located to get to all of the places we want to go. The staff was amazing and helped us with so many things in advance of arrival and after (scheduling excursions, cabs, etc). They even picked up a cake from a local bakery so it was there when we arrived. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Belize

Hosts are exceptional. Villa is clean and well maintained. We were unable to shore snorkel due to sargassum, but that is mother nature. We had beautiful weather otherwise and the hosts managed to arrange wonderful excursions for snorkeling, diving, and fishing. Beautiful reef life and waters.

Family Vacation

Loved every minute of our stay at The Landings. Brittany was amazing and all staff were very attentive with water delivery, having our fridge stocked with beer and soda, booking excursions and providing tips to make our time most enjoyable. We will be coming back!

Perfect for our Family of 6

This space was perfect for our family of 6. We had enough beds and space for us to spread out and sleep. The kitchen was great. Everything was clean, there was well stocked kitchen supplies. We loved the location, it was quiet on the north side of town but also easy to get to all restaurants and to Secret beach.

Fantastic condo and hosts!

Brittany and Mike are fantastic hosts! The condo was great and perfect for our family of four. The tours recommended and arranged by our hosts were great. We had fantastic time at San Pedro and Belize mainland. 100% recommend!

This was our first trip to Belize, and we absolutely fell in love—not just with the island, but with this incredible condo! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beauty and tranquility of the property. The space is immaculate, stylish, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing and memorable stay.What truly set this experience apart, though, were Brittany and Mike. Their warmth, attention to detail, and genuine love for the property and the island shine through in everything they do. They went above and beyond to make sure every part of our stay was seamless and special—from arranging our golf carts and drinks in the condo to offering great local tips and being available for anything we needed.We’re already planning our return trip and wouldn’t dream of staying anywhere else. If you're looking for a peaceful, well-appointed place with gracious and attentive hosts, this condo is it. Truly a slice of paradise!

Amazing

If you are looking for the independence and space of a condo, with the services of a 5 start resort, then this is the place! The condo was roomy and spacious in a great location, with a view of the ocean and constant breezes. It was a short walk down the beach to a local restaurant/bar, next to a grocery store, and a great local breakfast place. It was also right over the bridge from town so you were close enough to walk or drive in quickly, but out of the hustle and bustle.The service was amazing from luggage assistance, pre-booking of everything for us from our golf cart to all of our excursions and mainland flights, and stocking the condo with beverages when needed. They made it so easy and relaxing! Would definitely stay here again on our next visit! Thanks for everything!

Beautiful Friendly Belize!

We had an amazing vacation in Belize! The condo is beautiful and functional. Plenty of space for our family of 5. The pools and outdoor space are beautiful with fabulous views from the balconies. Peaceful quiet environment. The staff at The Landings was so helpful and responsive with booking excursions and arranging transfers. We enjoyed sailing, snorkeling, SCUBA diving, zip lining, Mayan ruins, family pictures on the beach, pool time, beach time. There are lots of great restaurants near the property. We highly recommend this property and hope to go back!

Fabulous accommodations with SUPERB hosts

Great location on the outskirts of San Pedro. Hosts, Kimberly and Chad, made our first trip to Belize completely stress-free from stocking the fridge with drinks, to golf cart rental, to arrival/departure arrangements. A++++++++.

Great trip to San Pedro Belize

Staff is incredible. Made everything so seamless while traveling out of the country. I couldn't imagine having to do all the bookings myself. Brittany and staff took care of everything. Highly recommend.

Great location and views!

Excellent communication and assistance with arrival and departure. Nice condo and accomidated 3 couples. Few minor things would have been nice to have on property such as pepper and laundry soap.

One of the nicest VRBOs I've stayed at. Kim was incredible as far as being organized and helpful. There is a lot to do as far as activities . Kim has many great recommendations for restaurants . I'll definitely will go back.

Family Dive Vacation

Great Place & Location

We had a great time at The Landings at Tres Cocos. The hosts were great, easy to communicate with and if we ever needed anything they would respond almost instantly. Although there is no actual beach at this location they have a dock that you can swim off that is waist deep and sandy. We were able to see spotted eagle rays, huge sea snales and crabs around the doc, especially at sunrise and sunset. A one minute walk down the seawall is a small beach bar called CocoLoco's that has drinks and food. The location to town was perfect. This property is the first property north of the town of San Pedro. Overall we were impressed with everything; Property, Condo, Location and Hosts.

Belize vacation

We had a great time and Kimberly and her team were awesome. They made everything on our vacation once we arrived in Belize incredibly easy. We all really appreciated Kimberly booking our flights to and from the mainland and for booking all of excursions and meeting us at the airport to help bring us a luggage the rental and than back to airport when we had to leave. The property was beautiful and we would definitely stay there again
