Destin team trip

Overall, it was a good stay. Two items to bring to your attention and for a consideration for a partial refund. We had a carbon monoxide alarm go off on Thursday 4/3 at 4 AM in the morning and the fire department showed up to the house to determine that it was a false alarm, but we had to evacuate the house for 1-1/2hrs at 4am. The 2nd issue was the 3rd floor AC stopped working so was very hot. Boys slept on couch on 1st floor as too hot

Making Memories in Miramar Beach

Our family had a great time! There were 15 of us. The house was beautiful and so clean! We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom and shower. The pool and outside area was very nice. We could walk to the beach but used the golf cart a lot. Good restaurants and shopping. Great place to stay!

Perfect location

House is very spacious. Everything was clean except big rug on second floor. Pool was great for when we got back from beach. Would definitely rent again!

Nice upon arrival, but after looking it was not up to par

The top issue we had was that it was filthy! Within the first 2 hours of being in the house we were battling ants on the ground floor and the kids feet were completely black from walking bare foot inside! We brought Lysol wipes and used it on the surfaces and they looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months. The shower faucets were loose, the ice machine couldn't keep up with the amount of ppl. There was black mold on both balconies, and all the chairs outside were broken and rusted over. The bunk beds on the top floor were way too tall for younger kids and one of the kids fell off the ladder and broke his arm and had to have surgery to set his arm back. The dresser in the top room was not anchored and was a major hazard to small children. The place at least didn't smell and was an easy walk to the beach. I wouldn't stay there again. The pool was nice to have as well.

Family Vacation

The majority of the description was accurate, however, the "bedroom" with two, double bunk beds is not an actual room and others have to walk through it to access their bedroom. The property had many broken items and was very dirty, top to bottom. The property needs to be freshened up.

Spring break 21

This is a very nice property, an easy walk to the beach or a quick golf cart ride! Property was as advertised, plenty of sleeping space. We had a few issues that were resolved quickly during the stay. Only downsides were the hot water heater didn’t provide enough for certain bedrooms and there was no net available to clean the pool after a windy day. I would certainly recommend the home and the area.

Casa Blanca is amazing

We had such a great time staying at Casa Blanca. Five Star Gulf Rental worked with us to reschedule through all the COVID uncertainty and was amazing. They checked in periodically to make sure we had everything we needed and the house was immaculate. We will use Five Star whenever we come to Destin the in future...for sure. Tim

Great size for the family, pool area was very nice. Walk was about 5 mins, but the golf cart that was available came in handy. Will stay here again
