Great location (15 minute walk to Port / beach). Villa was well equipped (especially the kitchen). Very spacious, comfortable beds. Shops nearby. Outside area was compact but with lots of spaces to sit / eat and a smallish but clean pool. Highly recommended

What a fantastic villa which made our 2 week holiday perfect. The villa itself is equipped with everything you would ever need which includes outdoor open air dining area and an under cover dining area. BBQ, tennis table, washer, drier, dishwasher, massive fridge/freezer with ice making capabilities, separate filtered water tap so no need to buy bottled water, air fryer and every imaginable kitchen utensil. We rarely entered the living room but it has a full tv and dvd set up. There are 4 bedrooms 3 of which are upstairs and benefit from en-suite facilities. The 4th bedroom is downstairs and has the benefit of a downstairs toilet and shower. Air conditioning throughout which works well and a pool area that benefits from the sunshine from 11am onwards. Location wise it’s a 10 minute walk to the main supermarket and a further 10 mins takes you to the marina and the fabulous pine walk where there are numerous bars and restaurants. Communication with the property manager Patricia was good and she was only a WhatsApp message away.Can highly recommend. Alan B and family Sept 2025

Fantastic!!! The villa has everything you need ans more, it is stunnung inside and out. Comfy beds with quality linen.Walking distance to beach & port (15mins) 2 Local bars and a supermarket (5 mins)Bus stop (5 mins) with regular busesThe pool is perfect, and we loved the 2 outdoor sitting areas.Patricia the host is extremely helpful. Great Villa

A lovely spacious villa that was clean and well equipped. Good communication with host and flexible with check out time to accommodate a late flight home. The pool was great and clean and the villa was even cleaned mid stay despite staying only a week. Easy distance from beach and restaurants.

Fabulous stay at Villa Maria

What a fantastic place to stay. 3 generations of my family had everything they needed- pool, table tennis, superbly equipped kitchen and plenty of bathrooms! Easy walk to beach and town with a vast choice of restaurants. Easy access to buses. Everything we needed.

Great villa to base yourself in Puerto Pollensa

We really enjoyed our stay in Puerto Pollensa, it’s a pretty short walk down into town and to the beach, the area was quiet and residential. The rooms and bathrooms were thoroughly cleaned. They have equipped the property with all the amenities and utensils you’d need, plus there are some thoughtful touches such as beach toys or shopping bags. My only slight area improvement would be that there is a damp smell downstairs, which needs to be dealt with. Otherwise, the house is great. The swimming pool is small but perfect for young kids with the shallow end and they’ve got a really safe security gate around it, to stop the kids falling in, which put our mind at ease. Would recommend!

Perfekte Alternative zum Hotelurlaub

Die Kommunikation war von Anfang an sehr gut. Flughafentransfer und auch die Zeit bis die Finka für uns bereit stand wurde angesprochen und organisiert. Die Finka war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Mitte der Woche wurden die Bäder nochmals geputzt. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden einen solchen Finkaurlaub jederzeit wieder machen bzw. auch Freunden weiterempfehlen.

Lovely holiday retreat.

Villa Maria is a great place to stay. 300m from the Rosa Blanca pub. About 600m to the sea front. The villa was clean and suited our needs with a good pool and bbq. With regular linen and pool cleaning.

Great villa in a great location

Just home from a wonderful week in Villa Maria, it was a great house for our extended family to stay in. Beautifully clean, very well equipped, very good location, about 15 minutes walk to the Pine Walk and lovely restaurants and shops and local shop/cafes within 5 minutes walk. Very good communication with host, we will definitely come again.

Lovely spacious villa

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Maria . We were travelling with 4 teenagers and found the villa to be really well laid out with plenty of space to eat outside for all of us. The villa was very clean and really well equipped with everything in terms of kitchen equipment and crockery. It was a 15 minute walk to get to the marina where there is plenty of choice in terms of restaurants. The directions to the villa were very clear and we had a welcome pack to get us started, Would recommend!!

Excellant Accommodation

Extremely well equipped kitchen. Very comprehensive welcome pack. All rooms were a generous size. Great Pool and the outside area had a variety of sunny and shady seated places. Pool towels and sun loungers very good. Would recommend and would return. Tranquil area with a nice view of the mountains and with easy walking distance to all amenities.

Lovely villa in a great location

We stayed at Villa Maria for a week in early July. The villa was very spacious and clean and had everything we needed. When we arrived we met Bianca, our rep, who was fabulous and very helpful. She bought us an ample welcome pack which was very much appreciated. The villa was located on the edge of the town with views towards the mountains, yet within about 10 mins walking distance of the supermarket and about 15 mins to the shops and restaurants, of which there was plenty of choice. There was a bus stop at the end of the road which took us to Pollenca, Alcudia and Palma, so very easy to get about if you don't have a car. This was our first time to Port De Pollenca and we weren't disappointed, it's definitely one of our favourite places now and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Villa Maria.

Beautiful well equipped villa in great location.

We had a great week in Puerto Polleca. The villa is fantastic, very well equiped and spotlessly clean. We really appreciated the personal touch with an extensive and thoughtful welcome package. We hope to return very soon.

Great villa, great location

We found the villa to be in a perfect location - an easy 15 minute amble to the beach and restaurants (maybe less) but nice and peaceful during the day and night. The villa was very clean, well maintained and everything that you could possibly need was at the villa. Great holiday, cant fault a thing, loved it.

A lovely villa in a great location

Our family had a wonderful two week holiday in Villa Maria, and would love to return. The villa is in a quieter part of Puerto Pollensa, but is only a 5-10 minute walk to a large supermarket, and a 10-15 minute walk to the beach/ seafront. The villa faces the mountains, and we loved to have breakfast on the balcony looking out at the view. We were blessed with good weather and our teenage sons made good use of the swimming pool and the table tennis table. The villa was clean, tidy and well equipped, and we found the beds comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the water filter system to the fridge and ice maker is a huge bonus so we didn't have to buy bottled water. Cleaners came to the property three times during our stay, and the pool was also cleaned and maintained. There is plenty of outdoor furniture, both to eat outside if you wish, and to sunbathe, and a shaded area too if you want to keep out of the sun. The booking process with Patricia went smoothly and a welcome pack with wine, bread, fruit etc awaited us on arrival. Patricia visited us the morning after we arrived, and explained a few details about the villa, and recommended places to go, and eat. We would definitely recommend a drive to Cap de Formantor, for stunning views, and a boat trip on yacht 'Tina' for a relaxing afternoon. Our favourite restaurant was Tolos on the sea front, although there are so many to choose from, we only sampled a few. If there was a tiny downside, the wifi was, at times, slow, which apparently is usually the case in July and August on the island, due to the huge increase in the number of users/ visitors. Nevertheless, all in all, we had a brilliant holiday in a great villa and location, which I'd definitely recommend.
