Room with a great view! The following are suggestions for the room. A new shower head might as well make it with standard and hand held. Lamp stationery was about to fall over. Needs new mattress. Lazy boy type Chairs don’t work well. Add a tea kettle; pot was fine!Again loved room but could use some help!!!

Relaxing

We love staying at Nāpili Shores. No crowds and amazing snorkeling. This unit is the perfect place for sunsets and relaxation! Everything you need for a perfect get away. We stay on this unit at least once a year. You can’t go wrong g!

The condo was in the best location on the property with amazing views. Wake up to rainbows and fall asleep to the soundsof the ocean!

Nice location but minimal effort to make a comfortable stay

This condo is in a beautiful location. But there was no effort to make they stay special for the guests. College apartment level furnishing with threadbare sheets. Even though this was a kitchen unit there were no condiments even no salt/pepper. Even though this was a very expensive unit, our 14 night stay included two dishwasher tabs and minimal toilet paper. The welcome note said that any additional supplies had to be purchased by the guest. Even though this is rented through VRBO, the full credit card charge is posted to imaui as a Professional service so you won’t get travel points if you have a travel credit card. It seemed like the company was squeezing every dime it could get out of the customer. It’s two bad because minimal effort and upgrades could have made this a very nice stay that was commensurate with the cost.

Ocean front

We love to location. It is quiet and has a great view of the ocean and sunset from the lanai. The grounds are lovely. We have stayed at Nāpili Shores several times. This unit has some nice updates. Perfect for a couple.

Slice of paradise

Unit is totally as advertised and pictured. Amazing ground floor views and short walk to Nāpili beach and not far to Kapalua Bay! Pools are clean, quiet and not crowded. The entire property is clean and very relaxing. If you can get a reservation here you should schedule it soon. I won’t stay anywhere else. We rented e-bikes and rarely drove our car anywhere.

We have rented this unit many times and will continue to come back. We would like to have maid services resume at least once during our weekly stay. We ran low on towels and toiletries. Although we see some repairs and upgrades that have been done over the years we still see the recliners are comfortable they are getting old. We also had to call and request beach chairs and an umbrella. The service did drop some off and pick up which was helpful.

The only complaint was continual contractor work on the adjoining unit, I174 which you have no control of but it was a distraction.

Air condition didn't work. Pots and pans were very old, and bed was so uncomfortable. Would not pick this unit again.

We really enjoyed our stay. We had most everything we needed for cooking. The refrigerator had drops of water on the door, not sure why, but everything stayed cold. The Murphy bed got the job done. We left it down the whole time. We enjoyed whale watching from the lanai. Shower had great water pressure. Bathroom nicely updated. There was one issue where the property had no hot water for 24 hours. Hope to return next year.

Great location, kitchen needs work

The condo was clean and the finishes are nice. The kitchen equipment was tired - flimsy cookware and knives, loose pot handles, few bowls. The unit is downwind of the restaurant and the smell woke me every morning at 5. The water is over treated to the point where it’s unpleasant to drink. Obviously some of this is out of the manager’s control, but I can’t give it 5 stars and wouldn’t return.

Great location, poorly kept.

Wife and I just completed a 9 night stay Sept. 13-22, 2022. This was our 2nd stay in I173 and our 6th stay at Napili Shores. The rooms location is absolutely stunning! Crashing waves, privacy and sunsets everyday. I give 2 stars do to the cleanliness and upkeep of the room. The air conditioning unit needs to be cleaned and maintained as it starts to make a knocking noise every now and then. The reclining chairs were soiled and needs a good steam cleaning. All the kitchen cabinets and knobs felt sticky. Be careful with the dishwasher, open it and the door comes crashing down. The bed needs attention, the foot of the bed seems to be sloping downwards do to the leg. The window over the entrance door latch is not operating. The lights over sliding door is all rusted. Don’t expect fresh linens without a charge. 9 1/2 days with same sheets. It’s a shame that a room with this location is poorly maintained. Do better for your next guests please.
