この素敵な2階建ての3ベッドルーム、2階に更新された夢のように、25のバスが望めるオーシャンフロントのホテルで、絶景をお楽しみください。
広々としたマスターベッドルームには、専用の応接間、専用バス、楕円形のスパ用浴槽が備わっています。
設備の整ったキッチンは、リビングエリア、フラットスクリーンテレビ、快適な断面ソファに隣接しています。
最近、すべての新しい家具、ベッド、リネンでリフレッシュしました。 屋外では、海のほかに、遊歩道やバルボア桟橋が近くにあります。
双眼鏡を持参-イルカ、帆船、その他の海の動物たちが通り過ぎるのを逃したくありません。
ホームは、バルボアフェリーボート、カタリンアーケードエリアへのボート、素敵な5ブロックの徒歩で素晴らしい場所を提供しています。
車を駐車して砂浜で遊んだり、桟橋や近くのウォータースポーツアクティビティまで歩いたり。 自転車レンタルは南に3ブロックあります。
家の後ろに1つの敷地内駐車スペースがあります。 その他の駐車場は、約4ブロック南に位置する路上駐車または市営駐車場です。

私たちは20年以上にわたって他の家族に財産を借りてきた家族です。 ゲストは建物を出入りする階下のゲストとパスを横断できます。 6名まで宿泊できます。

We booked the top floor the view was amazing and enjoyed having our coffee every morning looking out at the ocean. Ann’s communication during our stay was superb! We loved our stay so much we booked the bottom level.

Our second visit was as great as the first! The panoramic ocean view is a dream, and the house has all the amenities you could ever want. The colors and decor are all perfect for a beach house, rooms are spacious, parking is convenient and access to washer/dryer is so helpful! We love this place and hated to leave!

Charming and delightful accommodations!

So peaceful in off season!

The view from the house is amazing! The beds are very comfortable and the 5 of us did great sharing the kitchen and living space.

There are some inexpensive improvements that can be made. Maybe some blinds in the living room that actually block the sun in the afternoon. It’s also missing some screens so flies were coming in but at first we didn’t know why. The 2nd bathroom needs work, especially the shower.

Amazing location!

This was the perfect place for our family vacation. We could walk right out to the beach or stroll down to the Balboa Island ferry. So much to do at all times and the view out the windows was absolutely stunning!

Fabulous Home

It was an amazing place to stay!!! Fabulous views and right on the beach!!! It was so easy to check in and Ann was quick to answer questions and very attentive!!! We have been staying in balboa for 6 years now but our normal house was torn down unexpectedly so we were worried about finding a new place and we really don’t like change but we were pleasantly surprised!!! The house is bright/cheery, well maintained and very spacious!! We hope to make it our new annual place to stay!!! Thank you for such a great new place to make future memories!!!

This home has the perfect location! No need to drive anywhere. The beach is across the bike path. The beds are also very comfortable.

Best friends

4 friends that went to high school together 52 years ago. We walked Balboa Island and to the ferry which we took to Catalina Island on a different day. We had so much fun! The beds were really comfortable and so nice to have an extra sink in one of the rooms. We even handled the stairs really well for 72 year old ladies! Beautiful beach view!!

Exceeded expectations

The view of the ocean was fabulous and we watched spinnaker dolphins playing our last morning. Beds were comfortable. The unit was clean. Kitchen had what we needed. Owner was very responsive. We were very pleased with our stay here.

Great location and spacious property

This property is exactly as advertised. The beds are the most comfortable ever and great pillows!! The location on the beach was even better than we anticipated from the pictures. Very clean and spacious.

Our parents purchased this home in 1969 to provide a beach home for my 2 sets of grandmothers to live in (dad's mom downstairs and mom's mom upstairs). This has been a three generation family gathering spot and we continue my parents' legacy of providing a space for families to gather and be together. It is an older beach house that is ready for a new generation of families and/or friends to make memories!

The location can not be beat! The Balboa Ferry and Balboa Pier, fishing, stand up paddle boarding at the bay front, a walk to arcades... all favorites for our family. But - the best - is a long sunny day at the beach with frisbee, football, friends, sand and fun!

Walk 4 blocks to rent a paddle board or kayak, take a harbor cruise or a boat to Catalina. One of our favorite past times, rent a cruiser bike and peddle the boardwalk to Huntington Beach or Lido Island.
