The Beach

Stayed here for the month of February. The weather was great, the beach beautiful and the condo was clean and exactly as described. I especially loved the balcony off the master bedroom.

Wonderful stay 🙂

My husband and I really enjoyed the comfort and decorations in the condo, ease of access to the beach, and privacy of the location on the beach. The bed was very comfortable and that is important to me.

Very Nice Condo needs a little attentio

The condo is beautiful and very nicely furnished. It is also directly over the beach, which is a big plus. However, it was not equipped with some simple but necessary things (measuring spoons, a broom, and the keurig coffee maker was broken). One of the two toilets was also broken.

One more time to the beach

Came down for 2 weeks for my mom to watch the waves and enjoy her last trip to the beach. This unit is conveniently located right off the elevator for easy access. Plenty of room for 3 adults.

This was exactly like it was described. Beautiful view and a great location. Couldn’t have found a better place for our sister trip. Definitely want to come back next year.

Exactly what we wanted

The property was perfect for us. Great view, enjoyed listening to the ocean at night. Convenient to go from room, to beach, to pool, and back. Didn’t have to carry stuff very far.

The view never gets old

This beautifully decorated condo is convenient to restaurants and shopping. The beach access is outstanding and the beach boys are helpful and friendly. You will not be disappointed with this condo.

EXCELLENT TIME AWAY!

We enjoyed our stay so much. We would've loved to stay much longer. The condo is beautifully decorated and well appointed. The view is phenomenal. We also love that their was beach service provided. The communication with the property management company was very timely. Highly recommend.

Okaloosa Island

This was approximately our 20th visit to Okaloosa Island and we have stayed and many resorts on the Island. This time it was at the Summerlin and it was everything that it was advertised to be. The location was very quiet and the condo was very clean and well furnished. We can’t wait for next year.

Exactly what I was looking for and MORE!

This condo surpassed my expectations! The area was not overly crowded, as can be sometimes during spring break. The location is convenient to airport, shopping, attractions and restaurants....yet far enough out from the congestion. Well furnished with everything one could need for comfort and convenience.

Beautiful condo

This condo was the prettiest and most modern one that we have ever rented. Great location. Beautiful view. I would definitely recommend it. Only one minor negative and that was no beach umbrella and chairs service provided which my family has enjoyed at other locations.

Beautiful views

Relaxing stay. Smaller complex. Close to shopping, dinning, & grocery stores. Incredible views from balcony. Pictures of property accurate. Property clean, updated, kitchen stocked with essential items. Loved having the beach service included. Definitely would recommend this property & look forward to returning for another stay.

Quick Birthday weekend getaway

Perfect property for a 5 person family. Beach service was a nice inclusion. Up to date styling, with nice fixtures, amenities. No cheap stuff in here. Will be back. This bldg is only 6 floors and not very deep, so beach room was more than ample.

Great Place To Stay

Except for some piled up dust in places and cheerios in the living room floor, it was pretty clean. We did not bring Cheerios. Lol. We loved the 2 king beds! That was so very helpful!

Best Location on the Beach!

Great location on the beach! Cute condo with great amenities. Housekeeping could be better. Previous occupants left cigarette butts on balcony & it smelled like smoke. They also cooked seafood and condo smelled like fish half of our stay. Dishes & cups were dirty in cupboards. Those were not the owners fault but maybe cleaners could have done better. Definitely would recommend otherwise.

Okaloosa is great

We love Okaloosa Island and have visited many times over the years. We had a really good trip as usual. However the condo was very clearly not cleaned with food on the coffee table, a roach in the fridge, and LOTS of sand on the floors. And the remodel construction work was not good. The toiled rocks back and forth. The shower floor pools up instead of sloped toward the drain. The light does not work in the guest room. The living room light randomly turned on and off with my whole family watching a movie.
