Just what we needed

The property was perfect for an older couple who needed a small yet functional apartment for a week. The resort is well located among businesses and restaurants that are walkable and has easy access to major roads to other destinations! It’s definitely a must stay when we visit Maui again!

PERFECT Honeymoon Spot

This cute little condo was perfect for a week long honey moon for 2! Gorgeous views, great food in every direction, everything including grocery is walking distance, pool and beach are accessible and gorgeous, cool snorkeling at the resort beach, property management group reached out multiple times to check and make sure we were taken care of. All around wonderful!

Great couples getaway!

The property and experience were fantastic! I definitely recommend this space for two people or a couple traveling together. Although there is a pull out couch if you have a guest. We were very close to everything we wanted to see. There’s great snorkeling right in front of the resort and saw plenty of honu swimming around Be sure to check out Leoda’s pies on the way in or out!

No surprises here. Everything was as stated and well equipped kitchen for meals. Proximity to Times supermarket, ABC store and food trucks make the resort a desirable location. Restaurant is excellent.

The condo was appointed well and clean. Spacious for 1-2 people. At the last minute my family had a flight cancelation so while I thought I would be 1 person, we found that a sofa hideaway was comfy, bedding/towels were provided and the manager was so very accommodating! found

Oceanfront view

Our stay on the island was wonderful. The property has so many amenities we weren’t expecting which only made it better. Great location and stunning views. The condo itself is fairly outdated and could do with some updating/attention to detail in cleaning (floors and bedding). Given we didn’t spend much time here with all the activities we did and the amazing view, we overlooked this. Otherwise, great property and great location. We would definitely come again!

Nice stay

I wasn't ready for paying to park, and a pool was under construction, but they stay was nice. Apartment was clean plenty of household supplies. Front desk won't help as they do not manage the apartment. But it was easy to come and go. The big pool was beautiful, along with the grounds.

Wonderful view of the ocean - great location for golfers

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. We are both golfers so we use our time in Hawaii to golf every day. The evenings were reserved for beach activities. There are two pools for the building one for children and one for adults. Sunsets are breathtaking. And there are other beaches near by. The golf is amazing and the plantation course is a must see. The kitchen is well equipped. Lots of towels. Thank you for the hosts For sharing their home with us. 🙏🏻 Really enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely love everything about this property

This was our 4th time staying at this property, everything about it is absolutely perfect! The only thing that would've been better with this unit is if they left us more bath towels.. 3 bath towels for 2 people for 8 nights... other units have left more towels. We had a couple of questions/concerns, and the property management company was always quick to respond, thank you for that 😊 definitely looking forward to our next return!!

Great view and location

Upgraded condo that had a beautiful view. Carpet was very dirty and hadn’t been vacuumed for awhile. Door has only one lock and doesn’t close easily. Would recommend installing a chain lock too.

If you’re looking for a relaxing quiet stay this ISNT the place!

Was hoping to have a relaxing quiet vacation and this place is as just the opposite. There are parties every night, people yelling and screaming at all hours, on our last night at 2am someone was just blaring their car horn for 10 min. Couldn’t get a good nights rest my entire stay. This place is a glorified frat house. Pick somewhere else if you are looking to get any rest or enjoy the short time you are in the room.

Lovely stay

Great location and nice amenities. Easy parking. We especially loved the access to the pool and pickle ball/tennis courts. Walking distance to good food and coffee. Would stay again!

Beautiful condo in a great location!

The condo was just perfect for our stay in Maui! We loved the location. Super close to the best beaches, shopping, and restaurants. Very clean and outfitted with everything you’d need for a beach stay - beach chairs, towels, and a fabulous lanai! We enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this for anyone considering a stay in Kaanapali!

A bit rough

The property listing says it sleeps 4, but didn’t explain how small the room is. When you open the hide-a-bed it runs into the queen bed. If you want to get to the bathroom or the lanai, you have to climb over the beds. Not very convenient with 4 people in the room, and people sleeping. Also, the door is almost impossible to open and close. You have to throw your shoulder into it to do either. It’s very noisy and would be impossible for someone older or not in good shape to do. Also, we were informed 3 days into our stay that we were required to wash any linens (towels, wash cloths, etc.), but there is no washer/dryer in the unit. We had to use the coin-operated washer/dryers in the hotel. It added a lot of hassle and extra work to our vacation. All of this information would be helpful in the listing when we were trying to decide where to stay.

Though we make an effort to meet all of our guests’ needs, your specific complaints are not something that we have control over. This rental is advertised as a studio hence, the 4-person stay was entirely your choice. We do all we can to make sure our unit descriptions are accurate and up to date, so if there is something that we’ve missed or that could be misinterpreted, we apologize. Our owners decided it was best to accommodate more persons with the convenience of adding a sofa that converts into a bed. We are sorry this did not meet your expectations. I also wanted to clarify that we never ask any guests to wash the condo’s linens &/or towels as that is part of our scheduled services after departures. In the future, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us before, during &/or after your stay if you have any questions and/or concerns. Mahalo.

My neighbor suggested this property so I got online and looked at other reviews, it looked like a great location. It was very easy to book online. Location and amenities were fabulous. I would definitely use this company and property again Mahalo

A Great Stay, Beautiful View, Awesome Location

Late March/Early April This unit was perfect for my wife and I's week long stay in Maui. Location: The resort/condo's location is off the main Kaanapali Beach Walk but still close enough to access it. Not being directly attached to the Beach Walk created a nice semi non public vibe since there weren't tons of people walk around back and forth. There is a small beach that is accessible from the resort that didn't seem to busy and perfect to relax with out to many people. During high tide the waves crash into the rock wall just below the small boardwalk that is accessible. After visiting a family member who was staying at one of the larger resorts I realized they could not hear or see the ocean at all -- just some nice ambience at the pool that I feel should be mentioned. Also around the pool/restaurant area there are nice fire pit tables to cozy up to when it got chilly. Walking access to the shopping complex and food carts :) Unit: The unit has a great view of the ocean from afar and I could of stayed on the balcony all day watching whales and not felt like I wasted time. Bed was comfy, rattan décor was very appreciated by wife. Kitchen had all the supplies you needed for grilling outside or cooking inside. Being directly accessible from 3rd floor garage level made for easy exit or retrieval of items in the car. Unit had Tommy Bahama beach chairs (back pack style) and other items for a day at the beach. Definitely take inventory of what you have already before renting from Snorkel Bob's (also across the street). Important to note that you need to return your towel cards upon check out as the resort's cleaning crew does not have access to the unit (had to retrieve pool towels when I checked out). Look forward to returning in the future. Mahalo~!~

Anniversary getaway

We had a delightful time. Enjoyed walking the boardwalk nearby as well as great snorkeling just a quick ride down the road in either direction. It was great that the condo had a couple of beach chairs included for our use.

Perfect Honeymoon

This property was exactly as pictured, the view from the balcony was incredible and every morning we would wake up and see whales and rainbows. The unit was extremely clean and had everything you needed for a day at the beach. The property itself was clean and welcoming. There are 2 pools, one is located near the ocean the other is in the middle of the resort and both are clean with plenty of seating. The restaurant on site has a good variety of food options that can be ordered poolside. The location of the resort is perfect, only a 10 min drive to all of the restaurants and shopping. I would definitely go back to this resort and book this unit again.
