Great Place for Family Gatherings

This property was the perfect setting for all of our family to get together for our annual reunion. Plenty of room in the house and access to the dock facilitated tubing, fishing and swimming for the grandkids.

Family vacation

We had 10 adults (two 18 year olds) and 4 kids (7 - 16 years old) - this place has a lot of room for multiple families. We especially appreciated 5 bathrooms!! Having 2 refrigerators is a big bonus. Clean and comfortable beds too. Not a problem for our group but there is a lot of stairs. Limited parking but again it was fine for our family. We stayed during a very hot week and the air conditioning was able to keep us cool. Great area for swimming and fishing! Also enjoyed so many areas to just sit enjoy the lake view, the flocks of geese were fun to watch and several of us saw a bald eagle most days.

Loved our stay!

We came with our children and their families and in-laws (our once a year guaranteed get-together)- there was 15 of us. We loved this house - plenty of room for people to spread out when they needed some quiet time and space for all of us to gather together to play cards or visit, sit on the dock or swim. Loved the view. Enjoyed watching the activity on the lake. Palm Breeze is very easy to get to. Even though the weather did not cooperate with us for a couple days, we enjoyed swimming, boat rides, and going to all our favorite places like Ozark BarBQ and Frank and Louie's. I would recommend this house for anyone - although a lot of steps if you have trouble with mobility. Ken was wonderful to work with.

It’s OK

The house provided us a place to sleep and eat and we had a lot of fun but there were many issues. 🔹No lights in the back outside. They don’t work or the bulbs are out. I think I saw two lit which is not enough light 🔹Very dark walking down the concrete stairs to the lake. A few people lost their footing on the last step due to the darkness. 🔹Contacted the property manager regarding the outside lights and didn’t get a response 🔹No king beds (advertised as having 3) 🔹Lots of bugs and spider webs inside house 🔹Vents are filthy 🔹One bed is on the floor with no frame 🔹Another bed is at a 35 degree angle due to feet being broke on the end of the bed. One corner was being held up by rocks 🔹Water heater fuse blew multiple times leaving us with just cold water 🔹AC set at 62 but stayed 77-78 in the kitchen area 🔹Kitchen / LR ceiling fan doesn’t turn on 🔹The canned lights in the master bedroom serve no purpose. They are so dim I had to use my phone flashlight to see 🔹Broken steps and railing in the front of the house

Nice Place for family vacation

Overall we had a great experience here, house was spacious and clean, dock and swimming access was nice. Ken was responsive and check in was easy.

Great house on the lake!

Had a great time with family! Lots of space to spread out and couldn’t hear people in other parts of house from bedrooms. Dock and patio were nice and where we spent most of our time

Great Stay at Palm Breeze

We had 10 adults get together for an annual trip and the property was great for us! The dock is great for swimming and we spent about 90% of our time outdoors. Plenty of sleeping space for everyone and it was quiet for those who turned in earlier than others. We would stay here again!

Nice place in the Ozarks

The house was very welcoming and accommodating. The location on the lake was nice but the house is at least a 15 minute drive from any entertainment such as bars and grills, beaches, and restaurants. Additionally, the outside of the property looked as though it had not been attended to in some time. There were several cob webs on the dock, near screens, and the front door. Lastly, the propane grill was filthy when we opened it so we had to clean it for some time before using it, and the propane ran out shortly after we started the grill. The master bedroom was also missing several vertical blind panels so we had to make a makeshift section of blinds with our beach towels so we could have full privacy.
