Small Family--Big Vacation

The ocean sounds and views from the inside or lanai. The proximity to the ocean made this stay so special. Would absolutely stay again. Loved it. The condo was nice and comfortable.

Our one week vacation in Maui, Napili Point.

Great location. Amazing views. Great restaurants close and within walking distance. Great marine life, lots of turtles and whale watching from the patio.

Stunning as always

Excellent location and view

We were so happy with this room location. Room was clean and very comfortable for our family of four. You really can’t beat the view and the proximity of this condo. I would definitely stay again and plan to do so.

Perfect Stay

This condo was perfect right on Napili Bay! Beautiful view, clean, easy communication, and steps away from snorkeling with the turtles. The unit was well stocked in the kitchen and with beach gear. We would definitely rent A9 again!

Great stay, amazing view. Appreciate that they had alternate fans provided as the Ceiling fans did not work. Great place overall.

Keeping it simple a9 was a great unit with everything you would need. View was great couldn't be better. Most of all the unit was very clean n well kept . Looking forward to staying there again next year

Beautiful

We truly enjoyed our stay here. Our family rented three condos within walking distance of each other. We used the grill ,had dinners and swam with turtles. We will certainly be back.

Open your doors to Paradise

What a beautiful place to stay. The condo was a bit dated, but the location is so beautiful. Walk to the beach, or climb down the rocks and snorkel right outside your door. Loved every day!!

Dream Vacation

This property has a million dollar view overlooking a small quiet bay that can easily be accessed to snorkel. The condo was clean, beautifully decorated, and convenient with all the amenities one would need to thoroughly enjoy your Maui visit. Our family was delighted ! A real gem !

Hidden spot

This place was perfect for us......quiet, away from crowds, nestled in Napili Pointe. The pictures on the site do not do it justice--the view was beyond spectacular!! Condo was very clean, updated and well maintained-- we have already referred a couple friends to this exact condo. We will stay here again on our next trip! Thank you for making our trip special ❤️

Exceeded all expectations!!

This has been one of our favorite experiences. The photos do it no justice. The condo is located steps away from Napili Bay, where we spend a majority of our time. Amazing snorkeling right outside of the condo. Views of sunset were spectacular, really a gem of a property. So happy to have stayed here and will definitely return in the future. Mahalo!

Spectacular View

The view alone is enough to give this condo a 5-star rating, but it is better than that. It was perfectly clean, ane beautifully furnished. If you're an avid cooker, you migjt be disappointed in the the kitchen items available, but for the avarage tourist that eats out most of the time, it just fine. I would definately stay in A-9 again.

Amazing

Turtles, whales, rainbows, crashing waves, nice outdoor furniture, plenty of supplies, pools, comfy beds, clean unit. This place was great. We decided it was one of the best located units of the property. Quiet, respectful neighbors, accommodating to kids., very responsive management. We hope to be back. It made for an excellent trip.

To Maui, To Maui, I Love You, To Maui..

Incredible spot with incredible views. The place had everything we needed and then some! Check in, parking, check out all easy breezy. The location and amenities included with A9 made it very worthwhile to stay here.Due to its location, there are a lot of guests hanging out in front of the unit, but we didn't mind and everyone was enjoying themselves and mostly polite.Would highly recommend breakfast at Napili Kai over the Gazebo. The sushi at Miso Phat was life changing! And dinner for sunset at the Plantation House was worth the price! The cooler provided really worked great for beaching and exploring as well as the beach chairs!!We literally cannot wait to return! Mahalo

Really amazing place to stay! The condo is in a great location on the property with close proximity to bbqs, sitting areas, snorkeling, and the beach. The views are amazing from this location, completely unobstructed from other buildings. It is in front of a side walk so people would walk in front of the place often but it wasn’t a bother in the slightest. The inside of the condo was nice, especially the kitchen. The appliances and kitchen cookware were really nice and useful. Our only major complaint was the bed. It was pretty uncomfortable and really firm. All in all though we would love to stay here again and found it to be the perfect location for us. We also really appreciated the clear instructions and communication from the property management.

Great Stay!

Good: Property is a great location! Just steps off the porch is one of the best places to snorkel with the turtles. Just a short walk around the path is a trail that takes you to Napili Beach which is very sandy and we enjoyed that beach more than the other beaches that we visited. The porch is the perfect place to watch the sunset as well. Bad: The unit is directly below the pool that is currently closed and being renovated. We experienced very loud power tool noise that vibrated the entire interior of the unit from time to time. Thankfully it was not constant. Also, on occasion the workers would have a power extension cord hanging down to our porch to borrow the power outlet which was a little annoying. The pool work is only temporary and hopefully they will have it completed soon. Overall, we had a great time and enjoyed our stay here!

Perfect Location

This unit had the best location with unbeatable views. This was the highlight of the rental. It sits above the best snorkeling spot, just steps away. The unit faces towards sunset with unobstructed views. Beaches are within walking distance as is the great breakfast spot The Gazebo. The market is less than a 5 minute drive. Location is an AUnit is a nice size with everything you need. Furnishings are a bit dated. Our only complaint with the unit was the bed. There was a thick foam pad on the boxspring instead of a comfortable mattress. It trapped heat and made sleeping very hot, sweaty and uncomfortable. We tried taking it off, but the mattress under was terrible. The foam pad was very dirty. This is our only complaint about the unit but it's a big one as the bed is important.Location can't be beat but I do think a new bed needs to be added to bring this place to an overall A

Great getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. comfortable and clean. Kitchen was stocked well with pots pans, etc. and i was please there was a few spices, oil, foil. although I think they are just left overs from other guest. as for the view. it was the best! we rarely left our space, unless it was to snorkel. 2 great spots. the bay down the road, and also right in front of this room. especially if you want to see turtles! personally I liked the bay better. more pretty fish. And the rocky location in front was pretty difficult/tricky getting in and out. climbing out on to the rock, lets just say ouch. I'm also not a young person, so there is that. I prefer beach access. Some people complain of traffic in front of A9 with the snorkel access so close. Yes there are people coming and going, but if never bothered me. everyone was friendly and respectful. we loved it, and plan to go back asap!!

Not worth it!

The view is special but don’t be fooled, the unit is not worth it. The access for the cove is right in front of the unit which means lots of traffic. The appliances are good, but that’s all I can say that’s positive. The unit is a bit rough and tired. The AC NEVER worked. The team came but didn’t get the ‘part’ needed so offered floor fans which we already had. With 81% humidity it was uncomfortable. The small closet meant for hanging clothes held all the amenities:beach chairs, umbrella, noodles, plus broom, dust pan, step ladder and steamer-trunk size cooler and luggage rack. All of this had to be removed and placed in the small unit in order to hang anything. The owner has locked up the other side of closet, not cool in such a small space. The mattress was comfortable but the sheets pilled to the point of abrasive. Also, beware that although this is a single level, there is a 20-step stairway to access unit. The pool was closed due to broken pump for our last 4 days. Unit not as Advertised. I’m expecting a partial refund.

BEST Location!!!

This one-bedroom oceanfront condo was AMAZING for my husband and I! The location is absolutely fabulous, with easy viewing of turtles and easy access for snorkeling in the cove that is less than 50 feet from the door! The bed was very comfortable as was the couch in the living room. Kitchen was fully equipped, although it could use a decent-sized cutting board. The A/C in the bedroom was great for sleeping and quiet enough that you could still hear the surf outside! The closet has lots of hangers, which we appreciated. We also appreciated all the extension cords for easy access to plug in to. One thing that this condo has, that most others don’t, is comfortable furniture on the lanai. The chairs are sling chairs, rather than the plastic straps that so many others have. With the humidity, it was nice. Plus, there is a comfortable padded lounge chair too! We took advantage of the Weber BBQs on site and ate dinner at the table there with an amazing view of the sun setting over the island of Lanai. We loved Napili because it is much less “resorty” than Ka’anapali. Very relaxed and chill! This condo had fewer staple items than anywhere we’ve stayed. Salt (large container), pepper and a couple of seasoning blends, probably left by people like us, plus a small thing of vegetable oil. I wish they’d had foil. It would have helped with the BBQing. Also wish there was a beach umbrella, but I understand that that’s a tough thing to have since it can get easily damaged if used in too much wind. We would ABSOLUTELY return here for the stellar location and comfort!! I hope it’ll be soon!
