Ready for a break? Come enjoy the beautiful beaches, diving, snorkeling, fishing, live music, amazing restaurants, shopping and life on gorgeous Ambergris Caye! The water and air are WARM and the people are friendly. Come on over, it's beautiful!

Wake up and fall asleep to the sound of the waves in this private, oceanfront villa approximately 4.5 miles north of San Pedro. This is the perfect place to let it all go and relax completely. De-stress and connect with yourself and the sea like never before. Costa Caye Villa fosters feelings of peace, tranquility and relaxation.

Meander in through the beautiful gardens, past the pool and into your own beautiful two-story, 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom sanctuary. Enjoy the outdoor dining on the deck above the waves, or sit at the spacious table in the great room overlooking the sea. Sip coffee as you gaze through the windows at the beautiful barrier reef right in front of the property and the grounds that are meticulously maintained by our wonderful caretaker Damian.

This finely detailed villa features three master suites, Spanish terra cotta roof tiles, tile flooring, Mexican tile in the bathrooms and kitchen, an incredible pool, astonishing views of the Caribbean Sea, air conditioning, wonderful furnishings, beautiful artwork from local Belizian artists and every amenity you would need for a perfect vacation. The main level includes a large great room with sweeping views of the sea, an interior dining area, a fully stocked kitchen and a full bathroom with a shower. There is also a futon for extra guests. The covered veranda overlooks the pool and offers an outdoor dining area and a hammock where you can feel the ocean breezes as you nap in the shade. A king ensuite master is also located on the main level with its own private balcony overlooking the back of the property and a bathroom with a double vanity and spacious shower.

The lower level features two additional ensuite master bedrooms. Each of these bedrooms open up to the pool and include a king bed, large private bathroom with double sinks and a spacious shower, and private access to the lower outdoor patio.

Costa Caye Villa is conveniently located near grocery stores and restaurants so you can enjoy all that Ambergris Caye has to offer! Secret Beach is just minutes away via golf cart.

Costa Caye's property manager, Janice, can arrange excursions on the islands as well as the the mainland. Zip lining, cave tubing and Mayan ruins can all be experienced during your stay at Costa Caye.

** Please note that the base rate is for 2 travelers. An extra guest charge will be applied for each additional traveler at the cost of $25 per night, per guest. The allows us to price our villa according to occupancy (as most properties are priced in Belize). This reflects the additional usage of water and utilities that are incurred with additional guests.

Had a comfortable stay. Property is well maintained and beds comfortable. Felt safe. Close to groceries and good food. Front deck was lovely to lounge in the hammock. There is no beach or swimming on the majority of the island. So if you’re looking for a beach getaway, ambergris is not the place for you. Sargassum was quite smelly and unpleasant on some days at the house. Grounds keeper Damien was lovely and very helpful for anything we needed. Highlight of the trip was definitely full day snorkeling /caye caulker trip through Clinton.

Beautiful comfortable home with an ocean view

A great stay. Well laid out, comfortable accommodations with everything we needed. Host was super fast answering all of our questions and the site manager, Damien was awesome. Highly recommend this ocean facing home.

Fantastic Place

This property was a great size and layout for multiple people. We enjoyed the staff, location, and mostly the private pool and beach access. Plus, it's away from town so traffic was minimal. Thanks again!

Great villa and location

This was our third time in San Pedro and second time staying at one of these villas. We previously stayed in a 2 bedroom one. Costa Caye is secluded from the main road and noise. It has a great pool and is right on the beach. The bedrooms and bathrooms were plenty big. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook if you want to. Loved our stay.

Beautiful Belize Stay

Property is lovely and the management staff are incredible- Damien was so helpful and goes out of his way to assist with anything we needed. We had a few hiccups with the A/C but he handled so quickly. Be aware the power does go out daily and it becomes hot very in the house - but it restores within an hour or so - overall a fantastic stay!

Paradise

We have been here now twice and it was just as magical as the 1st time. The property is beautiful and the layout of this house is great. We enjoyed the pool, the beach, and of course Rocky. Damian is such a nice blessing to have around for anything you might need. Glad always welcomes us home after a nite out. Would highly recommend calling this place home while you are in town!

Unbelizeable!

Everyone from reservations on were very helpful. On site property manager was great - he went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy. I would recommend this property to anyone!! It really was more than I expected in every way.

Villas 2

We arrived two days late because of a tropical storm but the communication between us and Janice, the manager, was fantastic. The house was exactly as advertised, master suite was huge compared to pictures and the balcony was a great place to hang out. We basically were the only ones there so had the pool to ourselves, which my grandson loved. Thank you to Vills 2 for a wonderful holiday with my family.

Island Paradise

Costa Caye Villa on San Pedro Island is a perfect Island Paradise. It is remotely located to give you a relaxing vacation. The 5 villa complex though remote has close access to a grocery store, restaurants, and Bars and a full time security guard to make you feel comfortable and safe. Damien, the onsite manager, is available to accommodate your needs as well as Janice, Damien's Supervisor. There is a lot to do on San Pedro Island and Costa Caye Villa is the ideal place to stay.

Lovely villa stay

We were 3 couples, 60’s, 70’s, & 80’s. (All family). We loved our week long stay.The accommodation was wonderful and the kitchen was surprisingly fully furnished. We were only missing some Brillo pad and tongs.Our only complaint was the lack of shampoo and bath soap. That should have been listed on the web site, as we would have brought them. We loved Damien, who took care of us above and beyond. We would definitely recommend coming here…we would come back.

Exceeded expectations

We had a wonderful time here! The house was clean and the yard felt very secluded. The kids loved the pool and everyone was so kind and helpful. They made us feel welcome and made sure we had everything that we needed. The location was perfect for us. Just a 20 minute golf cart ride to secret beach and 30 minutes to downtown san pedro. We also found plenty of grocery stores and amazing restaurants closer to home. If our travels ever take us back to San Pedro, we will book again in a heartbeat!

Slice of Heaven

Costa Caye Villas is the ultimate beach front vacation villa. The natural beauty where it sits is a hidden gem.Tucked away in the center of the island, a stone throw from the famous Secret Beach, the popular restaurant “The Truck Stop” and just a 20-ish minute into town for 5 star Belizean local cuisine, makes for Costa Caye an absolute perfect location. We enjoyed being tucked away where it was peaceful, but when we wanted an adventure, we would hop in the golf cart and head downtown. Damien & were hospitable and always checked in with us to see if we needed more water or toilet paper. They set up a pick-upAnd drop-off from the airport. They can also helpMake arrangements for tours and golf cart rentals.

Fishing and Exploring Ambergris Caye

Great property - clean, beautifully kept grounds, super nice staff and a great "guard dog" named Rocky who would happily welcome us every morning. Geographically, Caye Villas is just far enough outside of San Pedro to be a bit quieter, but still close enough to go into town for bars, restaurants, etc. We were fly-fishing on the northern end of the island so it was very convenient for us to get out and going in the morning. It is just a couple minutes from the turn-off to go to Secret Beach if that is on your agenda. Plenty of great little eateries within 5 minutes both north and south. All three of us agreed we would most definitely stay here again on future trips This was my 5th time staying on Ambergris Caye and this location has been my favorite.

Perfect Start to Vacation

We had an amazing time staying at Costa Caye. The villa is huge and the whole property was beautiful. The hosts were amazing and helped arrange our golf cart rental and Riccardo picked us up at the airport and drove us right to the villa as well as took us back on our departure. Damian was amazing once we arrived. He was so helpful getting us checked in and if we had any questions or needed anything while we were there. The location was great. There's a cute little grocery store and coffee place just down the street. My daughter loved the pool and we had it pretty much to ourself the entire week. She also loved the dog Rocky. Would recommend this place to anyone. We'd definitely come back

Peaceful stay in Paradise

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Costa Caye Villas. The property is just as described online, very spacious for a big family, beautiful decor and clean. From the moment you walk into the grounds of the property, it feels like you walked into a heavenly place. Damian is there to greet you from the start and takes care of you until it's time to go. My girls fell in love with Rocky the guard dog, he guarded them as they took hours of photographs by the beach. He can be seen in the background of all their photos. They had a hard time saying goodbye to him and still say he was the highlight of our trip. Thank you for this memorable stay, we hope we can come back soon!! We highly recommend these villas!!

Great place to stay for a San Pedro visit

What an awesome experience! From the ease of booking and the additional links and recommendations from the property management made everything a breeze! We liked the location so that we had private accommodations for our family but yet close places to enjoy the local atmosphere. The golf cart rental was easy and a must through them as well. The grounds staff was amazing and very accommodating! Damion was there to help with anything we needed and kept the grounds immaculate! The house keepers kept us stocked with fresh towels and a clean house. Rocky the guard dog and Vladimir the night guard kept the grounds safe and protected at night even though we felt safe the entire time. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone!

Very Private and Quiet - Great Gateway!

Very clean and well maintained. You could get as much or as little service as you would like. Damian was very knowledgeable about the island and made being there easy!! We snorkeled, fished, and did a snorkel tour with rays and sharks and fed tarpon and saw seahorses and the best was getting back to the place to relax. Vladimir was security at night with his sidekick Rocky on the day shift! The Caye Villas is a beautiful relaxing getaway from the crazy traffic in town! There are 5 rental homes/villas on the property with a private pool and a private access to the ocean. Damian does an amazing job keeping the property well maintained and looking pristine! It’s about 4 miles out of town, but if you prefer privacy - this is your place!

We had a fabulous vacation at Casa Caye. The house had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable.Grounds were clean and inviting.Damien the caretaker was very accommodating and always happy to help us with any of our questions or concerns. We loved his puppy Luna she was the sweetest thing, especially since I missed mine. We felt safe in the villa and didn’t have to worry about anything. Even though we didn’t use the housekeeping a whole lot it was nice to have the option. We did find it different having someone do our own laundry. The laundry was kept professional as we travelled with different couples and each room had its own basket and was done separately. We found a little local grocery store not too far away called Meka’s. She had reasonable prices and it was nice to see pricing on everything unlike the big grocery store The Palm. At The Palm you had to be careful as some pricing was done at the til and if you weren’t upfront you never got an itemized til receipt. American and imported stuff is very expensive so try to shop local brandsI have stomach issues and I have to say I didn’t have one ounce of a problem in Belize. Everything is made to order with local meats and vegetables. I haven’t stopped raving about the chicken and broccoli in Belize. Even though the Cindy will provide you with recommendations on golf carts do some research. Once there we found cheaper rental companies for longer stays.
