We came for a wedding in the area and had an amazing stay. The house was comfortable for our three adult couples. We took advantage of the porches, hot tub, fire pit and horseshoes. Lots of card games and puzzles took place on the kitchen table. We did not use the TVs or cook many meals but we certainly could have. Great meals at Frog Level Brewery, Sweet Onion, Boojum Brewery and Singletree Heritage Kitchen. Thanks again for being a fabulous base for a memorable long weekend .

What a beautiful cabin. Views were spectacular, We had everything we needed and the description of the cabin was perfect. The only bad part of the trip was it wasn’t long enough. Thank you for an incredible stay.

Ironwood retreat is a beautiful home tucked high up in the mountains with incredible views of the Smokies. The home and landscaping was so relaxing to come home to after our daily adventures. The house had just about anything you can need and the hosts left us a nice welcome wine. Had some difficulty with keeping the upper floor bedrooms cool at night, but otherwise this was a great stay for my family and I! Can’t wait to come back in the future. Thank you :)

We loved our stay in the mountains! The kitchen was stacked! It really help us bring our dining out costs down. We did enjoy breakfast at the Buttered Biscuit (it lasted us days, the biscuits are huge), Ahi Tuna Nachos at Boojum Brewing and an amazing dinner at The Sweet Onion. We took advantage of all the hiking and antiquing in the area, too! We had a perfect mix of relaxing with million dollar views and adventure! It was a perfect trip for our family. Thanks for sharing your home.

The home is beautiful and very cozy (even nicer than the photos show!), quite spacious, perfect for a large family or 3-4 couples. The views are also better than advertised! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to return!

Beautiful scenery, beautiful home, very comfortable accommodations and it was very inspiring to wake up “in the clouds” every morning. We only had one minor issue and it was remedied within minutes. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their stay.

We had a nice weekend despite all the cold and rain. Check-in was easy. They gave us a code to the door. Everything was clean and the things we used were in working order. It’s a long way up to the cabin but it’s all paved which made it nice. They have Everything you would need in the kitchen. Even a food thermometer for the grill which was nice. We did use the hot tub which was relaxing on this cold weekend. We saw a bunch of deer but not bears. We used the big huge table for games and dinners and our group of six had room to spare. Thanks for letting us stay a few days.

I can’t say enough about this property. We could not have asked for a better view, the home was spotless, communication easy. We had the most wonderful relaxing weekend!! I spent most of it on the porch just staring at the beauty!!

Nice Mountainous Escape

The views are gorgeous! Definitely worth the more than the 9 hour drive. The place is immaculate, spacious, and quiet. My family members, with ages ranging from 12 to 71, had an awesome time!

Peace & Quiet, Views, Beautiful Grounds

We had a great stay over the week of Thanksgiving. The location of the cabin is perfect for visits to Waynesville, Maggie Valley, Sylva, Cherokee, Great Smoky Mountains National Park and Asheville. Very nice being at the top of the mountain for the views but also the peace & quiet - it felt like we had the mountain to ourselves. There were only three of us, but the grounds are perfect for a large group (tons of space outside to spread out, throw the football, use the fire pit, etc). Views are amazing, hot tub works well. Kitchen is well stocked. Drive up the mountain was fine, no worries. Main living area in the cabin is larger than the pictures. Enjoyed the shuffleboard. Note: we did not use the grill or fireplace, so cannot comment on those. Highly recommend!

At the top of Utah Mountain Estates, we found our place. Breathtaking views and a quiet escape. A beautiful cabin large enough to bring together families and friends.

It is our goal to create an experience that is memorable. We hope you remember our cabin, but what we hope you remember even more is the time you spent with others.

For those wanting to go out and visit local breweries, this is your place. For those wanting somewhere to bring your grandparents and children, this is your place. For those wanting to plan a couples retreat, this is your place.

Privacy & accommodations. For being at the top of the mountain, it is quite unique to have usable flat space outdoors where you can enjoy a campfire, picnic & horseshoes. Our goal is to make your stay as seamless and feel as much "at home" as possible. To that extent, we have thoroughly stocked our cabin with the essentials to make this "plug and play".
