Discover the charm of this wonderful Gulf-front rental with a breathtaking view of the mesmerizing Gulf of Mexico. Both the living room and master bedroom offer access to a private balcony where you can unwind and watch gorgeous sunsets. The master bedroom features a king bed, and the master bathroom boasts a beautiful walk-in shower. Enjoy the view of the white sands and emerald green water through the floor-to-ceiling patio doors.

The kitchen is equipped with all the comforts of home, including a full-size refrigerator, cooktop stove and oven, microwave, and dishwasher. All the utensils needed to prepare and serve meals are supplied for your convenience.

Located in the heart of Okaloosa Island, this bright condo is perfectly situated to explore everything from the pristine beaches to the nearby city activities. When you're ready for a change of scenery, head to Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier, just over a mile away, where you'll find a plethora of restaurants, endless sand, and crashing waves. For family fun, visit Wild Willy's Adventure Zone or Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park. A trip to the vibrant downtown Destin is also just a quick six-mile drive down the coast. Don't forget to see the beach attendant for the wonderful beach service exclusive to this condo!

Our "sister trip" stay was absolutely great. The condo was nice, right on the beach with close proximity to restaurants in FT Walton and Destin, so that was nice. The ocean was beautiful, we saw dolphins a couple of days, and the pool (and area around it) was always clean. The grounds were beautiful and well kept as well. I cannot say enough about how accommodating our host, Beverly, was! She went out of her way to help us with a couple different request we had, and we were so appreciative. We were blessed to have this vacation together, and we hope to return here again.

Everything about this place was great! LOVED sitting on the balcony and watching the ocean in the morning and again at night :) decor and furniture really nice and updated. Kitchen was fully stocked and everything was in good working order. highly recommend

Perfect location, perfect condo

We were a party of 3, my husband and his brother who had a fishing trip on the Gulf Coast on his bucket list. This condo is absolutely beautiful! The view is breath taking, the beds are comfy, and the rooms are spacious and quiet. There were even some beach toys (boogie board!) in a closet. We also enjoyed the fireworks on Friday, from the front door. I highly recommend 513 Island Princess.

Great location

Property was just as advertised. Location and views were amazing. Property was clean and kitchen was well stocked with cookware, etc. we loved sitting out on the balcony of an evening watching the waves roll in.

Do NOT HESITATE to book this condo! Immaculately clean with beautiful view of the Gulf from living room and master with tons of natural light. We loved everything about our stay and felt at home as soon as we walked through the door. Really appreciated the complimentary beach chairs/umbrella each day. The beach is gorgeous and was not at all crowded. Don't pass on this one!

Great Beach Getaway!

Perfect location for our family vacation! The property sits right in the beach, just a short walk to the chairs/umbrellas for easy back and forth throughout the day.
