Lovely lakefront in Lake Norman

We had a wonderful time - the responsiveness of the property management was awesome. The kitchen was well stocked & the had a clean jacuzzi! Overall, it was wonderful & we would happily stay there again.

Great property on the lake

Great property on Lake Norman. Perfect getaway even in December. The outdoor accommodations on the property were perfect and the views from inside the house were incredible. The property had everything we needed. Would definitely book again.

Beautiful view

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and well kept. Only recommendation would be addition of a standard gas grill for outdoor grilling.

Great Palace to Enjoy With the Family

Great property, well maintained. Views to the lake are spectacular at all times of the day. The house came with everything and more. Great outdoors, quiet neighborhood. Will be back sometime this year!

Sunsets were perfect

Truly loved the setting and the nature we were able to enjoy from the master bed. I was surprised to see the amount of dust and cobwebs throughout the property.

We had a great time it was a beautiful home everything was as stated and convenient to restaurants and venue and state park was beautiful. Publix was close as was Lowe’s for firewood

Girls Trip Getaway

Eight of us met here for a long overdue girls weekend! The house was perfect for us. We had plenty of space to spread out, relax and enjoy. The house was very clean and very well stocked. We never had to leave the entire stay! We enjoyed the hot tub and small beach too. We will definitely come back for another stay!

Perfect Lake Norman

To celebrate our 40th anniversary, we rented Lakeside Story on Lake Norman. One family drove from Ohio, another from Indiana while we came from Florida. To say our time there was perfect is probably an understaement! 3 master suites, a bedroom for the kids with 6 bunks was ideal. Amazing property that hit all our hot buttons!

Wonderful stay, minus a couple hiccups

Our stay was wonderful. The property was what we expected, clean and perfect for us. However we had a couple hiccups that we didn't quite expect. The dishwasher was literally missing the entire top shelf, so that made eating extra challenging for our crew. The ice machine was backed up and we had to chisel it clear, and the indoor fireplace wasn't operational. We had a great time. Nothing was terrible or trip ruining, there were just a couple small things that threw us off.

Very Tranquil!

Although I stayed a short time, our stay was beautiful. We decided to stay the weekend with our children for a staycation. Everything was beautiful and very peaceful. The process was seamless and made it easy to enjoy our time away. Everything from the boat rental to the breathtaking views from the couch. I can’t imagine being here in the warmer months. I look forward to coming back for a longer stay.

In 2015, StayLakeNorman started with their first specialty vacation rental home with an "urban contemporary" design theme. The Lake Norman vacation rental market loved this new offering, as the approximately 200 vacation homes in the area at that time were mostly just older lake homes that owners we not using and calling them vacation homes. Most had mismatched furniture, decor, colors and no dedicated style or concise personality. Over the next few years, StayLakeNorman continued to add new homes to the market and the luxury vacation rental standard was pushed up higher again.

StayLakeNorman was born and a "one-stop, sexy-house shop" was in full swing with the best designers and contractors in place to offer what luxury vacation guests wanted and demanded based on market feedback. We implemented management processes from the best and largest companies in the USA and continue to fine-tune the operation. Much was learned and many mistakes made.

Switch forward to today, StayLakeNorman has in their control the strongest performing vacation rental homes on Lake Norman. We also have a boat rental company and concierge services to help complete what luxury guests want in their vacations. Our staff includes Reservationists, Housekeeping Managers, Maintenance folks, Quality Control teams, and third-party housekeepers, private chefs, massage therapists, etc.

If you are planning a family get together, ladies' trip or Grandad's 80th birthday surprise, we promise to supply the best luxury vacation rental homes on Lake Norman.
